Cindy and her team are not just the best care we could find for our pets it’s the best service I’ve ever heard of. While we were out of the country one of our pets had an emergency situation and not only did Cindy’s team recognize immediately that something was wrong she solved the problem. If it were not for this amazing team our little Daisy may not be with us. If you need pet care while you’re away you will not find a better option.

We've been using VIPet's services for our last several trips out of town, and feel very happy to have found a sitter service who we trust completely with our home and our pets. We receive photos from the sitters at every visit, and you can tell the owner, Cindy, takes pride in providing dependable service from sitters who are true animal lovers. My only recommendation for the sitters would be to ensure that all overhead lights that were turned on during the visit, are turned off upon their departure.

Cindy and her crew have been taking great care of my Orion (cat) for over 2 years now and I would highly recommend them for any pet-sitting needs you have. At the end of every visit I get a text with photos and an update on how Orion is doing and that is very comforting. Solid, reliable, responsive….what more can you ask for? 5 stars for sure!

Incredible Pet sitting service, we have used VIPet a handful of times now with more upcoming. While getting set up for service they are very thorough in getting as much information as possible to ensure they can provide excellent service for your pet. Claudia, has been absolutely fantastic and has made our out of state travel stress free with frequent updates and detailed logs of her visits. Highly recommend and will be using again as long as I live in this area.

I have used VIPets several times for taking care of my senior cat and keeping my plants alive, both indoors and out, while I’ve been away for sometimes extended trips. The kindness and professionalism of everyone who has come has been exceptional. Getting daily texts and pictures helps me see how things are going and is reassuring. I have only one frustration and understand that it is being addressed. A couple of times there has been missed communication while setting up initial visits - I have sent emails that were not seen until days later, causing confusion and flurries of last minute texts or calls. This has happened on two separate trips months apart which is why I mention it. I believe that issue is supposed to be resolved in the upcoming weeks. I advise using text messages as the best way to communicate reliably. I’m definitely a repeat customer!

This was our first time using VIPet Sitting - or any pet sitting service - for our kitty Valkyrie and it was a wonderful experience! Cindy and her team took excellent care of our little lady while we were away and provided daily updates that really helped us feel better about leaving her home for a few days for the first time since we’ve adopted her. I would definitely recommend VIPet Sitting to anyone in the area looking for reliable, caring folks to look after their pets. I highly recommend Cindy and her amazing team at VIPet Sitters to anyone who could use their services. It was our first time using at-home pet services and it was exactly the experience we had hoped for. Constant communication, updates, pictures (we so appreciated all the many pictures!) and we arrived home to two very happy very well cared for pups. Cindy requested that I message her once we were physically back together with our girls. Rather than assuming we made it home at the expected time, Cindy makes sure of it before considering the job done. I really appreciated that. For years when they were younger, our girls would board at a pet hotel whenever we would leave town. They were always very well taken care of but our one pup who has a bit more separation anxiety would have a desperate and frantic excitement about her when we would pick them up. Even though they were well taken care of, it was a stressful experience. When we arrived home this time though, they were both excited to see us but there was no desperation in their excitement. We came back to two sound asleep pups who had been well taken care of in their own home by some really great folks. To Cindy, Shannon, Daniel, and Mindy - Thank you so very much for taking such great care of our girls. You guys awesome!

We've used VIPet Sitters for several years now to watch our two kitties. They have been amazing with our boys over the years. They give picture and text updates every time they come over and make sure they get some love and attention while we are away. Recently, both our kitties were put on medication. They did a great job giving the kitties their meds with no issues (which is hard for cats)! I would definitely recommend VIPet for your pet sitting needs.

VIPet Sitter has taken care of my animal many times in the last 2 years. They have been amazing every single time and I know I can trust them with my animals. One of my cats got sick while I was away, and Cindy personally came and took my cat to the vet and communicated with me the whole time about what was going on and how I wanted it handled. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Honestly I trust this place completely with my Dog. My dog Riley who passed away a few years ago, loved DogLife. This was the only daycare he liked in the area. My most recent dog Snoopy loves this place over other daycare places. Some other dog daycares don’t play with the dogs or take them outside. My dog comes home tired every time I take him here. Staff is friendly as well.

I have been bringing my puppy to dog life for almost six months now. He goes about two days a week for daycare and once in a while we will board overnight when we have a full day of skiing . Kuma LOVES this place and all of the staff. He flys out of the car every morning we arrive and many times he does not want to leave. Having an Aussie Shepard one year old who has enough energy for ten dogs… this place is heaven for him. He always arrives and leaves happy. My only complaint is sometimes he comes home smelling of cleaning supplies… I realize they must clean the floors in their indoor yard frequently, but the smell can be strong and stay for days. I would also recommend their sister property, Rogues farm, for boarding. We left him at the farm for over a week over Christmas. We got photo check ins and updates and could tell he was well loved and taken care of.

My pug loves this place. I've used them for boarding and doggy daycare. The second we're in the parking lot, my pug gets excited. Once she's out of my car, she runs... RUNS to the front door waiting to see the people and other dogs. They've always been flexible with my last minute boarding request when i have to travel. The picture is my pug realizing we're in the parking lot and she knows it's time for some fun.

