Diane, Ron, and Einstein made my experience a breeze and so comfortable. Diane and Ron are so welcoming, they make you feel as their home is yours! Their home is immaculate and very well organized. Diane gave me a great tour of all the areas I would need and use (where the coffee is kept! Godsend! ha). The home and location are perfection! Secluded but still close to many wonderful things such as hiking, beaches, and restaurants. Einstein is such a sweet boy! He loves to keep you company and is gentle and loving. He really enjoyed just sitting with me while I read, he would often put his paw on me which made me swoon! Great sit for great people and of course Einstein is a true gentleman! Thank you for having me!
It was my pleasure to take care of adorable Trump! Alex and Cristi left clear instructions about the house, how to best care for Trump, and beautiful Malmö. They answered any questions I had in a very timely manner and made me feel very much at home. They even lent me their bicycle and transit card, which was very much appreciated. I must also say that their apartment was immaculate, and very comfortable. Trump was a little shy with me at first, but by the end of my sit, I knew we were friends. I wouldn’t hesitate to take care of Trump again. Thank you Alex, Cristi, and Trump!
Bennie and Beau are energetic dogs with lovely sunny dispositions. They have excellent recall and are eager to please which is good because they don’t take to the lead well. I got a lot of great laughs walking them, throwing sticks, tramping through the woods. It was a fun sit.
Sally and Simon are wonderful, kind and loving. The pets are just the same! 💚💛💜 Nelly is the gentlest happiest old girl. 🐾 loves sitting in the garden most of the day, as long as it’s not raining. Indy is the most beautiful old soul panther 🐈⬛ who loves to talk until he’s satisfied, which’s usually I am awake now and you must sit, so I may sit on your lap, sleep on your lap and spend the rest of the time sleeping on your bed. He’s unmatched in his cuddliness. 😻 Tuna 🍣 is my heart ♥️, the most playful, sun cat to be around! He comes like a cheetah, loves to be chased or play for hours with a feather 🪶. He’s also very vocal and loves been pet. A very avid hunter too. 😻
I had a really good time farm sitting for Jeanette in Turgutreis for a few days. She provided all the information I needed to care for her animals and home, and she also put me in contact with several of her friends in Turgutreis who were available to help if I needed it (fortunately I didn't, since everything went smoothly). The animals are all great and easy to care for. I had never worked with horses before, but I became more comfortable around them once Jeanette showed me what I needed to do. I highly recommend this sit if you're looking for a little peace and tranquility in a beautiful part of Turkey.
Jacqui has 2 rescue dogs, one is anxious and takes a short while to come around, but when she does, she's the most loving dog ever, as is the other :-) A very good experience and Jacqui was very welcoming.
