My dog stayed here overnight. They took good care of him. Would definitely recommend. I have a senior 12 year old boxer/lab mix who prefers humans over dogs for reference.

The staff if very polite, professional, and cheerful. They show a love for my dog. Raven does an excellent job grooming and always asks if we need any changes or added services. They keep up with the shots that pets need so we know our dog will stay health. The prices are reasonable.

My Frenchie recently stayed in one of the townhouse rooms. She had her own little room with her dog bed plus another little bed, a tv, her toys, and even her own window. She’s older and can’t do group playtime so we scheduled extra one on one human time for her. They also ensured she used the elevator since she shouldn’t walk up and down stairs. We checked the cameras periodically and she was sleeping peacefully most of the time. The folks who work there were super informative during my initial visit; gave me a tour and answered all my questions. My dog seemed happy when I picked her up after her week long stay. They even washed her bedding. We’ll be back. :-)

Puck & Ruby love it here! They don’t even play with the other dogs, but they get plenty of petting & attention and they’re always happy to be dropped off. It’s so nice having somewhere I can leave them and not worry about them.

Pet Suites has been great for my dog Rocky! Everyone there has been so kind and helpful with training, boarding, and doggy daycare. I especially love when I checked on him during outdoor play time and saw Ms. Heather walk around and give each dog a pet and a hug 😃. They really do care about your dogs!! …

Our little guy (yorkie poo) had an extended stay (2 weeks) and he really enjoyed himself! We opted for a combo of half day play and enrichment sessions. When we received the “pawgress reports” he always looked so happy! It made our vacation better knowing he was having a great time. The staff are awesome and accommodating. This place is heaven for dogs, I actually like to call it Disneyland for dogs! I have a yellow lab who loves to board here at Canine Ranch and Retreat, I wouldn’t have her stay anywhere else, I’ve had nothing but the best experience boarding my dog here. Otto our boxer recently stayed with Shady Acres over the weekend while we were out of town and he had a great time! We are so thankful Shady Acres was able to accommodate our last minute request to board him. We will definitely be back soon for daycare and more boarding! They made the process so easy and helped us during a very stressful time considering our prior boarding facility canceled our reservation 4 days before our trip, at no fault of our own after 11 years of sending multiple dogs there. We boarded our dogs there from 12/26-12/31, so during the busy holiday season. They are always very responsive over text which is always great/easy to receive updates and the staff was very friendly when we went in for evaluation. There was a miscommunication over billing (which was primarily my fault) and they refunded us even though they didn’t need to, and more than they needed to as the issue was again primarily my fault. They did it quickly and with a friendly note. I’d definitely board with them again off their customer service alone, especially during a really busy period. Thanks Shady Acres!

We absolutely loved our experience with Shady acres pet Ranch. We dropped our German Shepherd off for a three week training with Ashleigh and he came back a new dog. He’s doing wonderful at home. Ashleigh sent us multiple updates per week as well as pictures and videos of his training progress. We were able to visit and practice training with him in between, he really enjoyed their dog pool and we got to see what he was learning in real time. Would highly recommend!

Love this place, and more importantly my golden comes back home happy every time he’s stayed here. I used to board Simba at Action Pack in Round Rock, but they got too greedy for me, their staff changed too often and their service went to d0g$. I am so glad I found an even better environment for a competitive price and within 10 mins drive from home. Shady acres as long as Simba comes back with a smile, you have a loyal customer in me 🙏🙏🙏

My dog had diarrhea when taken home. Based on comments of staff my pet appeared as if she was going to snap at other dogs. My pet goes to the dog park and never has a problem. I then asked if my dog had outside time and staff indicated they did the best they could. When picking up my pet it took staff 20 minutes to find her. Very scary. This was a 6 day boarding stay. Provided 6 bags of food and they returned 4. Not impressed.

Non favorable admin changes. I boarded my dogs several times in this facility and I was always happy until this time. They usually fed them separately at no cost and this time they charged us an additional fee which was not in the first quote or on its website. They told me when I was there ready to go to the airport. What option do you have on that moment? Secondly, they used to send a full report about their interactions and behavior during their stay but this time the card was updated the date they arrived and with less information. How do I know how they were during the whole stay? In addition, there were no post on IG, no picture no web cam working. For the amount they charge, I would expect to know how my dogs were. The only reason I would come back is because I had good experience in the past and I just wish this new administration takes notice that what put them in business is the good service they used to have. If you are a frequent client, be aware of these greedy changes.

