I have Katya cat sit my 6 cats when we are away. She is exceptional with her care. She loves my cats & plays with them when she is here. I am very particular about my fur babies, they are my family so having someone I can trust with them is monumental. I love her like a Granddaughter. My experience with Katya has always been super positive. Whether i’m giving plenty of notice or in a pinch, she is always willing to help. I have two guinea pigs, so finding care for them is harder than I had originally anticipated. After meeting for a consolation (which was so kind of her to offer), I have had a phenomenal experience with her care. My guinea pigs always return happy and healthy (sometimes sad that they’re leaving her). I just appreciate how attentive Katya is to their needs!! Highly recommend!!

Katya and her team are fantastic! She’s accommodated me on EXTREMELY short notice more than once, a total godsend. Her rates are extremely reasonable for the amount of care she does. I love getting the pictures of my sweet girl when she’s on a walk or snuggling on the couch. I’ve used her for drop-ins, dog walking and overnight boarding. All have been fantastic experiences.

I hired this company and I was told the fee was $150 total but the babysitter who came and showed up to collect the remaining money said oh no ma’am it’s only $120 and I had 150 in the envelope, I rearranged my vacation to go away on August 27 to the 30th so that I could use the same babysitter Until I found out that the owner would not let up on collecting that extra $30 she was bent on communicating with me every day to get a $30 fee when I gave them 120 because of the babysitter saying oh no, you don’t need to give 150 I gave $120 She says I’ll just use the extra 30 for my Tip. I had arrangements to meet the babysitter to pay her on Saturday and this owner Katika was relentless on trying to collect that additional $30 from me. I already had it set up between the babysitter and I we were doing just fine until Katika got involved so if you wanna Cooperative Company who has their act together who communicates with their employees so they don’t try to charge their client more money than I would say go elsewhere because the owner of this company is not someone you wanna deal with. They are more interested in getting your money than they are and taking care of your dog

Katya took wonderful care of our black lab while we were gone for a long weekend at the beach! She sent updates with photos or videos with every visit which was very reassuring to know he was doing well. Would definitely recommend Katya to care for your pets and will have her come back again!

I'm so thankful I found Caring Angels Pet services. Denny is extremely accommodating to my "on a whim" get aways, long vacations or emergency needs. She not only comes in and cares for my cats basic needs, she helps with medication twice daily for my older kitty and spends a good bit of time with them at each visit. Denny is the most caring and flexible pet sitter I’ve ever used for my dogs. She truly loves animals and they love her too. She helped out a couple times when I was stranded for longer than planned and she graciously continued to care for my pups. Her rates are more than reasonable and her heart is huge!!!

There is no one who loves animals more than Denny! She may be happier to see our cats than the cats are to see her. Denny is the best pet sitter that I have ever hired! She spent time playing with my cats twice per day, sent photos daily, and far exceeded my expectations! Denny is literally the only person outside of my family that I will leave my girls with - especially, overnight. I am THAT mama. My babies are very attached and it has limited our ability to travel even for short trips. My babies loved Denny right away, from the moment they met her. She is the dog whisperer. I would feel 100% at ease any time Denny is the one caring for my babies. She sends super cute photos too to help ease your mind. The only dog sitter I would ever use outside the two, yes only two, relatives I trust.

My dog Buckley is 12 years old and has never stayed with anyone except my brother. I was concerned he would be unhappy and worried staying anywhere else. He was very content and happy with Kat at Barks & Parks and seemed to bond with them right away. She sent pictures every day and updated me as to what she was doing with him. I felt very good knowing he was being taken care of and enjoying his stay. I would recommend Kat to give your fur baby a home atmosphere while you are away.

Kat was amazing with Noah during his 3-day boarding. I was immediately comforted when talking to her the first time, hearing about her experience and ambition in transitioning to animal care full-time. Her place was clean, spacious, with a quaint outdoor patio. Noah has separation anxiety so I was very nervous and picky about where he would stay. He was wagging his tail and happy when we picked him up. A 5-star experience! Thanks Kat!