The Doglife team has cared for my family’s dog, Tucker, for over a decade and there is no one else we would’ve trusted to love and care for him the way they did! Tucker was a bit of a quirky dog at times, but the Doglife team always did a great job of accommodating his quirks and went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable and happy. As he got older, they moved him into a pen in the front reception area so he could hang out with people, who he always preferred to dogs. During a recent stay at Doglife, Tucker had a medical episode and Valerie took him to the vet for us without hesitation. After he got home from boarding, she continued following up with us to check on him and send him well wishes. It’s clear the Doglife team truly loves and cares for the dogs they board, and we could not recommend them more.

Doggie Day Care is my dog's favorite phrase. He loves it there. I leave him there for about 4 hours and pick him up. The cons are; I think you are supposed to schedule time to drop your dog off. I never do, but I think you're supposed to. I don't think the dogs are separated by size. I don't know what they do because there are no cameras, and they are very touchy about touring the facility. Never-the-less, my dog loves it there. It's a good solution when it's too cold for the dog park.

Wonderful experience for our dog while we visited areas dogs couldnt be on our trip. Paperwork process easy, tour was very transparent.He was happy, playful and full of energy when we picked him up. Thank you for welcoming him with open arms!

5 stars hands down. My dog Leo absolutely loves DogLife!! We tell him we are taking him to “school” and he gets so excited! He comes home exhausted every time we take him, which is exactly what I pay for. I recommend this place to people all the time, they do a great job with our pups and the staff is always so friendly! I haven’t boarded them here yet, but feel super comfortable leaving them here when the time comes. Definitely will stick around!

I wasn't super happy with my experience. While they are cost friendly, the service seemed quite chaotic, disorganized, and my dog came home with a blue marker stain on her chest.

I have been bringing my puppy in here every week for the last 3 months, we love it! Everyone is so friendly & truly cares about the dogs. Great deal for their long hours, we usually do 11 hours each visit. Love the location too!

Our dogs LOVE coming here. We always know they are in good hands and can leave our pups here knowing they will be happy and safe. The owner and staff are great! Not always the most talkative, but don't let that fool you, these people love the animals they are caring for.

I'm trying to review this based off my dogs experience since she's the one that loves this place. Checkin and checkout can take time during peak hours so be prepared for that and some confrontation in the lobby between the furballs. But CityBark worked with my dog who at first was reactive until she got used to daycare and now she loves it here and the staff treat her like their best friend. They even do photo days!

We were looking for puppy daycare and I found a really great option with City Bark Broomfield. Our puppy LOVES to go play with other dogs and we love knowing that we are leaving him with staff that is friendly, helpful and awesome!

We have gone to City Bark’s for a long time- and specifically Broomfield for the last year. I’ve always appreciated their service and my dog always enjoys going for daycare or boarding. Today the staff really went above and beyond, specifically Jamie, who answered the phone when I called asking if they could send a photo of my dog (who is being boarded) because I had a really hard day. Not only was Jaime beyond kind and understanding, the staff sent a picture of my dog shortly thereafter with a sweet message. I will always recommend City Bark Broomfield, but this really showed me how great of a team they are!

My dog’s been going to daycare at the Broomfield location and recently did her first time boarding. She’s a rescue and loves other dogs, but is iffy on people and new experiences, but they have a good vibe there and she’s had a great time. She even likes the people. And, she loves the playtime. It’s been great for us.

Stopped in to check out doggie daycare for my dog. What a great place! Staff was amazing (shout out to Lisa!) and was really impressed with the facility. Great options at various price points that can fit most budgets. I will def use City Bark for day care and boarding.

City Bark Broomfield: A $760 Lesson in Subpar Pet Care If you’re looking for a premium boarding facility where your beloved pet can return home happy, healthy, and clean, do not choose City Bark Broomfield. My recent experience was appalling, to say the least. After spending $760 for an extended stay, my dog came home baptized in urine—not a faint odor, but an overwhelming stench that required four (yes, four) thorough baths to remove. His bedding and toys were similarly soaked in filth, leaving my car and home reeking of neglect. This wasn’t just an oversight; it was outright negligence. The management’s excuses were equally infuriating. They claimed my dog “notoriously pees in his room,” which is blatantly false. Even if this were true, how does that justify allowing him to stew in his own waste for days? Their “solution” was to offer a complimentary bath for future stays. Future stays? After this, I wouldn’t trust them to watch a stuffed animal. Communication during and after his stay was riddled with vague explanations, hollow apologies, and zero accountability. For $760, you’d expect top-tier care, not a facility that treats your pet like a medieval prisoner locked in a dirty cell. I strongly advise pet owners to think twice before trusting City Bark with their furry family members. They may have a slick facade, but behind the scenes, your pet might as well be on their own.

This place seems very reputable online, but I’m not sure what how to feel about it after two stays. My dog stayed for about 5 nights about 2 months from each stay. The price had doubled for the second. It was around the holidays, but I would’ve appreciated a heads up. When I said I wasn’t expecting that much, the lady told me the price hadn’t been that for over 6 months. During his actual stay his first time he did not get a whole lot of playtime even though I paid for it. He was scared to go back, but seems happy enough after I picked him up, but 350 for 5 nights happy? I could’ve driven to my home state 10 hours away with him and spent less in gas. I feel the value of what you actually get is laughable. My dog seems to be a number in a system compared to other daycares. He went to one for only 110 for 5 nights and got FULL daycare included, not just half. The staff knew me by name, even when they did not meet me upon drop off. They also gave him a full assessment. Something that not even my long time daycare of two years did not provide and discounted days for joining. If you are looking at this place, I would recommend a tour and to watch your dog closely to make sure you are getting your moneys worth. There is lots of option and this one is the Walmart of doggie daycares.

