The care the dogs receive is top notch and the staff are friendly and love every animal that comes in. The Lake Shore Drive suites are adorable and we love the picture updates from the one on ones. I highly recommend this for people looking to spoil their animals while traveling or for doggy daycare.

Very expensive, but the best exotic vet in the Milwaukee area. If you have a bird, reptile, rabbit or guinea pig, this basically has to be your vet. They love animals and have experience with all kinds of animals. Super kind and always trying to help.

These guys are absolute professionals who go above and beyond with the pets boarded there. We’ve used these services three times, with our chinchilla, and it’s always been first class. Thank you Brook Falls team!

Far superior Vet to where we went in Sussex, animal clinics of sussex. We went there for so long until recently bc they misdiagnosed our dog and charged a fortune for a blood test. This place will follow up with you and genuinely care about your pet. (OH and not overcharge.) Sussex charged us $800 for a blood test, there's was under $200 Highly recommend

We couldn't be happier with the doggy day care services at Brook-Falls. The staff is warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and they always have a personalized update for you at the end of the day when you pick up your dog. They do temperament testing so that they can proactively deal with any quirks or personality issues between dogs to make sure that all the dogs have a safe and enjoyable experience. The enrichment activities really add another layer to their day care services, ensuring that your dog is both physically and mentally stimulated by attending day care there. Plus, you get pictures daily to see what your dog has been up to. Our dog absolutely LOVES going to day care at Brook-Falls and adores all of the staff there. If we could give Brook-Falls doggy day care more than 5 stars, we would - they are the best!

We have 2 cockatiels. Dauber (male) & Daisy (female). Daisy has been treated several times having a Lupron chip & Lupron shots for many years for her hormonal problem. They treat her so caring! Not a place for special needs dogs. This was my first and last visit to the pet resort. While I absolutely love the Veterinarian, Dr. Wittenburg, the resort did not provide the basic care both of my dogs needed. I was charged on two different credit cards for fee's, one of which was incurred even before the staff called to notify me there was an issue and needed to feed the dogs separately. I picked up my dogs close to 9 and neither had been fed or given their pain medication as needed. The staff was disorganized and couldn't even tell me where the leashes or collars were. They do not answer calls or voicemail. The resort made sure they were paid but did not provide the service or BASIC CARE for my dogs in which they advertise in all of the pretty pictures and glossy brochures.

I can’t say enough good things about the daycare at Brook Falls! It is so evident that the staff cares so much about all the dogs. We love that our dog is able to learn and play in safe environment. It’s also so fun to be able to check out the camera in the app and see what our dog is doing! A few weeks ago somehow our dog scratched his nose while he was at daycare (we guess it’s from playing!). The staff immediately called me and told us they walked him over to the vet to make sure it was nothing serious and give him pain meds (free of charge). This was a very very minor scratch and the staff took this incident extremely seriously and made sure Benji was taken care of to the fullest extent. You can trust your dog will be in great hands here!!

Absolutely LOVE bringing our Pup Bear to Brookfalls Resort. The staff are so loving towards their clients and 4 legged visitors. They go above and beyond with taking photos of each visit that they send to you at the end of the day so you can see highlights of your pets day. Around holidays they go the extra mile to make keepsakes that you take home of your pet. They take every precaution to make sure all pets get along and ensure the safety of your furry baby. Facilities are always super clean and beautiful to the eye. I recommend Brookfalls to everyone!

The staff here took great care of my kitten while I was away on travel. They sent me pictures (at my request) to show me he was having a good time. They were very accommodating to his particular eating habits. Best of all, they recognized how much of a love-bug my kitten is and loved and cared for him almost as much as I do!

We absolutely love this place. All 4 of our fur babies love visiting and enjoying the playtime attention while we are away, whether work or vacation. They take really good care of the place, super clean, wonder atmosphere and great friendly staff. Highly recommend this place for your fur babies home away from home.

An absolutely beautiful facility with kind and caring staff. I just started taking my dog here for daycare and I am already impressed. She leaves happy and exhausted! It is clear from the amazing smell and spotless lobby that the staff maintains high standards of cleanliness. My dog is a bit timid but I can already tell K9 resorts will be an amazing place for my girl. The staff loves her and I am so relieved to have people who take just as great care of my dog as I do. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

K9 Brookfield provided one of the best boarding experiences we’ve ever had. They took great care of my senior dog who has some extra needs and mobility issues. The staff are extremely caring and went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and happy. I was very nervous about boarding him but they communicated with updates frequently and he seemed to have a blast during his 11 day stay. Highly recommend and will absolutely be using again.

I’m overall impressed with this place and my dog (Curly) only had his first day which was his evaluation. I’m very excited for him to start. Very friendly staff and very clean. Doesn’t he look happy (currently KO’d)

My boyfriend and I love K9 resorts. We love knowing our little guy is having a great time with other puppies while being taken well cared for. It allows me to be more relaxed on vacation knowing my pup is also having a great and safe time here.

