Jen was an entirely reliable and trustworthy pet sitter, and a kind and compassionate young woman. We invited her to stay the night before our early morning departure, and enjoyed spending time with her and helping her to get to know the home and our two cats. Jen was flexible in terms of timing -- reporting for the house sit the night before it was to begin and also staying two days beyond what was initially expected (this possibility was discussed in advance) and we appreciated very much her flexibility in being able to stay on a couple of extra days. Our cats' needs were looked after very adequately, but it seemed as though there was not a lot of effort made to draw them out and to interact. Rather, Jen seems to be a free spirit who allowed our cats their space and their personalities, which is fine. As we might have anticipated, Jen was on the go quite a bit! We didn't share much communication during the 13 days we were away, just the minimum needed for practical issues, and we received photos only after our request. Bottom line: Although the kitties may have missed our level of personal attention with this sit, we house- and pet-owners certainly enjoyed our experience with Jen, and found her to be a delightful, responsible, well-organized individual, and we would readily have her back to look after things again.

Working with Snood was an absolute delight. She is so welcoming and friendly, we felt very comfortable settling into her cozy apartment. Pushka Bob is such a sweet lady, she promptly stole our hearts and is easy to care for too. We will miss her a lot :’) Would absolutely recommend this sit to anyone, rain or shine this sit is a gem and we really enjoyed our time here!
Looking after Norman has been such a wonderful experience. He's one of the most affectionate dogs we've ever met, simply adores human company, and will happily tag along with you throughout the day for plenty of adventures! Norman lives in a lovely central London flat is only a few minutes walk from Victoria station, in a peaceful neighbourhood just north of the river Thames and close to everything. Norman has his own doggie door and secure backyard which he can go in and out of as he pleases, but he's also a great dog to take out for the day. We were visiting friends and family in and around London during our stay and took Norman everywhere with us - on the train, in the car, visiting families with young children, going for walks and coffee - he's a really friendly dog, well behaved, gentle, cuddly, and playful. Josh was communicative, hospitable and helpful throughout our stay, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We'd love to sit for him and Norman again in the future. I had the most wonderful sitting experience to date at Annabel and Tim’s lovely home. They welcomed me a day early to settle in and go through the routine, which was great. Their kindness and openness was evident from the moment they picked me up from the train station! The house is in a wonderful location with links to central London via railway and London Underground, within walking distance and able To be in Marylebone in as quick as 23 minutes! The town of Rickmansworth has everything and also Uber works quickly and efficiently in the area if you don’t have a car. I cannot thank Annabel and Tim for their kindness enough - they are both wonderful and genuine people who opened their home to me despite not needing pet care at the time. I would gladly come back in a heartbeat.
A wonderful house sit opportunity that I enjoyed so so much. Toby, the fluffiest and most cute bunny ever, is an absolute delight, watching him nibble on his favourite treats was such a highlight, and the opportunity to be in London for the weekend was perfect. So close to transportation for getting out and about and easy communication with a lovely couple. Katelyn's dogs are adorable ! Our stay was filled with joy, laughter, and endless tail wags. Randy, Leo, and little Jax were absolute delights, each with their own unique personality. The spacious home and private bedroom provided comfort, while the backyard was perfect for playtime and potty breaks. Their favorite BIG tennis ball made focus and motivation time for all three a breeze. And Katelyn's detailed instructions made caring for the trio easy and fun. This experience was more than dog-sitting; it was a vacation with three fun,furry friends. We left with wonderful memories. Thanks, Katelyn !