This was our first time boarding our furbaby, Nala, so we were naturally a bit nervous. From the first moment we met Kat, she put us at ease and left us with the impression that she would love on our dog..and we were right! Every day, she followed our instructions and suggestions to a “T”; taking our dog on two walks a day, spoiling her rotten. I think Nala still misses her! 😂 if we are in need of boarding again, Kat will be our first choice and would highly recommend Barks&Parks Pet Services!

Kat took care of my dog as part of her doggie daycare service. She kindly both picked him up and brought him back to my home. While under her care they took several walks, and she shared pictures via a dog sitting app, which was awesome. When my pup returned, he was was happy and clearly had a great time. I definitely recommend Barks & Parks Pet Services based on my experience.

5 STARS!!! VERY Happy with this service! My dog Deanna is 10.5 yrs old and recently started having seizures (in March of 2022). We went on vacation in May and booked her with a local kennel (NOT this one). I couldn't confirm that they were or were not giving her her seizure meds, as when we returned & picked her up she had a seizure that night and several more a day afterward. Needless to say when it came time to go to Lancaster PA for a vacation in July which is 2.5 hrs from home, I was VERY worried on where I would leave her and what I would do if something should happen. THEN I found Barks & Parks Pet Services!! We drove out, dropped her off with Kat, and then went to our hotel which was 10 minutes away! Talk about convenience! Deanna had a WONDERFUL TIME there!!! She got along with the other dogs (which is not the norm!). When I first dropper her off the 1st day she seemed apprehensive which I expected. I did NOT expect to hear how well she was getting along with her new friends and how after a few days was fitting right in to her old routine! I wish I could leave her there ANY time we go away! This is a WONDERFUL alternative to a regular kennel. It is a regular house, where the dogs are in a more home-like environment as opposed to in a kennel. I highly recommend barks & parks!!

Kat’s service through Barks & Parks was exceptional!! Our little dog was walked and cared for so well, we were afraid she wouldn’t want to come home. We received twice daily updates on how she was doing along with the cutest pictures. We were incredibly pleased with Barks and Parks and would definitely use this home-like dog boarding service again!!!.

We recently moved to PA, and Eleanor (4 yrs old) has had the same groomer since she was a puppy. Finding a new, trustworthy groomer wasn’t an easy task. We are so happy to have found Gochenauer. Eleanor had a good experience, and she looks great. We particularly appreciate the excellent communication we have with them.

Forewarning, I am actually a former employee and not a customer. But I feel as if my review should be even moreso impactful since I have seen all the "behind the scenes" and nitty gritty. I worked for Gochenaeur Pet Resort part time during my pregnancy in addition to my full time job. They treat the dogs excellently and their system is practically flawless. If they tell you they will give your dog a special treat you packed for them, your dog gets that treat. If you request they get their favorite toy, I promise they got it. It is incredibly clean and biohazard free. They are an incredible staff who are truly all animal lovers. As an employee, even part time and only there for a short time, they treated me like family and I was exposed to some of the best working conditions I've ever experienced. They throw little parties for important life occasions, even barely knowing me I was given a "mother to be" celebration with the other pregnant women in the facility. I have since left Gochenaeur's to pursue a home job where I now work comfortably and am with my baby all day, and yet months later, I still think about how wonderful of a place it is!

First grooming here for our bernedoodle puppy. A little shorter than expected, but overall good job! Reasonable pricing for that doodle crazy fur.

I don't know how I feel about this place. The fact that there is an extra charge/fee to play with the cats being boarded, makes me feel like they may not be cared for as well as the dogs there. The cats are cooped up in a room for the majority of the day without much interaction. Yes, dogs don't use a litter box, and need to be walked, but the fact that I would have to pay you to acknowledge and interact with my pet doesn't sit quite right with me. And as expensive as it is to board a cat, you shouldn't have to pay for the staff to play with a self-sufficient animal that doesn't need to be walked or picked up after as much as a dog. I've been reading some of the reviews and the majority are from dog owners, so it is obvious this place is geared much more towards dogs; which is fine, but cats still need some attention & love too!