What an amazing place! Super clean. You can tell immediately when you walk through the door that it has been sanitized thoroughly. The staff is kind, caring & knowledgable. My dog goes in excited to be there & leaves the facility with what I swear is a smile! Highly recommend!

First experience w K9 Resorts was very positive. We toured facility and was impressed with cleanliness, staff knowledge & enthusiasm, as well as segregation between large & small dogs. Really seems like K9 Resorts can handle any need pup may have. After touring w sent our pup for evaluation & play session which went great! We will use K9 Resorts for our play day and boarding needs! ….update after 4 months…K9 continues to provide a great experience for our pupils, both day care and overnight stays! Still 5-stars!

Anna is awesome! She is such a blessing to us and our pets. We have a very stranger-danger golden doodle, and Anna was able to care for her in-house for a ten day vacation. We were so grateful to be able to trust our dogs to someone who has expertise in this business and who understands the challenges of a fearful dog. We would recommend her to anyone!

We have been using Noah's Ark for about 18 months to take care of our senior kitty that requires twice daily medications. They have taken wonderful care of our cat and we enjoy working with Anna.

Our dog Ozzie hates grooming to the point that he gets very stressed and will bite. We heard good things about Jordyn and gave it a try. She is AMAZING!!! She has a way to keep our dog calm. Yes, for now we still give him a chill pill in advance and he is muzzled when grooming but the last visit she was able to get him all groomed and she noted he didn't seem stressed. We also love that if our dog is getting stressed she will stop and continue another day so it doesn't get to be a bad experience for the dog. We absolutely 💯 recommend her. We have two Bernese Mountain Dogs, one of whom has THICK fur, it's almost impossible to brush through it. Jordan is hands down, the BEST groomer he has ever been to. We've tried them all. Somehow she is able to work through the dense fur, clean him, make him smell amazing, then brush him out so he's a light ball of fluff. We've never had these results at any groomer, any price. After 7 years we finally found our groomer! Jordan works magic.

We have a 2 year old St. Bernard who we board with family pet boarding every time we leave town. They have always done a great job with her. They have an option to let her play with other dogs which she loves and gets lots of exercise from. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of dog boarding services.

Family pet boarding boards animals and does grooming. I take my dog to Tracy for his grooming every 6 weeks or so. She is a wonderful groomer, very pleasant and knowledgeable and certainly loves dogs! I have used it for boarding as well. The ladies are very nice and took good care of my dog. They are also reasonably priced and I will use them again for sure.

My experience with Family Pet Boarding has been nothing short of phenomenal, both for boarding and daycamp. When we arrive near the building for drop off, my dog does circles in the backseat and wiggles her little nub tail so hard at the sight of any of the staff that comes to get her. While my dog is there, I often see posted Facebook pictures of her and the others smiling, playing, and looking like they couldn’t be happier. The staff is so incredibly friendly, and has always been flexible with my ever changing work schedule. Last year, I moved from Waukesha to Milwaukee and continued to take my dog the near 20 miles, twice a week because the care they give is unmatched. I know my dog is in the best hands when she is at the facility and I recommend Family Pet Boarding to any dog owner I come across.

We love Family Pet Boarding, but most important so does our dog-daughter! We travel often and I always know that my dog is getting the best care when she stays there. The staff really knows and interacts with our dog and she always joyfully greats them when we drop her off. That says a lot! Also, with the grooming service, whatever treatment or product is used makes her calloused paws super soft! We have tried other boarding places with fancy gimmicks and watched on a camera as not one staff member interacted with our dog but policed and sprayed the dogs with a water bottle and my dog sat in the corner depressed for a long weekend. Family Pet Boarding is the only place for us.

My dog has been going to Family Pet Boarding for daycare since he was about 9 months old. He loves his time there and the staff is the best. They always make my dog feel so welcome and they take the best care of him. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Visiting family in Waukesha & traveled with our dog but needed to board her when we arrived in Waukesha. Appreciated that they required all updated shot records in advance from my vet. Really liked the kennel tech who took the time to approach our shy lab-mix. She had a friendly voice & got our dog to wag her tail & the hand off was great. They asked about allergies with food & mentioned that if a dog doesn't eat their dry food they will try ID wet food. Also liked that a vet is across the street if there were any emergencies. We paid for the plus which included playing during the day. On our drive home, she slept most of the time so I'm guessing she played a lot. Would definitely use them again & they appeared competent.

When your pet is with Nina, you can be assured she will have the utmost attention and care. She has a keen sense to a dog’s personality and will totally lean towards that in making your pet comfortable and happy. Nina will be protective as well as making sure it has the most fun and active experience. Your pet is in excellent care with her ☺️

This is an amazing company especially for those who work during the week. Danielle takes my goldendoodle Louie on fun hikes and adventures during his daycare. He is always happy and tired when I come home! Highly recommend!!