Been going to City Bark since we moved to Broomfield about a month ago, and its night and day difference in how my dog reacts to getting dropped off. At our old daycare, she would whine and resist going back with them, but at City Bark she wags her tail in the lobby and seems to have much more fun. It's also nice to see the cams where the pet attendants actually play with her, where at the last place I'd see her begging for pets and getting ignored. The enrichment options, while a little pricey (not unfairly tho), also really helped her get used to the new environment.

Sarina is amazing and Cucumber’s official groomer! I’ve taken my 55 lb chocolate lab mix to her multiple times for a bath, groom and nail trim. She’s come back each time soft, smelling great and with cute bows behind her ears :)

I always hate traveling and leaving Avie behind. Honestly this was one of the most stress free I’ve been leaving her. The ability to just send a text and look at the play cameras put me at ease. To the point where I didn’t feel the need to check in on her one of the days I was gone. The report cards that told me the feeding was one of my favorite parts since I got an accurate read on how much she ate for each of her meals. I will definitely send her back for boarding. Thank you guys so much for taking care of Avie while I was gone for the weekend!

We’ve been taking our dogs to Waggin Tails regularly for daycare and boarding the last three years, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful this place is. The staff are all so incredibly kind, and treat both of our dogs with such great care. Our big guy pouts until we take him to daycare, and doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day. 🥹🩵

we have been bringing our 6mo guy to waggin’ tails for the last few months. bucky always knows when we turn onto the street where he’s going, and goes absolutely nuts if you ask him “wanna go to school?” leaving your baby in the hands of others is scary, but we know 100% for sure that he has the most amazing time getting all the love, pets, and plays with friends every time he goes. yesterday was beach day, and since he didn’t finish his ice cream we were able to bring it home for him to enjoy when he wanted (see evidence below). 10/10 recommend! <3

We are so happy we found this place. Our Standard Poodle, Hazel, LOVES going here for daycare. She will be boarded soon and I'm sure she will have a great time. Everyone is so nice. Our first visit was to see how she would do with other dogs and then she stayed the day and had a blast. When I picked her up, I got a tour of the place so I could see what the kennels look like. They are very spacious and clean. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our fur baby and making us feel comfortable that she has such a safe place to go.

I hate boarding my dogs, but I had to and looked all around me for a place with good reviews and landed on this one. Had to leave them there for three days and when I got them back, they were worn out but happy. The staff there is so incredibly nice. All of them. You can watch your little Muppets on camera during playtime, which makes being away from them just a little bit easier. I'll definitely be bringing my guys back.

I can tell these guys really care about my dog. I get behavioral updates if he shows any signs of nervousness or anxiety, and they offer helpful suggestions. They also call him “Mr. Timber” instead of just Timber, so I can tell they enjoy him. It takes a huge weight off of my mind to know my dog is so well cared for

We have a very energetic Goldendoodle. We take him to Wagging' Tails so he can socialize and play. Every time he goes, he has the best day of his life. He come home happy and EXHAUSTED! The staff is always friendly and attentive to our puppy. We rest assured our baby boy is well taken care of when we drop him off. I mean, look at his face!! Happiest pup in all of Denver!

If i could more stars i definitely would!! First time boarding and it was more than I expected. We left our girl V here for a week and she was so well taken care of. The staff are super friendly and the prices are great. I am so thankful for them..after 8 years my husband and I can finally travel together and know our baby is having a blast! You guys rock!

Liz is the best!’ My Maltipoo, Hobie, now 15 years old, looks awesome. He had to have most of his teeth removed and since he has no teeth, there’s no barrier to keep hair out of his mouth, so Liz patiently trims the hair around his mouth. Always looks so good when she’s finished. I hope she stays at City Bark for a long time. She even sent me a photo to make sure he was right length. 11/15/24 Hobie was back to get his holiday grooming. As usual Liz did an awesome job. The staff was professional from check in to check out. This facility is very clean and well kept. My dog, Hobie loves going and I never have any trouble with him. I highly recommend City Bark and Liz!

Normally we go to City Bark Broomfield (it’s closest) but after a last minute booking over a holiday to see family in the hospital- I was desperate to find boarding! Two things- I know I can trust city bark, here and anywhere. They hire good people and my dog is always happy there. Second is how awesome Thornton is in particular. The front desk got me on a waiting list, helped me figure out which other City Barks to call, and then booked me right when something came open. They’re so easy to work with and when I couldn’t find my dog on the webcam all morning- they were so kind to answer my text and tell me which yard he was in. This is the best place to board your animals! And daycare is just as awesome.

We’ve been taking our sweet Ellie to city bark for about a year now. She’s well taken care of and enjoys the staff. We feel very comfortable leaving her there for her daycare and boarding when we need a vacation. Highly recommend!

We love City Bark Thornton! Our Aussie gets out all of her energy at daycare twice a week, and we take her there for boarding and grooming as well. The staff is friendly and attentive, and our dog loves each and every one of them. We highly recommend!

I'll admit my first encounter was rough, but Danielle reached out to follow-up on my pups grooming. She was so polite in hearing my concerns all without disrespecting her staff, which I truly appreciated. She offered to pair him with another groomer and get him set up with a cut that would suit him better. I admit that I was hesitant at first, but decided to take him back in after hearing that she truly sounded as though she wanted a happy pup and pup mom. I must say that I am beyond thrilled that I did. Danielle and Liz met with me and Roo when we got there, they looked him over and we discussed how things could be improved. They were welcoming and went above and beyond to make Roo and I happy. Liz did an amazing job and he clearly enjoyed his time with her. The customer service at City Bark Thornton is aboslutely fantastic. They truly care about their clients. I can't recommend them enough and will certainly be back in. I am also attaching the updated grooming of my little guy, because I can't resist sharing the cute little guy I picked up. I also can't resist saying that the salon is very clean, they have a cute little area offering adorable merch, and every staff member I came in contact with was very polite, welcoming, and clearly enjoy interacting with their four legged clientelle.

