Sophie was really lovely and I had a great staycation at her beautiful house and would be happy to sit again ( and I need to pop round anyway to collect the sock I forgot! 😂) The house has the charm of arts and crafts but mixed/modernised with eco credentials- i especially loved the living roof outside of my incredibly comfortable en-suite room. Zara was an instant friend and loved sitting with me on the sofa and having a brush whilst Zach, her somewhat estranged son warmed a little over time but mostly just came to tell me food was due imminently! They are really easy to look after. I live close so know the area but recommend exploring Moseley if you do stay.
House and pet sitting for Robert and Flo was an absolute pleasure! They were extremely welcoming, considerate and so friendly. I must admit that their pets were the same. Nina was never far from my side, Carson was such a gentle giant with the best purring and Daisy was a tad aloof, but always up for a pet and head scratch. I had wonderful support from Robert and Flo by messenger while they were away and the neighbor was there for me to call upon at any time, which was very nice. Their home was very comfortable and in a great location close to outdoor activities and amenities. Comox is a beautiful place and it was made even better by the wonderful experience I had at Robert and Flo's place. I hope to be back sometime in the future and would highly recommend them for any sitter wanting a totally positive and awesome experience.