What started off as what seemed to be a wonderful relationship and service provider for my husky ended up revealing the dangers of unexperienced handlers. We had wonderful service with almost all of the handlers. Short walks, 1/2 day daycare, full-day daycare, boarding. All worked well and my husky was having a blast. Recently the handlers changed and thats when thing went south. 3 separate incidents all within a week of each other. Each one increasing in severity. Week 1 - covered completely in goose poop. It was clear she had been rolling in it for awhile. Where was the supervision? Week 2 - broken dewclaw with a suggestion to put baking soda on to stop the bleeding. ?!?! I took her to the ER immediately and she required surgery. Week 3 - sliced paw pad. no awareness of it when she dropped off. response? i never checked her because we didn't go to the wooded trail. ?!?! Required stitches and she is in a brace. in a lot of discomfort and on no activity for the next 2 weeks. The companies response: Maybe she cut herself after she dropped off (me; yet her paw was pink with fresh blood). Shes a Husky she gets excited around others (me: no she is shy and apprehensive thus we stopped taking her to daycare and tried this new type of service). Perhaps she should go on 1 hr walks to build repore (me: no. she did well with all other handlers. i won't be subjecting her to further harm and injury). No apology or accountability from management. All fault was directed at our dog and us. While I understand that huskies can be rambunctious and get into mischief. However, like with any service that is why there is supervision. So they don't injury themselves or others. 3 separate incidents all within 1 week of each other (please note, she only goes once a week. So basically an injury every time she was with the same handler) Please strongly interview any new handlers - request background checks / recommendations. Just because people are 'kind' doesn't mean they have the qualifications or training to provide required supervision & care. I hope the company provides better training for the handler and any future employees, so no other animals or families have to go through what we are enduring at this time.

My golden doodle has been groomed with Katrina since he was a baby. As she mastered her craft, she was able to make her way to Pet Suits and of course we followed her here!!! She makes sure to take the time to get to know your dog, to learn their quirks, likes, dislikes, and what approach will put them at ease! Three years later, Katrina remains our forever groomer!

Two days after moving my 98 yr old aunt to a new nursing home facility, I was told that her beloved cat, Frosty, had to be removed that day. I looked up boarding options and called PetSuites. How kind and helpful they were! Frosty was taken in immediately and was released the next day after finding a foster home for the cat. I live out of State, so friends who helped with the cat told me how nice the facility was and even sent pictures of Frosty's suite. So impressive! And the price was beyond reasonable. Please entrust your loving pet to the care of PetSuites of America in Brookfield WI. I am forever grateful for their help and care.

My dogs love going to daycare. The staff is very friendly and great with my puppies. I love that I can see my pets on the cameras throughout the day, and the staff is always paying close attention to them and making me feel very comfortable leaving my pets with them all day. I’ve tried other doggy daycares and none of them come close to Pet Suites, I highly recommend them.

I took my Miniature Schnauzer Sargee to PawSuites on Saturday October 5th and everyone was very professional and helpful. Sargee groomer Ms. Katrina did an excellent job with cutting Sargee and did exactly what I asked her to do with my Sargee. I was well pleased and he looks so handsome. Took my puppy who is 12weeks old for grooming . Cynthia was his groomer she did an amazing job we are so pleased. Lille was very kind and answered all my questions as well. It’s nice to see our pup was handled with care and love to a point where he dint want to leave. Thanks guy!!

My almost 2 yo golden doodle was boarded at your facility for the first time for 7 days. The communication was poor, I sent a message asking how Koa was doing and if she was eating on 12/24 and it was never addressed, not on that day or the day after. I requested, especially after she did not pass the assessment test, that I would be notified of the individual playing time so I could see her. This happened only once. During this individual time I noticed the staff person sitting down, looking at her phone, looking at the window. After a phone call it was explained to me that is the dog that "decides" what to do during the individual playing time. To this day I struggle to understand that statement. My dog, based on your feedback, was sad, shaky, felt out of place, how could she be expected to cheer up during the individual session if the staff is waiting to be led by the dog on what to do. Makes non-sense. I had also requested to make sure Koa is bathed before we picked her up. She was not. Having Koa at your care was one of the worst experiences in all honesty. We have another dog at home who has been boarded several times and we understand that not everything is perfect but this was way too much. The inability on my end to come and pick her up in addition to the way she was being taken care of by you made a mess of our holiday vacation. I found myself trying to see her in the cameras several times throughout the day for 7 days. I understand it was a busy season but there is no excuse for the lack of communication. This is owed to any customer who leaves a loved pet under your care. If you are that busy that cannot handle that many pets, then say so and as a customer I can look for another option. But do not promise what you cannot follow through on.

Petsuites has been wonderful with our dogs, ages 17 & 4. A few other places turned us down having an older dog, but Petsuites was great at taking our dogs, keeping them together for lodging and playing, and updating us often through text. When our older dog passed away at home, our next visit with our younger dog being alone was wonderful. The staff made sure she’d handle playtime with other dogs well, and sent us frequent pictures and updates having it be her first solo visit. We can’t recommend them enough.