City Bark has been a special place for both me and my boy PACO! He loves joining his doggy friends during the week when im at work and constantly asks when is he going again :) The best part is that he not only goes to play and have fun but also gets groomed every 2 months with Liz who is the best groomer in town. People always asks me who does Paco’s grooming and I tell everyone go to City Bark in Thornton and ask for Liz. She is indeed the best and my boy is always looking handsome and fresh! Give her a shot, trust me, you wont be disappointed!

My puppy loves to come to Bark City to play! We boarded her for 5 nights and the employees treated her great! When I pick her up after a play day she doesn’t want to get in the car to leave. I feel so comfortable leaving her here! I am so glad they are close by! We love our groomer Payton. She does an excellent job with our Shih tsu. I highly recommend her as well!

I have been taking my golden retriever Samson to Amanda for grooming for awhile and she is wonderful! Amanda is professional, great at taking care of all of his grooming needs, even challenging hair mats or dry skin. She really knows dogs! Amanda is very loving with him, and he loves her! Samson always looks fantastic after Amanda grooms him, and she is very responsive to any questions and needs. I am so glad we found Amanda!

City Bark has a wonderful grooming staff that take fantastic care of our dogs needs. It never fails when we leave the dogs for a day of prepping and luxury, they come home smelling and looking great with much more confidence. The grooming staff is very personable and will works hard to schedule our dogs in a timely manner.

So friendly, I felt like my dog was in good hands. Let us take as long as we needed for Buddy to feel comfortable. Texted me when his Spa day was complete and quickly responded back when I had questions. Definitely will use City Bark again.

We have been working with Natalia since the middle of 2020. We were grateful to find someone in the area that uses R+ techniques. We have two reactive dogs and one with super high separation anxiety. We do weekly home visits / dog walking. Baby steps our needed with our two furry kids and we take weekly walks with all of us. Natalia has been very patient and compassionate with our furry kids and they greet her with tails wagging every single time. The female Meadow has SAG and we have finally gotten to regular walks as a family and she is totally comfortable and we could not be more proud! We also use Dog Aunt for overnight pet sitting and enjoy taking mini vacations knowing our furry kids are in trusted and good hands. We get frequent updates on our two dogs and cat and enjoy the pictures of them while we are away. We even used Dog Aunt during our family photo shoot, which was the best help ever. The Dog Aunt responds quickly to requests and or any changes that may occur. I totally recommend the Dog Aunt Pet Care for all of your furry kids needs.

Dog Aunt is like that cool aunt that makes everything fun when she comes to visit for my dogs. Natalia is simply the best. She is so attentive to my pups needs and truly cares that they're getting what they need. She takes our furbabes on little adventures and she is willing to be flexible and is so accommodating. She even drove an hour out of her way to pick my pups up after they made an appearance down the aisle at our wedding. I feel so comforted knowing my dogs are not only being well taken care of but that they are having fun and getting sooo much love and attention.

Natalia is the BEST dog sitter ever! She's been watching our 1.5 year old pup since he was like 3 or 4 months old and has always provided amazing care for him. He gets SO excited to see her, we always joke that he likes her better than us, haha. We trust her completely with him, which is saying a lot, because we are pretty "protective" dog owners. She is responsible, prompt, fun and a great communicator! She sends tons of pics and videos while she watches him which we really appreciate. We have yet to find a different sitter/boarder who even comes close to Natalia.

I have used Dog Aunt Pet Care for over 18 months to take care of my 13 year old kitty. Natalia is always there when she says she will be, sending pictures and videos of Stella. I know Stella is always well taken mon care of and always happy to see Natalia. I use Natalia on a weekly basis and would not trust anyone else to take care of Stella.

Natalia takes such great care of our puppy, Oakley!! Whenever we schedule a daycare or walk, I know Oakley is going to have a really fun adventure. She takes him to parks and different areas for him to explore. Sometimes she has another dog along for him to play with. Natalia also sends pics and video clips throughout the day to keep us posted on their adventures. She is very affectionate with Oakley. Oakley just loves Natalia and so do we!! I highly recommend Natalia for dog walks and daycare! She is AWESOME!!!

We used Dog Aunt Pet Care for a long weekend in February. We knew our Boston Terrier, Vinnie was in good hands from the posts and video bursts we received. Dog Aunt knew Vinnie loved to play fetch and she indulged him several times a day. She fed Vinnie per our instruction, cooked chicken sprinkled into his dry food. Dog Aunt picked up and dropped off Vinnie on both ends of our trip which gave us one less thing to worry about. Dog Aunt loved our boy and we couldn't ask for anyone better to care for him.