I would never trust any other facility with the health and safety of my babies! The girls at the front desk are always kind and absolutely ADORE my boys. They always make a big deal out of seeing them :) they always come home clean and happy! My smallest aussie is a puppy mill rescue and is VERY wary of people. Even with his quirks the staff is patient and caring. They were just there in the beginning of August while I was on vacation. They were informative and up front about the strain of kennel cough circulating nationally that isn't covered by the current vaccine and explained their sanitization process thoroughly. Very grateful for the staff and their love of all of our babies!

This was our first time boarding Maddie at Gochenauer Kennels and I couldn’t have been more impressed. We were worried because Maddie is dog reactive but Gochenauer’s took every precaution to make sure Maddie was comfortable and safe. She had a great time playing with the friendly staff and making new human friends! Staff member, Sam C., is extremely knowledgeable and simply incredible with dogs. We wouldn’t want Maddie to stay anywhere else while we are away on vacation! We always know that she will be well taken care of and having a great time at Gochenauer’s!

I have two “shorkies” with high maintenance that required extra time and energy for them to be satisfied fully. Due to my busy work schedule; I struggled with finding the time to burn their energy and of course potty training them Was a huge problem. I Requested a try-out service from jogs with dogs & Luckily; I was assigned to the most sweetest, patient, reliable and well trained Personel. Her name is “Imane” and I will not see myself changing to another company. My dogs are now happier, potty trained and way relaxed when I come home from work. I highly recommend this company and it’s staff!!! They are trustworthy, dedicated and full of love. Their dedication is for training, caring and giving all their love to our pets.

Laura came to petsit our 4 dogs while we were away for a week in August 2024. We were SOOO pleased with her services! We’ve now used Mortizen Family Pet Sitting twice and have had amazing experiences both times. After having a really terrible experience with a different pet sitter, we were extremely hesitant to trust someone with our three pups again. However, every single person that we’ve worked with or spoken to at MFPS has been exceptional to work with. They have clear communication and we really appreciated the follow up ensuring we were pleased with the service. We had a different sitter both times, but they both communicated thoroughly, sent pictures, and you could tell they loved up on our pups. We are thankful that we found them and now don’t have to stress that our boys won’t get amazing care while we are away. We will definitely continue to use them and highly recommend using their services!

Moritzen Family Pet sitting took care of my 5 month old puppy like she was a member of their family. I was initially nervous because my pup was so young, but Laura abated all my fears with her daily pictures and in depth notes daily after her visit. Wonderful experience with MFPS. My girls were well taken care of (along with flower and strawberry watering, mail and newspapers brought in). Eye drops given to one of my girls. Loved the twice a day updates. Communication prompt. When we got home and opened the door the girls facial expressions told us they were disappointed we were home. Consistent dependable top notch service, personal attention, great communication and visit updates, with constant caring and concern in everything they do. Words can barely express how pleased I am to have found their service, simply said, they are the best.

First experience with boarding our 6yr old dog. The staff was very compassionate and sent me pictures and updates. I feel like she was under great care and they paid attention to her and her needs. She seemed very happy and relaxed when we picked her up. I would highly recommend Oscars and will be using them again in future!

We take our yellow lab here for boarding. She has separation anxiety and I’m confident she is well loved and cared for while we are away. We had one poor experience but they followed up with me on it. It’s a beautiful location and the dogs all seem happy while there. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for.

My husband and I take our 4 month old bully XL here to Oscers for the training classes and we thought we would give there nail salon a try and I was very impressed on how the staff took care of our puppy the staff are so caring sweet and I would definitely recommend this place

Wonderful private training with Michelle! Have been taking my German shepherd for a couple sessions now and have had nothing but great experiences here. Love their method of training and how much they care about treating animals the right way and teaching them correctly! Already seeing a huge improvement in Bailey and I am excited to keep bringing her here!

They are caring and knowledgeable They offer alot of services that make it easy for my pets. I love the 1:1 attention my dogs get when I bored them overnight The grooming is top notch and the groomer is experienced and very friendly..

