A great sit from beginning to end - difficult to say if it is Jo and James or their lovely dogs Jack and Jackson who is the more relaxed and friendly! Good communication beforehand, a clear handover and then two days and nights with the most fabulously well trained dogs. We really enjoyed being able to walk straight from the door. The boys are relentless ball-chasers and could not have been better behaved or more entertaining when we walked along the river bank in the mornings. The house was warm and comfortable with a sofa plenty big enough for some evening cuddles with Jack and Jackson. A really well equipped kitchen gave us our first experience of cooking on an Aga (pretty successfully though there’s conventional oven and hob too). And of course the hot tub. Fantastic. A great first sit for us. We can only hope future hosts homes and hounds can live up to this one!
Terry and I had the most lovely week at Sheffield Park with Saba. Mickey inspired confidence from the first telephone conversation we had with her and sure enough, everything had been prepared for our visit. The house itself was lovely, the Sheffield Park grounds stunning and Saba was a delight. We would house sit for Mickey again in a heartbeat.
Judge and Paloma were adorable! We enjoyed hanging out with them in the amazing backyard and walking around the neighborhood. The house is amazing, close to everything, and being able to use the car was a huge plus. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay in salt lake!
Two adorable german shepherds, Wirra and Pirri gave us an lovely stay. We would absolutely recommend this housesit for other sitters.
We had such an amazing time with Luna, with loads of memorable moments. She’s a very affectionate dog who loves to play in the park and chase squirrels. Gretchen and Jos are very nice people and easy to chat to, they were brilliant explaining everything we needed to know about the house, the care of Luna and even nice places to go nearby. The house is very beautiful and comfortable, in a great area of London. Everything was perfect and we left with our hearts full of gratitude for such special moments we lived there with Luna. We hope to take care of her again soon : )
Pluto & Pickle are cuties and fun to follow, it took a while for me to regonice which one is who 🙂 They followed me around the house and I was happy to get their company at night. It was easy and chill atmostphere to take care of these doggies. Althought my stay was short, I was able to enjoy my stay. Location is great, by foot and drive can shortly reach different places. Sven's yard is brilliant spot to spend time. He's also fun like his dogs and generous, he also gave me a good briefing before his travel.