Last two times I have picked up my dog here he has been an absolute mess. This most recent time after Christmas was probably the worst he has ever smelled. He smelled like a toilet. This was after they "bathed him" before releasing him. He never has accidents at home or when he stays with friends so to say he had an accident on himself tells me he either got the wrong food or he is not being let outside enough.

2016 - 2018: We average a week several times a year. They love it. Also, and this so adorable, they give you a report card. I love that and I send it to my friends and family. They also have grooming. I have them bathe my dogs on the last day. The staff is very friendly and are genuinely interested in the dogs. They don’t have a lot of turn over, so when we drop them off our dogs recognize the staff. I feel totally secure about their well-being and happiness. 2018 - 2021: Sadly one of our dogs, Bear, got hit by a car and passed away. Riley took it really hard. About a week later we traveled and left Riley with them. I felt terrible about it, but they sent me photos of him having fun. I very much appreciated their thoughtfulness. We’ve boarded Riley many times since. 2021 - present: I’ve had good luck being able to board him kinda last minute, but I’m sure to book him as soon as I know our plans. I’ve even booked him months in advance.

Great service and care. My dog has a blast every time he's at Shady Acres. You can tell how the staff takes care of pets like they're their own. I've been taking my fur baby here for the last two years and we keep coming back! Highly recommended!

We just had our first playtime at Shady Acres and Peanut Butter LOVED it! He was SO HAPPY when I picked him up and he was SO TIRED in the evening after a long day of playing with new pup-friends. I really liked the daily sheet that came home with him, too! We are new in town and are so happy to find a place like Shady Acres for our pup. We will definitely be regulars!

When I drop my two dogs off at Green Acres Pet Ranch I know they’re going to have a great time and be well taken care of. Green Acres is a dog heaven with multiple large open areas for the dogs to run around and play all day, and separate individual sleeping areas. The prices are very competitive especially considering all the services provided. Michael is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and really cares about the safety and well-being of all the dogs. I added the dog wash option and they were all clean when I picked them up, even at 8 in the morning. I would highly recommend Green Acres Pet Ranch.

When I pick up my 10-month old large-breed energetic puppy (50 lbs.) at the end of the day she’s ready for a nap! She loves playing with other dogs here and Michael has been very accommodating. He’s a great caregiver of my pup!

From the moment I contacted Michael he was very responsive and informative. He told me exactly how to register my dog and was able to bring our pup in for an evaluation day the next day. Michael is a very nice guy and you can see how much he loves the dogs. I love that this dog boarding is outdoors. It really gives a chance for our pup to play all day and tire her out. She came back home happy and exhausted. We will be returning as often as we can and we will be boarding our pup there soon. The best part about Green Acres is that it’s a one price fits all. You don’t have to pay extra to get group play time, outside walks, etc. very happy to have met Michael and I highly recommend Green Acres.

I took my two dogs to Green Acres to board for a weekend trip. When I arrived to drop them off, Michael was super friendly and welcoming. I loved the wide open space for my dogs to play outside throughout the day. When I returned from our trip, my dogs were so exhausted from their stay that when we returned home, they slept most of the day. They had the best time! I booked their next boarding stay for our next trip. I trust Green Acres to take care of my dogs for all future trips!

I’ve been bringing my 12 year old Weim to Green Acres for boarding a few years now and have always had great experiences. Michael looks after the dogs like they are his own which I really appreciate, especially now as our dog needs special attention in her old age. I would highly recommend Green Acres for those looking for dog boarding options.

I was nervous about leaving my dog here but Michael assured me all would be well. I visited the property for an evaluation and his knowledge and operations of the grounds put my mind at ease. He can separate the dogs into different fenced in areas depending on size and temperament. We will absolutely be back!

My dog Ranger is a high-energy pup. Today he got to experience doggy daycare at Green Acres, and he had a great time playing outside with other dogs all day. You can tell that the owner and proprietor Michael really loves dogs and makes sure that they get everything they need when they stay on the ranch. I was looking for a place for my daughter’s dog to go while she was at work to burn some energy. Green Acres has been awesome for her. Michael really cares for the dogs as his own. There is a lot of land for her to run and play with other dogs. She comes home wiped out. Even on the second day she is still laid back. She used to dig in the back yard and since attending there, she no longer digs. We are very grateful for a place like this for her.