We had an excellent experience at Oscar's. It was our first experience here. Our groomer had hand surgery. Our friends bring their "fur ball" here and recommended Oscars.They were very friendly and groomed Molly just like she is normally groomed. Would highly recommend them.

Boarded the dog there for a week and he came out happy and tired from playing happily with the other dogs. Last time I boarded at the country club in manheim he came out to us scared and ge was sick. I'll never go there again. This time he was happy and seemed to enjoy his vacation here at oscars. Wish I would have taken him here sooner. Staff is friendly and efficient getting us in and out quickly without forgetting about fussing the dog- the most important part!

I tried to bring my dogs here to be groomed on a Saturday. My appointment was supposed to be at 11 am. They called me at 8 the day of to tell me they had cancellations and of I could bring the dogs in that would be great, this would not have been a problem but during the course of the conversation they told me I would need to drop the dogs off at 11 or before and would not be able to pick them up until 4-6. They said this is because "on Saturdays they only can check people out from 4-6pm." I asked them how long grooming takes and they said 2-3 hours. So then I asked what do my dogs do the rest of the time they are stuck there for no reason and they said they put them in crates. So if you're a first time customer here and have a morning appointment on a Saturday they will take your dog, from them and then force them to be in a crate for more hours than they are being groomed. I waited3 weeks for this appointment and had to cancel because my dogs get anxiety being locked in a crate. Never heard of another groomer wanting to hold your dogs because they can only check you out from 4-6. Definitely would not recommend trying to do business with this place.

We took our dog here for puppy classes and it was great. Michelle was a wonderful class instructor and would recommend her to anyone. They do group and private classes. Not unreasonable pricing either

This has been the best experience for dog boarding. The staff all care about the pets and the owners. Our puppo Lucy is excited to go there and spend time with the staff and other doggos. My heart feels full knowing she's in great hands with people who care about her.

New to this place and so far 10/10. All of the staff are friendly and engaged, we have a greyhound who can get overstimulated, but they pay attention to how each dog is handling its environment and proceed accordingly. So happy to have found Canine Country Club!

Worst place ever, after all these years I can't believe this place still hasn't been shutdown. Yep leaving a review after years, because pretty sure owner removed the one I left after they had kennel cough so bad my dogs almost died. My vet was so mad he wanted to call them. Owner was such a jerk on phone that he told us to never come back(like I was gonna! Lol) after finally paying for vet bills. Of course he didn't agree to that with my wife, I had to call! If you love your dogs never take them here!! I saw a review at another dog boarding place just recently that trashed this place too for the same thing so its obviously still the same. Reminded me to come back and leave another review. Don't bother responding with anything, I don't care, just trying to save someone else's dogs from that.

Spent over 2 hours registering on there website setting up new accounts logging in vet records to book a boarding stay. Only to find out that they were not accepting new pets. No apologies or any type of consolation or compromise was given. A complete waste of my time. I guess I will be sending them an invoice.

This was my first time having my dog Rocky stay here and I am very pleased . The booking process was super easy and everyone was very friendly . Rocky tends to be very anxious when he gets boarded and is usually out of sorts when he first comes home . This was definitely a great experience for him he came home happy as a clam ! He also smelled nice and fresh . I will definitely be booking again for our Next vacation in the winter . Thank you Canine Country Club for taking great care of Rocky !! 🐾🐾

Left our dog overnight to let him get used to being in a kennel (first time). He enjoyed the group play and the overall experience. The staff is very good at what they do and take excellent care of their "guests".

I took two of my dogs to daycare for their first time while I had contractors working in my home. I was a bit anxious but not only did the staff walk me through the process when I scheduled, but they gave me so much feedback when I picked up my girls. We have been boarding our dogs with CCC for years now and continue to do so even though they are a 35 minute drive because they give me peace of mind when I am way from my pups.

Good facility but terrible with being able to contact them. They need a customer service person to take calls not a machine.

