Philippa
This was such a fun and enjoyable experience for us! The suite was well-equipped and extremely clean. It is in a wonderful location; even taking a short walk around the neighbourhood felt so pleasant. Philippa and Chris were so kind and welcoming, and very responsive and open with communication. They also treated us to some amazing desserts that Philippa had baked!

Nessa is such an adorable and lovely girl, and she enjoys her long walks. It was hard to believe she was 14! She is also a lover of massages, and will shove her head between your knees to get a good scratch in. She is so well behaved and gentle, it was a breeze taking care of her. We highly recommend this sit with Nessa!

Jodie
I was really drlighted having been chosen to stay in Jodie's friendly home with their lovely 2 boys. Viennie the cat is a charming outdoor cat, who also comes in for a cuddle and feed. Very independent! Mack is very shy and charming dog. He melted my heart instantly. He needs lots of tlc and deserves it as he is a rescue boy☆.

The house was beautiful & clean with spotless hige kitchen leading onto patio and secluded quiet garden.

Location also awsome. As nearby park literally behind the house, nearby shops & bus stop 4 min away.

Josie was super responsive on phone and I felt very good watching over Mack & Viennie with friendly guidance.

I can recommend them highly!
(ps: pls bring a big heart and a bit of time with you for Mack♡)

Pamela
This housesit is a pleasure: Pamela is clear in communication, generous in spirit and left the pet care needs well-organized for my arrival. Lucy, her dog is gentle and very well-behaved: loves walks, affection, lounging and little treats. Cider, her indoor cat, is a freer spirit who hides most of the time but is rewarded for sightings with treats; by my second evening he came out when I was around and brushed against my leg. Quiet, Lovely and comfortable home, safe friendly neighborhood within walking of Annapolis' arts district (and some historical markers as well as good eateries). Loved hearing so many birds in the area and the short drive-or-long walk to the Annapolis Harbor. I drove to Sandy Point Park (15 minutes drive?) one day to soak in nature preserve, the bay, and birds. Great walks of exploring neighborhood, nature, and small historic town with early American, multiracial and maritime cultures.

I highly recommend Pamela and grew attached to her lovely pets! If you stay here, check out the little Maritime Museum and Curate Cafe.

Carole
Wow, we have just had a fantastic week looking after Thatchy, Winnie and Frank at Carole's amazing lakeside house.
This was our first sit, so we were a little nervous, but Carole instantly put us at ease with a glass of wine and a long chat. She is very easy to get along with and most welcoming. She showed us around her beautiful home and introduced us to the dogs. Carole gave us a list of things we needed to know to care for the house and the dogs, so everything was pretty straightforward.
The house is not just beautiful, it's immaculate. Our room for the week was a haven, with stunning views and the most comfortable bed, ensuring we had the best night's sleep. The room even had its own en suite with towels and toiletries.
One of the important things that we needed was good Wi-Fi so that we could work from home, and it really was brilliant, no matter where you were in the house.
The dogs, two black labs named Winnie and Thatchy, were not just lovable; they were a joy to be around. They spent most of the day trying to convince us that it was time to eat. Dachshund Frank is a loveable little character who will let you know his routine so that you can adhere to it. He has his place on the sofa and a blanket and will let you know when it's bedtime.
Our only challenge is that we live in Hull, which is flat, and Carole's house is surrounded by hills, so a week at Carole's was a significant fitness regime. The upside to this is that we have left a lot fitter than when we arrived.

We had a super relaxing week in beautiful surroundings with the bonus of three furry friends to snuggle up to.

Thank you, Carole, and we are really looking forward to seeing you all again soon. xx
