I spent a lovely and restful moment in Shiona and John’s home. The house is cosy and comfortable and situated in a beautiful and peaceful surroundings. There are a lot of beautiful walks and sites to discover around. Shiona and John are so welcoming and thoughtful, providing me with everything to make me feel at home. And we spent two delightful evenings together. The cats, Tommy, Sooty, Lulu, Lucky and Blacky are very easy to take care of as they are very independant, and so loving at the same time. I looked forward, at bed time, when one of them came, purring, to cuddle up to me.... The hens are amazing, so alive and friendly. I never grew tired to observe them and « chat » with them ! Moreover, I had the great privilege to savour daily fresh eggs and tasty vegetables from the garden. I highly recommend to sit for Shiona and John.
The house was immaculate and had everything I needed and more. Chops was gorgeous, a pleasure to look after, and Hilary was very helpful and accommodating.

Raphael and his wife were very welcoming and helpful during my house sit for Frodo. Their home is spacious, well-equipped and very quiet and comfortable. I was left thorough instructions which helped me feel very confident and comfortable looking after Frodo. Frodo is a gorgeous and sweet cat, independent and easy to look after. I found it best to give him plenty of space and let him come to me in his own time. He is a great and playful companion and just a lovely boy! Thank you, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I look forward to looking after Frodo again, sometime in the future. I highly recommend this sit!!!

Deborah & Nigel gave a warm welcome into their very cosy home. The kind of home you immediately feel comfortable in. Easy to follow instructions were provided to ensure the wonderful Aggie was well cared for. What a character. Loves playing chase, tug & any game which tests her. She’s a very clever girl. There are lots of walks, places to discover & enjoy surrounding BSE. Aggie is great on & off lead. Never pulls but loves chasing a stick, never brings it back though lol. Having a dip in the river & rolling about getting into mischief is great to see. She can be barky when it’s tiddle time or she wants your attention, but it’s short lived . Great fun getting her into her fleecy coat or rain Mac which were admired every time we stepped outside the door. She loved the fuss😜 her morning & evening cuddles are gorgeous when we get snugged up on the sofa. BSE is a wonderful place to spend time with every amenity you could wish for with lots of wonderful parks & open spaces to explore. We loved both the place & the very friendly people. We thoroughly enjoyed this sit & Aggie will be missed. Hopefully we’ll get to return sometime. 🐾🤞