Natalia is wonderful!! She has a clear love and passion for the animals she takes care of and is just a really kind person! Natalia watches our kitty when we are out. Our cat is normally super shy of new people, but on the first meet and greet, our kitty warmed up to her right away! Natalia also sends pictures and videos for each day we are out, and you can tell our cat adores her. Before, we would have neighbors watch the cat. While they did a fine job, i cant say i felt 100% secure when we were out. She is our go-to person for when we need someone to check know our cat. I couldn't reccomend anyone else! Edit 8/13/23: my husband and I just got back from an over two week trip to Australia. For our trip, this would be the longest amount of time our cat has been away from us. For this trip, I was extremely nervous since we would have limited communication due to time zone differences and international connectivity overall. All those factors alone made the thought of leaving so anxiety inducing for me. But while we were gone, Natalia was so flexible with making sure that we would get us daily updates on our sweet girl. It was so reassuring to see our cat not at all anxious. Our cat was happily playing and greeting Natalia everyday. We asked Natalia specifically if she can stay longer than she normally does when she watches her and she was so accommodating with that. Natalia also had to administer our cats weekly ear medicine, which she didn't have to do previously. We came home and there were no problems with her ears. I don't think I would have been able to enjoy myself in Australia if I didn't have such an attentive, caring, and accommodating cat sitter like Natalia. No one else, not even close friends watch my cat anymore anymore because I know my sweet girl is in safe hands. Thank you so much Natalia for watching our cat, you will be our first choice forever!

We have been using Natalia for almost a year to check on and walk our dogs. She has always been attentive, and professional during all of her visits, and truly cares for the pets in her care! She is amazing about sending updates throughout her time with our dogs, and also keeps us informed if she noticed anything was out of character or off. Dog Aunt stayed in our home with our three small dogs for a week last fall. Natalia came to our home well before our trip to meet the dogs and insure that we felt comfortable with her and that she felt comfortable with them. (Two of our dogs are older and the youngest dog has some fear aggression issues, so it’s not the easiest pack of hounds.) While we were gone, she sent us regular text and photo updates of how everyone was doing, which was wonderful. The dogs were calm and happy when we arrived home, and our home was in perfect condition. Natalia takes her job very seriously and was a consummate professional in all of her dealings with us.

Natalia of Dog Aunt Pet Care is truly one of the best dog sitters I have ever come across! As the proud "dog mom" of a rescued boxer with severe separation anxiety, I have always worried about how pet sitters will get along with Bronx and he with them. With Natalia, I never worry and Bronx absolutely LOVES her!! She is extremely reliable and responsible and goes out of her way to ensure that she knows each dog's individual preferences and personality and that they are comfortable. It is obvious that she loves her clients - both human and canine - and we love her too!

Moving to a new city and trying to find reliable pet care is always a challenge. However, I was incredibly fortunate to find Sirius Pet Care. Mickey and his team are reliable and I never had to worry that my corgi boys were in anything but loving care. Could not recommend them enough.

Sirius Pet Care goes above and beyond with every service that they offer. When we hire Mickey, we laugh that our pets get more attention and walks with him there, then while we are home. He takes them on fabulous walks around the neighborhood, letting them explore and run. His notes after every single visit let us know that our pets are happy, and in turn, that makes us thrilled. There is no one else we would hire to take care of our very loved pets.

We live in Arvada and have used Sirius Pet Care several times. Each time Mickey and/or MJ have done an excellent job. Initially we had a meet and greet and the dogs instantly took to both of them. We've had them come for daytime walks/feedings if we're gone for several hours to staying overnight for several days. We're always very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them for anyone in the area that needs any of their services.

Mickey did a wonderful job taking care of our cat. Five days before we left on vacation our dog passed away. Our cat Oscar and our dog Luke were best buddies. Oscar was depressed and would not eat prior to us leaving. I was very worried about Oscar and did not want to go on our trip. This was the first time I hired Mickey to pet sit and I am very pleased I did. Mickey gave Oscar the attention and love he needed. Oscar did well, he started eating and actually gained weight while we were gone. Having Mickey check on him every day gave me a piece of mind that put me at ease! Thank you so much Mickey! Mickey was so wonderful and patient with our sweet but sometimes difficult dog Scooter. At first, we were nervous to have someone else walk Scooter who can sometimes be aggressive but Mickey took things slow and got to know him so that Scooter was comfortable on his walks. I highly recommend him and his team of dog walkers!

We were going to Hawaii for a week and needed a dog sitter. We'd never used a professional dog sitting business before, but were extremely happy and impressed by Sirius Pet care! They spent 8 nights at our house, which included walks in the morning and at night, and they stopped by each day in the afternoon for another visit/walk. It was very affordable. They played with the dogs a ton and took great care of them -- when they stopped by after the pet sitting was over, the dogs treated them like family! (Jamey was the person we specifically had from Sirius.) We got several text message updates when we asked how the dogs were doing, which was great because our dogs are really important to us. We also have five chickens that they took good care of -- it was actually a difficult situation because we'd just introduced two younger chicks to the flock and they were getting picked on, but Jamey did a great job handling it. Couldn't ask for better. If you want a great pet sitter in the area, I'd highly recommend Sirius Pet Care!

We began using Mickey when we moved to Arvada. What a blessing to find him. He has watched our dog half a dozen times over the course of the year. He is very professional and gives our pups the love they need when we are gone. Mickey really helped me out when my father passed away by being there in just a few hours notice. I really don't know what I would have done without him. I like that he leaves notes for every visit about the dogs and how they were doing. I can't say enough great things about Mickey, his staff or Sirius Pet Care. I would highly recommend and do as often as I can.