We are in Austin on vacation with our pups, we wanted to do a few things that were not pet friendly so we needed to find a doggie daycare. The Firehouse pet resort was definitely a great choice. Everyone there was awesome, they gave our pups the attention they needed (and a little extra!) Would highly recommend them to anyone in need of care for their fur babies.

I've been going to Firehouse for a few years now, I'm not sure what took me so long to add a review. I absolutely LOVE their team. I was taking my newly adopted kitty, Tapi, to them and was trying to diagnose what was wrong with her, and it turned out she had cancer. It is a horrific phone call to receive, but it is so comforting to know the doctors cared about her. When we came in to help her pass, Dr. Moreman and Dr. Davies were both there and their words were beyond comforting. The vet tech, I'm so sorry I forgot her name, stayed with us the whole time as well. Though it was challenging, it was so much easier to go through. Then our corgi recently was diagnosed with IVDD and we had the wonderful help of Dr. Garza to help us fully understand what was happening and how to help her through it. She then recommended acupuncture with Dr. Tran and we saw a difference in her healing after every appointment. They saw all of my tears and were extremely comforting. I have seen most of their vets and I can tell you with my whole heart that I absolutely trust them with my pets. ❤️

As an r+ certified dog trainer, this is the only boarding facility I trust in north Austin. They typically go above and beyond and have the utmost safety practices for each dog. The staff are friendly, and the peace of mind from knowing the animal hospital is next door is priceless.

I really wanted to love this place since I use the vet services and am happy with that. However, my pup came home damp and smelling like urine and I was charged $45 dollars for a nail trim! That is more than it costs for daycare! I should have been told what the cost would be ahead of time if you're going to charge outrageous prices like that for a nail trim. I will take responsibility for not asking though and just assuming it would be like every other boarding facility I've taken my pups to. The most I've ever been charged for a nail trim is between $15-25. That was very disappointing. Not to mention the fact that I had to bathe him when I got home because of the urine smell. Other boarding facilities that I have been pleased with usually wipe down your pet before they release them to you. I did give 3 stars though because my pup seemed happy when I picked him up and the staff seemed friendly enough. I just think there needs to be some changes implemented before I say I would bring my pup back here again for daycare or boarding.

I want to express my gratitude to the Firehouse pet resort and veterinarian staff for taking care of my baby Dotty. Dotty stayed with them for 2 weeks. This was our first time with this place, I did not know what to expect. I was anxious. However, all my concerns very addressed and she was well taken care of. They even cooked special food for her as she refused to eat. Thank you!

Update: Firehouse has made great efforts in making this situation right. The manager reached out and promised they are working to make the next stay better. I am happy to know that they care to make it right. Looking forward to seeing this new department grow. Original review: Really hoped this place would have been better since it is associated with our vet. We still love our vet and will stay with firehouse but there needs to be some major adjustments to the kennel! Both our pets can home filthy ( backsides covered in fecal matter) beds too. It took 40 mins to check in and 40mins to check out. They had to retrieve our stuff (beds/food/snacks) a blanket that was never given to our cold pup and bones safe for the kennel that were never given.. they were still in their package. Didn’t give dental bones and pretty positive by the dried Fecal matter on both the backside and on one of the beds that wasn’t washed yet was extremely dry and was clearly there for several days. I plan to make a personal phone call to notice management but I would like to do it in person because I feel it’s needed. My wife cried when she got home and our oldest small dog lost her voice for … going on 3 days now. I want people to know and I think it’s important to get this out there ASAP ! I still stand by the vet but I will not stand by this kennel operation I think it has great potential but it definitely needs a new management or some sort of organization skills. Extremely unorganized .

I love this resort for my fur babies! Not only did they take excellent care of my really energetic doggo (she came home exhausted) the entire process was a breeze! The staff are nothing short of superb, you can tell they love their jobs and love the animals. Worth every penny in my opinion. They were also able to take on my dog on super short notice, I was on my way there, during the snowpocalypse last week. I couldn’t say enough good thing about this place. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them for both day car and boarding in the future. Thank you y’all for taking such good care of my baby!!

I take my little monster here once or twice a year; he always seems to enjoy himself and is healthy and happy at pickup. I use the vet too, and it’s nice that they are in the same area.