They treat our dog outstanding! Great attention to the dogs needs. Pricey, but I wouldn't want our dog going anywhere else. Dog is "happy" there, and is normal when we pick him up...unlike another kennel in the area.

I heard about Chris and Dale through a friend and she highly recommended them. We met with them and decided our puppy, Maverick would stay with them for our vacation. Chris was very patient with Maverick and sent me updates and pictures frequently. He’s also helping with training and it’s going well. We will be starting puppy daycare this week!!

I can’t put into words the peace of mind leaving Olley with Chris & Dale for 10 days brought me! Chris & Dale are absolutely terrific. My constant companion is Jake. He is 15 year old Jack Russell that is in great health but lost his hearing several years ago. That, his age and his tendency to get aggressive with other dogs made me nervous about leaving him in anyone’s care. They have now watched him several times and I have been completely at ease. Jake loves the other dogs and seems to enjoy his week long stays with them. They even were great about my computer generated instructions that may have made some people roll their eyes for sure! Thank you so much Chris & Dale for the love you show Jake, you guys are the best!

Reese is very friendly and active. We needed her to have something to do during the day while we are at work and thankful we were told about Chris and Dale. She loves going to daycare and playing with all the other dogs. She goes 5 days a week and she’s like family to them. Chris and Dale are the BEST! I trust them completely with Reese.

Chris and Dale watched our two boys for 9 days. Our vacation house changed weeks. Our normal sitter was no longer available. I didn't feel good about someone just coming to our house to let them out a couple of times a day. Thankfully, I found D&C Pet Sitters! Due to our boys being rescues, we did not want to board them. Sometimes, they do not do well with others. Our boys were welcomed to their family. They handled them so well. They were happy and healthy when we retured. Thank you so much!

Chris and Dale took such great care of our pups! They sent us Pictures each day and we felt comfortable knowing they were in a nice family environment, instead of cages. If you are looking for top notch care, in a loving environment, choose D&C Dog Sitting, you won’t regret it! We will definitely be using their services again, loved that they have extra services like nail trimming and bathing that we took advantage of!

My puppy has hydrocephalus so he takes just a little more patients than your average puppy. They were fantastic from the beginning. Even going to the extra mile to research hydrocephalus so they knew some of the issues before I arrived for the meet and greet! Cannot say enough positive things about them. I received pictures and updates daily while away on vacation. Highly recommended!

Dale and Chris were very helpful on short notice with our puppy Lola. They invited us over for an initial meet and greet with their pups before giving us the green light. They sent us pictures and updates to keep us posted on how she was doing. They also were very understanding about a few oop sees she had during her stay. We will definitely call them again in the future.

I have my puppy at Chris house while I went to Hershey park. My puppy is very shy and not good at socializing with other dogs, so I worried about him when he is not with me. Chris has been taken care of him well, giving him sweaters when taking him out, feed him and sending his pictures to me during the day, and I am much more comfortable and feel reliable when I am not with my puppy! Chris is very professional and I would recommend to my friends of this place!

I left my three Golden Retrievers at Glamorous K9S during Thanksgiving week and I couldn’t be more grateful. Although it was my first time leaving my dogs at a kennel and I had a lot of concerns, Pam and her team were exceptional from the very beginning. They answered all my questions (more than 10 emails!) and reassured me about the process and the required vaccinations. When I dropped them off, I was amazed at how warmly and patiently they were received, especially because one of my dogs is a bit nervous. Two days later, I emailed asking how they were adjusting, and the team quickly responded, assuring me everything was going well and that I could be at ease. When I picked them up, I found them happy, a bit chubbier, and healthy. They were a little thirsty (probably because of the precautionary water restrictions), but they came home calm and content. I want to thank Pam and the entire team at Glamorous K9S for taking care of my dogs as if they were part of their family. I’ll definitely trust them with my dogs again in the future.

Very awesome and friendly staff. They have been amazing with our dog Jake and we have used them ever since we got him. Couldn't ask for better people to take care of our boy while we're out of town.