Sirius Pet Care is hands-down the best pet sitting service I've ever used. Our dogs are family, and we were very worried about leaving them with someone unknown. We shouldn't have worried: Sirius was fully licensed and very responsible, walking us through everything, getting medical records on the puppies and learning their routines, having plans for emergencies, learning what treats to give and when, and the sitter even came out to meet us (and the dogs!) before hand. During our stay, the sitter (Jamey) stayed overnight at the house, cared for the dogs (they love him like family now), and gave us regular status updates. They also took great care of our chickens, collected our mail, and kept the house going. Great company, friendly people running it, and excellent service. The price was reasonable, as well. I would recommend them to anyone in the area who needs pet care they can count on.

I can’t say enough great things about Dan. He knows dogs really well and helped me to get to know my dog and my actions with my dog better. I had back surgery and needed someone to help walk my dog who doesn’t do well with other people. So I was worried when Dan came over to meet us. But Dan was very calm, confident, obviously experienced, patient and respectful. My dog always enjoyed walks with Dan. I was very happy to have a dog walker that was so dependable! Dan’s communication was great. I work from home and he always gave me plenty of heads up on when he’d be coming to walk my dog and when he was on his way back from the walk. Dan is also just a great guy. We had several great conversations. He also gave me a lot of great ideas and insight for home improvements for free, lol. I highly recommend Dan!!!

Dan was an absolute pleasure to talk to and plan with and my dog couldn't have had a better time! He actually didn't want to leave Dan's house... so I think that says all you need to know. :) My dog loved his two super cute and playful dogs and Dan was great with updating me on how Uno was doing. In addition to that, he took Uno on long daily walks and made sure he got all of his energy out. I will definitely be calling Dan when I need to have someone I trust watch Uno for an extended amount of time again. Thanks again!! :)

Dan did an incredible job watching our Labradoodle puppy Aspen for a whole week while we were in Hawaii early Feb. Aspen got plenty of attention & exercise during the stay and she was so happy when we picked her up. Dan made sure to update us with photos and videos, and even let Aspen sleep with him so our pup was extra comfortable while we were gone. Great communication throughout the experience and was super flexible with drop-off/pick-up times with the winter weather being nasty. Glad we found this for the future!

Our two dogs stayed with Dan and The Backyard Escape for several days while we were out of town and we all had a great experience. One of our dogs is older and wants to simply relax with very short walks. Dan sent us numerous pictures of her in her bed in various locations (relaxing with the other doggie friends or on their porch). Our other dog has quite of bit of energy and she really loved going on longer daily walks and playing with the other doggie friends (we received great pictures and videos). We really trust Dan and will definitely use The Backyard Escape again in the future.

I'm so grateful we chose Dan to care for our dog when we went on vacation for several weeks. He goes above and beyond, treating our pup like one of his own. He truly goes the extra mile and was great to work with all around. He is so kind, dependable, and flexible. I simply cannot say enough about Dan. We were nervous about finding week-long care for our one-year-old dog, as we had never left her for that long before. After visiting Dan’s home, all those nerves disappeared. He’s kind, confident, and knowledgeable, and his love for dogs is clear. His home is immaculate, and he has the perfect outdoor space - truly a “backyard escape!” Each day of our vacation, we received texts, photos, and even video updates of how our baby was doing. (We think she had a better vacation than we did!) It was like summer camp for her - one or two walks a day, lots of romping and playing with other dogs, and tons of love and cuddles in a home environment. I don’t see us ever choosing anyone else to take care of our dog. Dan is an expert at what he does, ensuring the dogs have a blast and their humans have peace of mind.

Dan has been walking our 2 Goldendoodles for a bit now. They love him, truly all I have to say is Dans here time for your walk and they are running to the gate to meet him. He is reliable, has great communication and truly cares for our fur babies! I love that I get pictures and texts after walks to let me know how it went. Highly recommend him!

I have only positive things to say about Dan at the Backyard Escape. The dogs absolutely loved Dan which gave me piece of mind. They have a ‘normal’ home environment with the option of going in and out of the house, play time with the other dogs and daily walks. I cannot even express the gratitude I have for Michelle and her team at Creature Connections Pet Sitting LLC. Within two sessions and a specialty session at a vet clinic we have a completely different dog. Our healer struggles with anxiety and had given herself a stomach ulcer, so our top priority was decreasing anxiety, and Michelle was able to provide us with easy to implement strategies that changed the perspective told our family had on how to care for her. We are able to see changes rapidly in our sweet girl. Although we understand, some things may take longer to change just the progress in the short time has been the most encouraging thing we could’ve asked for. I tell everyone how she was able to take our rescue dog and change her life!

I cannot say enough about the wonderful experience I had working with Michelle and Jen at creature connections. Their communication and friendliness along with the detailed updates after each pet visit really set my mind at ease. It’s not easy leaving pets alone at home, but with creature connections, I know I can trust that they will be taken very well care of.