We ❤️ Fur Your Pets! Erica and Cody are the best, not only at taking care of your furkids, but genuinely caring for your pets. They came out today to help us look for our dog who had gotten out this morning; I was near tears when they offered to stop by and look for him. We found him and it just cements my 100% trust in Erica and Cody in caring for our dog, Petey, every day.

My fur baby loves Erica and Cody staycations. Our bunny also gets pampered by home visits when we’re away. All of our trips are worry-free knowing our pets are well taken care of. Updated pics throughout the stay shows Luna always having a blast!!

As a new dog owner and searching for a sitter to care for my dog,’it was a long and difficult process. Places like hotels would just make my dog think I abandoned him. But, I found Fur Pets and spoke with them about my dog’s anxieties. A meet up was scheduled and they knew exactly how to approach my dog. Consistent bi-weekly walks are scheduled and when we went out of town for a week, my dog was walked and looked in on daily with no problems. Now he returns home from his walks happy and proud of himself! Definitely, would recommend this service for pet sitting.

I have used Fur Your Pets, Erica, twice now and each time I remind myself to write a review! Well, the first time I met Erica, she came to the house to meet my Basset Hound and Shih Tzu - I have never seen Sam, the Basset take to someone outside his family so quickly, he absolutely LOVES Erica. We have also dubbed her the "Sam Whisperer" as she can get him to take medicine like no one else!! (lol). Erica stayed at the house for a weekend that I had to go out of town. She sent pictures often and when I came home, the two fur family members were so relaxed and happy! Well, Sam, was sad that she left, but that's good, too! Erica is very, very trustworthy and takes great care of animals. She even did other things like water the plants outside and things like that! It was wonderful. It's the very first time I had someone in my home for a weekend to watch the dogs that wasn't family and it was absolutely no issue at all. :) The second time was when I had to go out of town just for the day and it was kind of last minute, but Erica came through!! Sam was so happy to see her as well. My Shih Tzu also loves her. Anyway, I just have to tell you all that I would trust Erica in my home, with my pets any time!!! She is absolutely wonderful! Update - I still use Fur Your Pets and Erica - she is family to my Bassett Hound, Shih Tzu, and 2 very large cats... they love her!!!

The absolute best! We get pictures at every visit and updates. They take our packages in. Easy to schedule, almost always available when we need it. Our older dog needed medication and the occasional accident and they were great with dealing with that. Can’t say enough great things about them. It’s super hard to trust your home and pet to someone and when we found them it was such a huge weight off us to have someone we trust.

My husband & I went away for a one week vacation and left our two dogs with Erica and Cody. We received daily updates with pictures and our fur babies were well taken care of. Fur your pets is the most professional and trustworthy pet sitters you will ever find. I went through a ton of sitters and some were fine, some were awful, but Fur your pets was way above what anyone could expect. I felt very comfortable leaving my babies with Erica snd entrusting her with my house. I have never been able to feel totally comfortable leaving my pups with anyone. With Fur your pets, I literally felt zero worry. I didn’t think this could ever happen or that a company like this even existed… but it does. My dogs were happy, loved and snuggled. The directions I gave were followed perfectly ( even though we don’t expect perfection) and Erica was great at dealing with my elderly dog who needed meds and special considerations. I got lots of pics of my happy smiling dogs. Professional, compassionate, communicative, reliable and so so easy to work with. Erica was extremely observant and asked about any behavior in the dogs that she thought might be different than usual. My experience was 100% perfect. I feel like this is the holy grail of dog sitters, and… they are just really nice humans too.

Erica offered me great peace of mind through my two-week vacation. I have an old cat, Cyril, who needs daily medication. A few weeks before my trip, he had some appetite issues and had his dosage upped to twice a day. I'm always a bit anxious to leave Cyril for a long period of time, and especially so under the circumstances. With Erica, I quickly felt comfortable knowing that Cyril was being well looked after. During each pop-in visit, she was perceptive in monitoring his food intake and sent me many pictures so I could see how he was feeling every day. We worked together to adjust the details of his care based on what she was noticing. Erica also worked to make a genuine connection with Cyril, and within a week, my shy kitty went from seeing her as the scary meds lady to giving her his belly to rub. (Pictures from her last visit are attached!) I came home to find that my skinny boy had even successfully gained weight under Erica's care! I couldn't be happier about the care Cyril received while I was gone. I highly recommend Erica @ Fur Your Pets.

