This was Ed and Luz’s 2nd time sitting for us. They are fantastic! Great communication, self sufficient, reliable. Our dog and bunnies were well cared for. They took excellent care of our plants and yard. They left the house even cleaner than when they arrived.
Ros and Terry and their lovely pet friends gave me a really nice welcome at their beautiful home in the Chilterns the night before they left for their trip. After chatting for hours, enjoying a glass of wine and locally made pizzas, I retired to a very cosy and comfortable guest room where I slept really well. Waking up in the morning there was such a delight, greeted by Abby the beautiful little feline of the house, I immediately felt at home and excited to enjoy a morning coffee and stroll around the beautifully maintained patio and garden. It has been a that fresh autumnal time of year so I very much enjoyed the local nature walks where I was immensely happy to witness wild deer and red Kites flying above in the gorgeous forest trail behind the house, the colours and sounds I captured were stunning. The house was immaculate and I found Abby to be really easy care. I found the home and area to be a truly inspiring place to retreat and I loved nipping to neighbouring areas to mooch around the shops and local Delhi. A fabulous stay, highly recommended. Full 5 stars from me and I’d be delighted to sit for Ros and Terry again in the future.
Wow! What a fantastic sit in an outstandingly beautiful area, amazing family and adorable cats :) Thankyou for making us feel really welcome with a lovely welcome meal. We had plenty of information about the cats, local areas to visit, transport information.. I could go on and on such a considerate family ! We felt privileged to had this opportunity. the cats have great personalities and were a pleasure to look after, wonderful home, stunning area. This was our first time in Switzerland and we take away memories that will last. Thanks so much Marlene and family, we will gladly sit for you again x Highly recommended sit.
We had a great sit with Michelle's two pups, Milo and Cooper. They are sweet and very good boys; easy to care for and quite affectionate. Lots of personality! They warmed right up to me and I enjoyed getting to know them both. They're very good on leash together; as siblings, they move as a unit and are a pleasure to walk. Michelle was very communicative before the sit and gave me clear instructions on how to care for the pups. Her home is comfortable, well-kept and peaceful, and I appreciated that she went out of her way to prepare for my arrival. I recommend this sit and hope I get to see Milo and Cooper again one day.
I loved sitting for Tayde!! Bachi and Orión are the sweetest, I'm gonna miss them so much. They are so well behaved and so lovely, they love attention and are also super playful. Truly, the sweetest!! The house has a good location, you can easily take a bus and go to the center, it takes around 40 minutes. Or you can take the bus and go to the beach as well, around 1h ride. I would definitely recommend and also sit for them again!
We had a wonderful housesit. Young and Andrew are very nice. The housesit was super organized and the contact was great. Randall is such a lovely dog, we had a really nice time together and enjoyed it very much. Thank you very much for this wonderful experience. We would love to come back.
We found Gemma and Mark’s house and sit to be very comfortable The house comes with all the amenities and the pool is great! Nikita, Sasha, and Blue were easy to tend to and we enjoyed their company. Blue is the old lovable curmudgeon, Nikita the lovey dovey, and Sasha is plumb full of energy! I would caution fellow sitters that these are big, powerful dogs and walking them could be abit much if you’re on the smaller side. We were able to handle them just fine but they are pullers. That being said, we went all over the campo with them, up and down hills, and thru the odd neighborhood here and there. Post walk it’s party time in the pool as Nikita and Sasha love to show off their swimming skills. Fun! Lola (cat) and Sasha will taunt each other no end, very playfully, and are a hoot to watch. Elle loves attention and is a great cat. Gemma greeted us with a nice meal and we enjoyed visiting with her. She’s a great communicator and thorough with her instructions. Good shopping and restaurants within a few minutes drive/walk. .We recommend this sit to follow on sitters.