I've used Creature Connections (Michelle Pietras) a few times in the past to watch my dogs and had no problems. It wasn't until the most recent time that her business practices became awful. This most recent trip, I scheduled her services on Feb1st, 2024. I never heard a word from her until 20 hours before the first scheduled visit (and 16 hours before I left on a trip) on April 1st, 2024. She informed me that instead of having 1 person come over 3 times a day, now there would be 3 different people coming over each day of my trip. She said this was necessary do to an "emergency" that came up. So instead of having 1 person (Robbie) come over whom my dogs knew and was familiar with my house, now I was going to have 3 strangers come over whom my dogs had never met. One of my dogs in particular does not do well around new people all the time so I was worried about the stress this would cause him. Since Michelle, the owner, has a very strict cancellation policy (50% penalty for cancellation with 48 hours of services), I asked for a 10% discount due to this change. She became aggressive and told me I was paying for the number of visits and not the number of different people that come over, even if it results in worse service. She then told me in each and every email as we went back and forth that I could cancel my reservation with her. Where was I going to find someone to pet sit for me just hours before I was going to leave on a trip?!? Especially when my main concern was with strangers interacting with my dogs? I was very worried she was going to be completely unprofessional and cancel on me so I just let it go at this point. Michelle eventually changed it so only 2 new people would be coming to my house each day. I paid the full price for all services rendered while I was away. Upon completion of their services, I thanked Michelle's employee who made 2 visits per day (Michelle made the other visit). However, as a sign of how disappointed I was in Michelle's handling of the situation, I left no tip on the bill. The key to understand here is that the issue that came up was 100% Michelle's responsibility as a business owner. It isn't my fault she had an employee with an emergency. I had a contract with Michelle to provide services for my dogs but she kept trying to get out of it by "letting" me cancel just hours before she was supposed to begin watching my dogs. To be clear, I accommodated her - she didn't accommodate me. Then today when I tried to schedule her services again for a business trip I have in a few weeks, she informed me she would no longer work with me. Again, it was her change in services less than 20 hours before it was supposed to begin that caused any sort of an issue. And all I did was ask for a 10% discount to make up for the change. Apparently Michelle needs to thicken her skin. To make matters worse, her mom - Marianne Morris, responded to this same post on Facebook by calling me obscene names. She went on to delete the comment after I called her out for being Michelle's mom, but it's easy to see where Michelle gets her customer service skills. I'd stay far away from Creature Connections and Michelle Pietras. She doesn't allow a customer to have an emergency with 48 hours before a scheduled visit without a 50% penalty, but she is allowed to do whatever she wants if she has an emergency less than 24 hour before a service is scheduled. Clearly, she has no idea how to run a business.

I really can't say enough about Creature Connections. They are a true godsend. I hate to leave my kitty when I'm on vacation. But I know that with Creature Connections I will always come home to a happy, healthy, well-loved kitty. Michelle, the owner, is a consummate professional and our kitty's "Aunt Robbie" has established a warm, caring relationship with our boycat. These folks truly go above and beyond. I recommend them wholeheartedly to any pet parent in Creature Connection's service area.

AMAZING. We have never left our pets at home before but we have had bad experiences with boarding our pets so we decided to give it a shot. We have two mini Aussies and my daughter's corgi. The Aussies seemed to get sick each time we boarded them in the past. I think the dogs were stressed when away from home so we contacted Creature Connections based on a great review on NextDoor. Michelle came over for the initial interview and her knowledge about what it takes to be a great pet sitter put me at ease. Then we had the great privilege of having Amela be our actual sitter. WOW - she was so attentive and caring. Our pets are a bit "much" (that is an understatement...) but Amela treated them so well. We loved the personal reports and pictures after each visit. It wasn't a little "standard" report - it was a report that showed great attention to details so we could tell she really was attentive to the dogs needs. I would recommend this company to anyone who demands the very best for their fur babies!

The best place we've ever boarded our dog. We have a timid German Shepherd that is nervous around new people. Kat came to our house on several occasions to get to know him and he took to her immediately. He absolutely loves going to her place and playing with all the dogs. (So much that he doesnt want to come home) As soon as she pulls up in front of our house, he jumps in her car and doesn't look back. She's also super thorough, gives the best updates, and communicative. So happy to have found Kat's K9s!

I've been using Kat's K9s for several months now, predominately for dog walking but also some overnight dog sitting. Kat and her team are extremely professional and reliable. They are excellent with their communication with me and really care about my pups. As my schedule can be unpredictable, I have appreciated their flexibility as well! Two thumbs and 4 paws up!

Kat is the most trustworthy and dependable dog walker! She has a really cool app that lets the walker upload pictures of your dog through out the walk and even leaves a little progress note on how the walk went. I have peace of mind knowing my two dogs are well cared for and are happy in Kat’s care. We even asked Kat to be our “dog handler” for our doggy flower girl at our wedding which was such a huge help because she offers dog taxi to bring my dog to/from the wedding venue. One thing I didn’t have to worry about on our wedding day! Kat ensures she hires walkers who care for her clients and pets as she would because I have always had great experiences with other walkers like Ris who my dogs love and groomer Krystle who understands the needs of my cranky Sharpei who dislikes being groomed. Overall, I can always rely on my fur babies being in good hands and well taken care of when they’re in Kat’s care.

Our cattle dog absolutely looooved his time at doggy daycare with Kat, some doggy friends, and Kat’s team. The pictures were fantastic, and we could tell he had the time of his life there, running around outside with his canine buddies, and getting pets from Kat and her colleagues. Kat was so good with Arlo, and very communicative and kind with me before, during, and after his daycare day. We look forward to having Arlo stay with Kat for boarding soon. My husband and I both have complete trust in Kat, her team, and her dogs. I can tell Kat loves what she does, and I’d absolutely recommend her to my friends and family.

I can't say enough about Kat's K9's services. I was going out of the country for 10 days and needed someone to walk by dog. I called Kat and we scheduled a meet and greet at my mom's house, where the dog would be staying while i was gone. Kat was right on time, and brought her dog Elvis to meet my dog. It didn't take long before I knew Kat was completely kind and trustworthy. I felt extremely comfortable hiring Kat to walk my dog for 10 days. My dog and mom couldn't have been happier. Some days they went to the dog park, other days they went for walks. Kat's services made it much easier for my mom to care for a tuckered out dog, and i was so much happier leaving the country knowing my dog and my mom were in good hands.