I want to recommend Ollie's Pet Sitting! We needed a new pet sitter, and I saw so many good reviews of Ollie's that I decided to give them a try. Ileene responded quickly to my email. Jody and Sarah came to our house to meet our dog and talk to us about the services they provide. I was impressed that they had paperwork with just about every possible situation accounted for. We needed someone to stay overnight at our house for 4 days. Jody came back again before our trip to go over everything we needed her to take care of, and to spend a little time with our senior Chihuahua. Jody is really great with our little barky boy, and she texted me pictures and videos so we could see how he was doing while we were gone. She took in the mail and turned the outdoor lights on/off for us, and offered to take the trash out on garbage day. She even left a little Halloween treat for Lucky. We felt very comfortable trusting Jody with our pup and our home, and wouldn't hesitate to hire her again.

Ilene cared for our dog, a gentle giant and our aging cat for almost 6 years across many short weekends and a few week-long vacations. Scheduling was easy, pricing perfectly aligned with the service, and our every instruction followed. When returning, our home was always tidied in some way and our dog and cat were relaxed, properly fed, and clearly never anxious during our absence.

Ollie’s been cat sitting for our pets for about 3 years. We have two Orange tabbies who adore her. She’s worked hard to build a relationship with our pets! Ollie has been the most reliable pet sitter we've ever had. She takes great care of our little dudes. She treats them like they are her own pets! She came highly recommended to us from other people in our neighborhood when we first moved here from central Austin. She not only watches the cats, but brings in the mail, takes out trash, waters plants and keeps an eye on our home while we are away. Her pricing is very reasonable and we feel very comfortable having her in our home while we travel. She has cared for our the cats while we’ve been on trips lasting from a few days all the way to a full two weeks. We just returned from a trip to South Africa and our cats were very happy and very well cared for. I highly recommend Ollie if you need a caring and reliable pet sitter!

Ollie’s Pet Sitting provided us with phenomenal care of our furry family while we were away on vacation. We received daily text messages (we asked for them) of updates and pictures. Highly recommend. I have a young dog, 15 year old indoor cat, an outside cat, and a cat with social issues, had crazy food schedule she was awesome. Sent photos of how good they where doing. Text everyday to let me know how it was going. Amazing! I will only use them from now on. I didn't worry once about them. Thanks ollies's for making my vacation worry free.

Suzanne is fantastic! We left town for 11 days and felt so comfortable with her taking care of our pups. She regularly sent photos and updates. We could tell our pups were well-loved and cared for while we are gone. We have already booked her again for our next travel. Update - Suzanne has now been watching our dogs regularly for two years. She is a fantastic communicator, reliable, and when we come home we can always tell our dogs have received great care. We are so grateful for Suzanne!

Suzanne has watched our 90 pound baby for months now and I would give her 10 stars if I could! Suzanne is amazing. She responded immediately and was able to meet a last-minute request to take care of our dog due to a medical emergency and has been caring for our dog since. She asked all the right questions in order to understand our needs and our dog's needs. She does everything as we discussed and clearly really loves and cares about animals. We had Suzanne caring for our fur babies for several years on the occasions we would need to go out of town, and we were so grateful to have her. We knew we could leave for any length of time and not have any worries about the care of our pets. She was always available, even on extremely short notice, and took care of anything we asked of her. Suzanne is very loving and compassionate with the animals and treats them as her own. We are sad that Suzanne has left us in Ohio and relocated to Texas, and we will all miss her very much.

The challenge is finding a professional that you and your pet can trust and who is exceptional at what they do. Here’s what’s important to know, Lisa is an enthusiastic considerate groomer. She cares about your companion and you. her attention to details coupled with her “dog whispering” ability to gain your dogs trust for a more calming and complete grooming experience. Look at these two smiling after a grooming session. I now have him groomed every two weeks and only with Lisa. This kind of professionalism and customer service is rare these days. Clean, spacious, friendly, good job. My senior blind dog hasn’t had the best experiences with nail trims. He doesn’t get groomed but sometimes those places can be so small and scary.

My furry companion is always overjoyed whenever I pick him up—it’s such a heartwarming sight! The staff here are incredibly kind and professional, always going out of their way to make him feel loved and cared for. Their genuine affection and attention to detail make every visit a wonderful experience for both of us.