We were unhappy with our previous boarding facility so we checked out Glamorous K9s. Mike and his daughter, Kelly, hosted me and my dog, Walter, for a tour a couple weeks prior to his stay. We spoke for about 30 minutes while Walter explored the outdoor play area. They explained exactly how his stay would be structured. A couple days into our vacation, I asked how things were going. Within minutes, I had a return e-mail describing how much fun my crazy dog was having, including photos! It was so nice knowing he was enjoying his time away from home as much as we were. At pick-up, Walter was happy as the day we dropped him off. We will definitely use Glamorous K9s in the future and recommend them to friends and family!

My 2 German Shepherds had their first boarding experience ever at Glamorous K9S and we are thrilled with the care and attention they received. All aspects of their care were followed with attention to detail (feedings, medication, exercise/play) and our dog's loved it. We are comfortable in knowing our pups have a safe and happy home away from home!

We boarded our 2 shepards there for 8 days, one elderly and one 3 years old and stubborn. It was their first time away from home and naturally we were concerned. The youngest shepard can be a handful and was our biggest concern because of it. After talking to other persnickety kennel owners I called Duke Wagner and discussed my concerns. I felt he had a great understanding of my concerns. We drove almosr 80 miles to board our dogs there. We picked them up today and was immediately relieved to see they had been well cared for. They will be the only kennel our dogs will stay in the future. I also thought the rates were very reasonable.

I cannot begin to express my gratitude and appreciation to Glamorous K9's following a recent stay. The owner's are so thoughtful and caring and help to alleviate the stress of leaving your precious four-legged family members. I have received emails, text message, and pictures of my dogs throughout their entire stay at Glamorous K9's to assure me my four-legged children are thriving and adjusting well to their vacation home. The time and dedication the owner's show to the animals and their families is immeasurable and definitely appreciated! I do not and will not trust another kennel other than Glamorous K9's to care for my dogs!!!!

I love this place but better yet my boxer , Bruno does too! The staff was great. They made me feel comfortable when u dropped my precious baby off and he seemed happy right away to be there. He was dealing with a UTI and they had no problem giving him his meds each day. They sent me lots of pictures while I was away and missing him. His nails were trimmed, by request, to perfection and I was surprised to find him also bathed when I arrived to pick him up. So nice to drive home with a fresh pup and not having him smelling like I just picked up a stay from the pound. He was not upset with me after I picked him up which proves he loved his stay. He even lovingly went over to mike to say goodbye as we were leaving. Bruno was happy and that’s what made me happy. We will definitely be back!

I've always took my sheltie Mitzy there and she always comes out looking great (see added picture). Highly recommend+. staff are always very nice and professional and prices are very good. 5+ Stars from me and my family. Thanks again!

MIKE AND HIS FAMILY GO ABOVE AN BEYOND TO CARE FOR THEIR FURRY GUESTS. We recently boarded our two LLasa Apsos, Cash and Truman, for the first time at Glamorous K9, both were in excellent condition after a week boarding with Mike and family. They seemed very relaxed and stress free, and enjoyed being around Mike and his family. They were new to this kennel and adapted very quickly, which says a lot about the individual care and attention. Honestly, we were a little concerned at first, never have boarded our pups here, but quickly realized they were in good hands. They emailed us daily to give us a update on how well the pups were doing. We will be using Mike and family 's kennel in the future for all of our boarding needs.

So thankful to have a place I can trust to take care of my baby while I'm away! They clipped my dogs nails and gave her a bath. She came home looking and smelling wonderful! These are people I trust and you can tell that they love the service they are providing 👍👍😊 …

We have been boarding our rough collie here for a few years. After a horrible kennel experience somewhere else when we had initially moved here before the pandemic, we needed to find another place to board with rather quickly. We were extremely impressed with the cleanliness and size of the kennel and property. The owners are both pleasant, professional, kind, and down to earth people. We appreciate how much they care for our dog, and how they don’t mind small talk while we do drop off and pickup. We prefer the small mom and pop business over any larger franchise any day of the week. They really make us feel at home, and we know our dog enjoys the time spent in their care. He always comes back to us happy and healthy. He gets excited when we arrive, and feels comfortable when we head in. I think the owners are what make the business the best part of the experience though. They truly are good people; it is comfortable and natural when we carry on with each other. They are very relatable. Also, they don’t mind being flexible and answering questions. You can tell they love what they do. The husband and wife are a sweet couple with good business practices, and our dog loves them too!