We love Kat and her team. They have been taking care of our fur babies for quite some time now and she is always our first call for last minute walks or overnight vacations. Sometimes Kat brings her pup over to play with ours when we are on vacations and she takes care of our pups like her own. We've never had any issues with the crew having access to our home. Our dogs LOVE her and the team. They CAN'T EVEN when one of the walkers come through the front door. AND... we love the pictures and updates while we are on vacation. They are the best.

Kat is so loving, responsible, and compassionate and so is her team. My husband and I went out of the country for 10 days and we didn’t stress because we had text updates all throughout our trip with photos of our boys. When we got back, she came to visit our pups the next day and I’ve never seen my dogs so thrilled to see anyone before. She has a way with animals AND with my animals that I won’t find in another sitter/dog walker. Not to mention, my dogs got daily dog park trips, healthy fish treats, socialization with her pups, and 75-90 min walks multiple times a day. I cannot imagine ever using another dog sitter. She is definitely our pup’s second momma. 10 out of 10 and 5 stars out of 5 stars rating for Kat and her team. She is truly meant for this role. On a side note, if you want grooming, her groomer, Crystle did an amazing job trimming, bathing, and deshedding my very anxious GSD. Kat’s K9s is an amazing team!

I've never used Kat's K9 for their canine services but I worked with Kat at a previous job and would highly recommend Kat's business knowing her level of work ethic, professionalism, passion ,and ability to connect with sincere and kind-hearted generosity. This dog training crew nailed it with the line of services offered. Anyone who knows me knows I love my dog, quite often more than most people! But one thing I cannot tolerate is a dog that has no manners. Yes, they exist, believe it or not. The line of services offered ranges from in-person, one-on-one, and including the owner in the training as well. However, the service that they offer that many others do not is simple, but essential, an evaluation! Evaluations are crucial to you and your pup. This will inevitably steer you both in the right direction. Dogs of Denver offer an in person or virtual evaluation to explore the best options available for you both. What you may think is the biggest issue with your dog, may very well not be. Take it from me, personally. I went through this. I thought my dog needed to be trained on how to accept visitors in my home. I thought this because she would always go under the bed or under the couch when the doorbell rang. Not the case. She actually needed to be trained on how to allow people into her space. Two totally different issues that I had no idea of! Give Dogs of Denver a chance; for you and your pup! You won’t be disappointed.

Highly recommend the puppy essentials program! 6 sessions for a very reasonable price. We saw big progress during each session and our trainer made sure to address all of our specific concerns by the end of the program. We’re very against choking collars or any kind of training that uses pain and fear. This program is all about positive reinforcement training, and it works! Our sweet golden is so much better behaved now and he does it with a wagging tail and a smile. Thanks guys!

Having a new puppy is intimidating - so much to learn and wanting to do it right made me so overwhelmed. Dogs of Denver is so accommodating and considerate. I have a really complicated schedule and Samantha worked with me to make sure we got all our sessions scheduled. She was always on time and made sure our training sessions were packed full of good stuff that my puppy, Juniper, is now so much better behaved, has such a solid foundation, and seems much happier now that we have better communication and understanding. I definitely recommend this company to anyone interested in not only training their dog(s) but who also want to understand how to better communicate with them too. I feel I have a better foundation as a dog parent, now, too!

Samantha was fantastic in helping us with our new rescue pup, Milo. We did both the One-On-One Essentials and Advanced Course and are very pleased with the skills and progress Milo has been able to learn, now just at a mere 6 months. Samantha was knowledgeable, informative, and helped us focus on specific areas where Milo needed more attention. It was extremely beneficial to have Samantha work with Milo one-on-one and then review the training skills at the end of each session with us. We also loved receiving our weekly email assignment(s), which helped advise us on what to continue focusing on for each week. Milo is still in his puppy stage but we are happy to know he has the skills and ability to flourish as a well trained pup. We plan to continue practicing all his learnings while he continues to mature but will definitely use Dogs of Denver/Samantha again in the future for any additional training needs.

As someone in the animal science field, I’ve seen a lot of relationship dynamics between pets and their owners firsthand. I have had other dog trainers (with other dogs) and this was by far the best experience. From the first contact and all thought the training program, it's been a great experience. Samantha was great and very responsive. She listened to our concerns, frustrations, and difficulties and provided instructions and tips that helped, a lot. I think our little guy, Teddy is going to be the best companion ever.

We used the obedience training and it included such great information! There were a lot of great tips and tricks that are not included in your normal internet searches which I found to be extremely beneficial. I was unaware of a lot of things - specifically when it comes to reinforcement and anxiety that I was able to put to good use with my pup! Most importantly, my pup isn't a good listener. I've been able to put the information to good use and while he's a work in progress, I am seeing the progress. Thank you for all the information in your obedience training 101!

An impulsive purchase of my pup was less stressful with the Dogs of Denver training! I took my rambunctious Corgi puppy to the classic obedience training course and I loved the hands-on factor of the course! I got to work with my dog alongside the trainer it was perfect! During the pandemic, an at-home obedience class was so ideal. The six sessions that are an hour each helped us work on specific skills without being too long and tiring my dog out. They truly care about their clients which can be hard to find. The wide range of services they offer can cater to any owner. Once my puppy gets older I will definitely enroll him in their personalized private training, so the trainers can match my dogs' specific goals!
