Thomas and Geri could not have been better sitters! My shy cat Sheba warmed right up to them and was comfortable with them throughout the sit. They left the house in top-top shape, too, and are just cool, kind people I was glad to get to meet. Would 100% book with them again.

Amanda was really great. She showed such care and concern for our pets and contacted us with questions about their care and things that came up in the house. She left us a lovely bouquet of flowers that we are still enjoying. Thank you Amanda!

Erica took good care of my cats while I was away on a short work trip. She made it easy to communicate, made sure to ask questions, and sent cute pictures during the sit. I appreciate the care she provided.

Where to even start with Emma, she is just wonderful. She came in at really short notice to look after Eddie for a few days whilst we were away, and took such good care of him. As most people are on here we were a little apprehensive but what an amazing first experience. Eddie loved her and cuddled up straight away, Emma was kind enough to send us photos and videos whilst we were away, and left the flat in such a lovely condition. Thank you Emma, can't wait for you to move to London!

Ruth house sat for us over the summer. She was great. She made the effort to come and visit us beforehand so she could learn about our pet routine and the house. She’s lovely - completely reliable and trustworthy. And wonderful with our puppy and old grumpy cat. I’d highly recommend Ruth

The pets all seemed well cared for when we came home. They seemed quite comfortable and we were so happy to see them! We know they were a lot! 2 cats and 2 dogs are no small responsibility, and James & Leah were communicative throughout the entire stay. However, their housekeeping was careless at best. The dogbowl was slimy; something was spilled on the main carpet (it appears to be coffee); the stove doesn't appear to have been cleaned in 3 weeks; a pan has burned-on food; the bedroom was left a mess with unmade bed and towels on the floor; the office desk was cleared to accommodate Leah's work monitors and everything was left sitting on the floor; the desk has food and beverage circles despite available coasters. While I told them there was no need to deep clean, I asked that the house be left as it was found. It most definitely was not. While we're glad Leah and James enjoyed the house during their 3 week stay, we feel they treated our house disrespectfully and we're super disappointed after several wonderful prior zeewoi experiences.

When Joseph first responded to our listing he only had one review which concerned us. We scheduled a zoom call. After the zoom call are concerns we’re alleviated. In addition we invited Joe to stay with us for two days before we left on our trip. Therefore this review is based on first hand knowledge. Joseph is kind, considerate, dependable and intelligent about the way he fulfills his Petsitting responsibilities. He took excellent care of our two dogs, two cats, and our house. He was given instructions about walking, feeding and followed them perfectly. Our home was left in excellent condition and we can recommend Joseph without any hesitation.

Everything was smooth sailing with Sara and James. Communication before, during and after all went well. I liked them from the moment we spoke on the phone. They kept me updated on Max's comings and goings and played with him when he was inside. The house was clean when I returned and Max seemed not to notice that I'd been gone. :)

Andrea and Nicolas did a very good job in caring for our pets. We came home after being away for a week to happy pets which was really important to us. They arrived at our home on time and braved through our instructions for over an hour, asking good questions and taking notes. These are two fine and trustworthy young adults and we were happy to leave our pets in their care. Thank you both! Patty

He lived literally ONE mile away from me. This made it easy to meet in advance of the sit and go over details. During this process, he told me he would have to leave soon. This gave me the impression it was a lower priority for him. Being 1 mile away, however brought up some things I hadn't experienced with sitters from out of town. He wanted to know if it was ok to have friends over to my apt. My cat is very shy and timid around strangers and I told him no. He wanted to cook in my kitchen. It was left very messy. 3 cupboard doors left open, food stains on the stove, counter and fridge. Pots, pans and utensils, he used were not put away. For a person who lives one mile away, these are both things I would have thought could have just as easily been done in his own space. Why did he need to use mine and leave it in this condition? He didn't clean out the cat brush, not sure if this was to prove he had brushed my cat. He left the litter scoop IN the litter box. An amateur move, this would make many cats NOT use the litter box. In the past my cat has stopped using the litter box for similar reasons. She is older and relies on steps to climb onto furniture to sit with me or to sleep with me. Cats, creatures of habit, are upset with changes and one of her steps was moved. She's old, the equivalent of a 90 yr old grandma who depends on these things being there for her in the same place. Without telling me he locked the chain on my front door from inside the apt. So I was unable to enter my apt from the front door. After a long trip home, after getting to my front door I discovered, I had to use the back door. Had he just mentioned that in advance it would have been nice. I left my keys in a lockbox and the lockbox was not returned to inside the apt like I asked. The management company has asked us NOT to leave those out. My internet device was left plugged in, I had asked in person and in writing, it be unplugged when not in use. I had asked that bedding not be removed from my bed, I prefer to do that myself as the bed frame is susceptible to easily being damaged. The bedding was left in a pile on the floor with a damp towel at the bottom of that pile. Personally I was taught, if you use something belonging to someone else, including their personal space, to return it to the same or better condition you found it. In my opinion, this was not done for my space and my things. Petcare felt to me, as if it was less than the top priority and that Andy is not very experienced with pet care. Overall, I was unhappy with Andy's care of my pet and my space.

It was a pleasure to host Jason. I felt super comfortable leaving my cat and home with him during my trip knowing that everything would be well taken care of. There was great communication, regular updates given, and my place was left clean for when I got back home. Would definitely host again in the future!

Michael was wonderful. He is kind and intentional. The pups immediately were drawn to his calm energy. They absolutely loved him! It was a privilege to meet Michael and have him in my home. Recommend 100%! Thank you, Michael!
