Gudrun Helga and Stefan were genuinely the nicest and most generous hosts we’ve ever had! They collected us from the airport and dropped us back super early in the morning when we were heading home again. They welcomed us with open arms and made us feel so appreciated. Their four beautiful girls are stunning, so cuddly and friendly and we will miss them very much. The house itself is perfect and is two mins away from a supermarket and has a direct bus around the corner that brings you right into downtown Reykjavík. We were actively encouraged to go out and explore Iceland and we are just so grateful for the experience. Would highly recommend this sit to anyone!
Clare and Jonny's place is an easy and comfortable family home just out of Farnham. Marney and Maggie are lovely, settled animals and like all labradors, love their food and a jolly good scruff around the ears. They were easy to walk, but needed a firm grip when they spotted a squirrel. 😂. We had a wonderful time and would happily return. Thanks for having us.
I can’t say enough glowing things about Courtney and this house sit. I consider myself lucky to have gotten to spend time with Never, Santa Claws, Dax Shepherd, and Swivels. 💕 First of all, Never is the sweetest, most kind and well trained little pup. She turned one year old when we were here and she deserved all the celebrations because she is just a pure joy. We had lots of snuggles, walks, playing with toys and time on the floor brushing her fur. She’s a dear. Next, my two curious, fiesty, and sweet boys Santa and Dax. They love to hang around and see what you’re up to, rub and snuggle and have conversations. I loved these two! My cat mom heart was full! Swivels is a cute little guy with not lots of interaction with us, but it was cool to feed him every other day! Lastly, Courtney’s home is lovely, warm and inviting, as is Courtney. Such a wonderful communicator, kind and considerate of our needs and I hope I get the privilege of sitting for her family again!
I had such a fantastic time with Pat and Stanley! The house is lovely. Doggo is great! Jess made some great explantation videos before my arrival and was great at communicating. There are some lovely parks in the area and a shopping centre no too far a way. Highly recommended.
We highly recommended Pooee's home and dogs, the house was extremely comfortable and close to all amenities in St Boswells, the dogs were a delight to look after and any questions that we had were quickly answered by Pooee. Thanks for enabling us to have a great holiday Pooee. Peter and Keiko
Beth Gus and Sammy! What I can say about this family. They are amazing that’s the perfect word. I had a few problems with my flight be cancel. And they are very understanding about the situation. The communications was always easy and fast. Sammy is adorable she can be very vocal sometimes. But we become very good friends. She show love in many different ways. The house is a very comfortable house in a very nice neighborhood. Beth and Gus make everything for I feel welcome. Also let me stay 2 extra nights after the Petsitter ends, and I had the great time with this couple, they are a joy to know. With good conversation music friends and Sammy. Thank you so much guys. I’m sure I have friends in Boulder now.

The staff showed genuine concern and care towards my pet, which in turn made me feel more comfortable having them take care of my pet. I have used Urbana Pet Care for a few months to take care of our two doggies🐕🐕 when we go out of town. We always have someone from the Urbana team stay at our house so we don't mess with their routine. Recently we went on a 2 week cruise to Italy, France and Germany and left our pups to the sitter Rice. He emailed us pictures of the pups having fun and laying around every day, letting me know how my doggies did in their daily walk😊. I also appreciate that my home alarm system is always reset properly and the door locked every day. Makes me feel safe knowing Urbana is responsible for both my pet and my home. We started using Urbana Pet Care’s midday dog walking service two years ago so our dog can take a bathroom break everyday while we are at work. The team has been doing great ever since! The walks are always on time and the walker is really friendly - my buddy loves her! And when there is an emergency, the team always has back up. Recently we went on vacation and were unable to bring our dog. So instead of boarding, I tried their in home pet sitting service for my dog and to take care of my cat also. It was great, I received pictures and updates from every visit so I didn’t have to worry while on vacation. Overall, they always keep us updated, are very efficient at communicating, and are a very nice team to work with. Highly recommended!

Top-notch pet care!🎁 I was soooooo lucky to meet Urbana Pet Care, the best pet sitter I have found in the area, hands down. I have a British Shorthair & also several cats.🐱 The cats are strictly indoor & my biggest fear is that they will somehow get out while the front door is being opened/closed, as they are curious creatures. But Urbana Pet Care exceeded my expectations and took great care of my kitty every time. My little puppy always seemed happy when I would come back from my works or trips, which is proof that the pet care specialist would actually take the time to play with her, to brush her and give her attention. I can't recommend Urbana Pet Care enough if you're looking for a great cat sitter or dog walker with reasonable rates who will give you peace of mind!👍👍👍
Rice to the rescue!! We had to leave town overnight without notice and worried as we have a little dog 🐶that we were not willing to leave with strangers or in a cage at some boarding facility. We asked our friend and he recommended Urbana to us. We then called Urbana and asked if there was any way they could help. 📲A few minutes later, Rice, the owner, was on the phone and even insisted on driving us to and from the airport. ✈️ Rice welcomed our doggie into his own home 🏠and sent us updates and pics every few hours. So incredibly relieved to have been able to tend to an emergency without having the stress of worrying about our little one!🆒 I am thrilled with Urbana and will definitely offer a recommendation to anyone with pets. 🤩🤩Rice and his team have done a wonderful job. They love animals, and they know how to take care of the things you'll be worried about before you even get a chance to worry!👏
