Catherine
I spent almost a week in Catherine's lovely flat looking after the three handsome and adorable cats. I arrived the evening before the cat sit began, and Catherine and her husband picked me up at the airport which was very kind of them. We spent a lovely evening together at an excellent local Greek restaurant. They showed me around the flat and explained how things worked, as well as giving me plenty of tips as to where to go in the area.
The cats were very easy to look after and they did enjoy 'Biorinderhack' (organic beef mince) from the organic store on the tram route into Frankfurt!
The flat is very conveniently located near the tram and near local shops. Frankfurt itself has a lot to offer, but I went further afield to places I had previously lived in and which are worth a trip if you are doing a longer sit. These are Koenigstein im Taunus, Heidelberg and Mainz.
All in all, this is a highly recommended sit and I would be very happy to visit again if our dates coincide.

Wonderful little townhouse in the corner of a very peaceful neighborhood. Very sweet doggie that does not like being left alone.

We had a wonderful week looking after the adorable Zia and Bagel in their beautiful home in gorgeous countryside! It was great to meet Mary-Jane and Kit before they went on holiday too. Thank you for showing us the local walks and for the lovely meal.. so kind of you. Hope to see you again one day :)

Ajda
I had a brief, but very pleasant sit at Ajda's! Her place is really cool, comfortable and close to some great local restaurants, coffee, and bars. The cats were a pleasure to look after; very friendly and affectionate from the moment I walked in. Monroe took her time getting used to me, but was tolerant of me putting her collar on (she's the only cat who spends time exploring the outdoors). The other four enjoyed climbing on me and at least two would wake me up every morning.

As sits go, this was very straightforward: Ajda met with me a few days before to walk me through everything and I had no issues throughout the stay. Her building is very quiet and her neighbours are friendly.

Highly recommend this sit to all cat lovers!

Alan & Susan
This was a lovely sit with a friendly cat in a comfortable home with a gorgeous oasis of a backyard. Susan was very welcoming and left all the information necessary to take care of cat and home and enjoy my stay.

Patrick and Sam made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They have a lovely house well situated for exploring the area either by car or on foot. The bridge itself is only 15 minutes’ walk, although the shortest route is quiet steep so probably takes a little longer on the way back.
Olly and Crumble were a pleasure to look after. Olly preferred his own company, but Crumble was much more social and would always come to the door to greet us on our return. She liked to spend time with us, and kept us entertained playing with her toys.
Ironbridge has a lot to offer, especially if you enjoy walking and we would definitely recommend this sit.