I have had the best experience for a nail trim for Dottie than other places I've gone...the people are pleasant...they even made a spring ribbon 🎀 for her collar...the nail cutting was great....Dottie hardly minded...very comfortable with my Dottie...Thank You Kieffers Kennel Boarding and Grooming …

Just boarded my lab there for 8 days. Very pleased. Kind owner. My dog was happy and well fed when I picked him up. I used to board him at Gochenaurs before their prices became insane and from there, he would be anxious and smelled so strongly of urine. MUCH better experience here.

Owners are so nice! Place is VERY clean. Prices are reasonable. My dog did not seem stressed out when I picked her up so she must have had a good experience. Will definitely be using them again!

I guess you have to be white to not get the experience I have had with them. They have been rude since the week I had put my dog there, telling me they don't feed and boardy dog for free when he had his own that was about 3wks ago. Then this weekend I get call after they tell me this about I need to come and get my dog. My dog has been in other kennels and have not been treated this way and at the kennels they say pay when you come to pick your dog up. I guess being black is a crime cause they have been nothing but rude and disrespectful to me the entire time my dog has been there. I will never bring him to this kennel ever again. Disrespectful and downgrading people just on appearances.

There disrespectful and have been discriminating towards people because of there appearance and how they present there self. No person or dog should have to go through that. At any place, shape or from. I go get my dog from this place on the 29th of this month (June) cause they say he was sick they wouldn't let me take him or bring him back. I see why now he had got some infection and a UTI from being there. They are nasty people there.

We have been taking our dog for years and have no concerns when dropping her off. The place is clean, and the owners are nice and easy to work with. The only thing is their limited hours.

We boarded our dog here once (over Labor Day weekend) and she seemed fine if a bit hoarse and tired. Never got kennel cough or anything like that. It's a small business but seemed clean, etc. We were satisfied if not overjoyed. However, the customer service here is terrible. I've never reached a human being even when I call during their operating hours, and they take literally HOURS to call you back (which just fills this pet lover with comfortable safe feelings). This by itself isn't great, but the kicker was today. I called and left a voicemail asking if they were available for some April dates to board my dog again. I received a voicemail back saying that they'd looked me up and that 1) I had never boarded my dog with them, 2) that I had made a reservation last July that I was a no call/no show for, and 3) that I should call the kennel I boarded my dog with instead. There was absolutely no concern whatsoever about whether or not they even got my name right (they didn't). They called me back (voicemail - I was putting kid to sleep) saying that I was definitely a no call/no show for that weekend, and that I did not board with them Labor Day weekend, and that I had the wrong kennel. For the record... they give you so many branded scratch pads, post-its, etc. that we've been literally stocked up all winter. Guess I just randomly stole all their stuff. So... I guess if you like bad record-keeping, being wrong simply because they say so, and not being able to have actual real-time conversations with people... board your dog here.

I boarded my dog here one time before, no issues. Now the second time I went to have him boarded they made the drop off and pick up hours extremely difficult to work around especially for people who are leaving for vacation. So once we found someone who was able to drop our dog off I called the kennel back AFTER they had already confirmed the dates with me and I let them know the name of the person dropping off and picking up, I was then told I couldn’t board the dog there any longer. Literally less then 24 hours prior to them telling me my dog was able to be boarded.. if you are going to have such short drop off and pick up times then they should have been willing to work with us when we found someone to help us with the drop off and pick up. I am extremely upset and disappointed with this business. I won’t be bringing my dog back here. There’s also no grass area for my dog to run which is another factor in this decision going forward.

Just picked up Otto and he seemed very happy. Very clean place and owners are nice. He requires eye meds and they were very accommodating. Will definitely use them again.
