We had a wonderful time in Fernie house/pet sitting Leo and Maisey and would definitely take care of them again. They are both well behaved, well mannered and very loving dogs. We became very attached to them during our stay.

Carole and Troy were very warm and welcoming. Carole is an excellent communicator and prepared a complete welcome guide to address any questions we may have during our stay. She touched base with me a few times to make sure everything was going well and to see if we had any questions that she hadn't covered off. Their house was clean and very comfortable to live in. It is one block from beautiful walking trails along the river and surrounded by mountain views as well as being within walking distance of downtown.

We really enjoyed this house sit.

We had the best two weeks with the adorable Sibyl at Oriel and Mick's.

Oriel and Mick were generous and kind hosts who were easy to communicate with. We visited their home a few weeks before our sit to meet Sibyl in advance and to be briefed about the house. On the day of the sit, they surprised us with very cute and thoughtful presents and a card which left us feeling very welcomed and touched!

Oriel and Mick's home is located at a very convenient and central location, within 10 minutes walking distance to the Grafton Centre, Parker's Piece, Jesus Green, Mill Road, and Regent Street, all very central places in Cambridge, and a 20 minutes walk to the train station. The house is very spacious and comfortable, with a huge kitchen and dining area that is connected to their back garden which leads to one of the best pubs in Cambridge and also Sibyl's favourite pub, the Free Press.

Sibyl was the best part about sitting for Oriel and Mick. Sibyl is absolutely the cutest, cuddliest, and friendliest dog you will ever meet. She loves everyone and everyone loves her. When we took her to the city centre with us, around 30 people (no joke!) from old ladies to young children, would go "aww" and flutter their lashes at Sibyl and want to pet her, to which Sibyl would gladly oblige and sit patiently, enjoying the attention. We had lived in Cambridge for several years so Sibyl got to meet a few of our friends and even went to an academic conference with us at the university, and needless to say, she was at the centre of the attention and adored by everyone. Sibyl would never be too tired of love and affection, she would paw at me to keep touching her and would want to sit on my lap when I am working on my laptop- yes she is a lap dog! At the same time she is well trained, is calm and quiet most of the time (as long as she gets cuddles and attention) and responds well to commands. We thought she would make an excellent therapy dog too!

All in all, we thoroughly enjoyed this sit and had a great time. We thank Oriel and Mick for trusting us with their sweet Sibyl, and we would wholeheartedly recommend this sit to dog-lovers who are looking for some cuddly time! Sibyl, we will miss you!

Ava
This house sit was amazing. Ava was so communicative and welcoming, the house is beautiful, the land is gorgeous, and the animals are all amazing. The horses and donkey are really easy to care for, and they're so sweet. Dulce the dog was an instant best friend, and the cats would follow me around purring and playing. I can't recommend this place enough.

Katie and Clem were so so lovely and helpful! They have a lovely home. We sat for just under a month and Ernie and Pippa were so well behaved, super chill, and the most lovely dogs! Ideal house sitting, great location, really enjoyed. Thanks so much :)

I very much recommend sitting for Karen and Michael. What a lovely home and neighborhood. Velvet and Labyrinth are super sweet cats. Velvet will curl up on your lap and Labyrinth is always happy to hang out with you especially out in the garden. What a treat to have fresh raspberries and tomatoes from the garden. Amazing nature all around the area. The neighbors are also very friendly and there is a community feel in Felton I greatly enjoyed. If you are into pickleball... check out the club in Santa Cruz and also the nearby Sky Park courts. One of the best scenes I've come across. This was one of my favorite sits. Highly recommend.