Great place to take my dog, he really loves it there. Always comes home tired. For price compared to everywhere else in town its average but ill pay that price to have my dog enjoy his day instead of staying home. The staff is very friendly and they know me and my dog by name! Highly recommend

Don’t take your dog to this place. They leave your dog in a cage more than half of the time the are there. Then when you go to pick your pet up they are not ready then they change you for things that they should have had it done before pick up. I called a day a head to remind them that I was picking up my dog at ten and wanted to make sure he had a bath before pick up. Was not done then I have to go pay 55 dollars to bath my dog that had poop and pee all over him because they left him in the cage. Will not take my dog back here ever.

My 3-year old Boston Terrier recently graduated from the Pet Paradise Dog Training 21-day program. He has improved dramatically and is much more calm. Most importantly, I have learned to be a better pack leader to a breed that is naturally hyper and stubborn. Madison, the trainer and K9 behaviorist at Pet Paradise Cedar Park is highly recommended. I continue with the training at home as taught and shown to me by Madison. It is a joy to see my dog to be a more confident dog. I'll be back on the weekends to continue to bring my dog to Pet Paradise for a couple of hours so that he can play with other pups in a safe and clean environment. I like that there are web cams, a big yard, dog suites, in-door play areas, and a doggie swimming pool. Most importantly, the folks are friendly. If needed, there is also an in-house veterinary clinic. Thank you to the staff at Pet Paradise Cedar Park for taking care of my Rossi during his 21-day board and train.

Glad we had Bo neutered a few weeks ago or he would not have been able to go to daycamp here. It’s one of the newest places for dogs in Cedar Park & it’s massive! I think they have at least three pools they also board dogs &cats as well as offering daycare programs for half or full days. They have a vet there, they can do grooming there and an abundance of other add-on services! It was Bo’s first time there. They offer a free assessment and day if you’ve never been there before. They advised that if we did not hear from them, that was a good thing, as it meant that Bo met the criteria of “playing well with others”, and could stay for the rest of his day as planned. They are very flexible schedule wise -we had originally planned to bring him from 9:30 to 5 PM but I decided that I wanted to pick him up at 2:30 instead , as with all our dogs when they go for the first time I get anxious as I’m hoping they’ll have a good experience. We did not get a tour in person of the facility. I did ask and if we do decide to board at any time we can go and see that area of the facility before we make a decision, they have a lot of information online including videos. One of the things I love is that they have multiple live cameras that run the entire time the daycare is operating and you can switch around until you find your dog to see what they are up to. When we went to pick Bo up, He was running around the main pool, which is in the front of the building near the reception area, he was with a pack of several dogs and was obviously having a good time. I could tell he was wet, but wasn’t sure exactly what he did in terms of going in the pool. There was an attendant inside the pool area with the dogs at all times and she was helping to keep the peace if there were any issues. Overall, it looked like the dogs were fairly well behaved for that many. The lady who checked us out was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. I really appreciated all the information she gave us. It put me at ease and we will be bringing Bo back at least weekly!

I was extremely satisfied with the service at Pet Paradise Cedar Park. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. As a very worried dog mom, I was concerned because my little furry baby was scared of other dogs but eager to play with them. During the first couple of days of visits, I frequently watched my dog through the live camera. I noticed how attentive and aware the staff was, expertly managing the interactions between dogs and keeping the area impeccably clean. I highly recommend them! Just go for the first free session, and I promise you’ll keep going back!

Absolutely love it. Staff is amazing, owner is amazing. My dog loves it here. She is usually very shy around other dogs and public places, but she behaves like she is at home at Second Home Boarding! I have a folder just for the photos taken by the staff, love going through it.

Second Home Boarding is absolutely amazing! Our little guy Mocha loves it here and gets excited every single time we pull up for drop off. They take such good care of our pup and I know he has fun playing with his buddies every time he is there by the pictures/videos they send with his report card. Julia is amazing and a great communicator, and she always greets us with a smile. As long as SecondHome Boarding is here in Austin, we will continue to use their exceptional service for our pup’s boarding and day care. 1000% recommended if you’re looking for a place for your pets.

My dogs, Sacai and Stacey, had an amazing time at Second Home Boarding! They were so happy and well-cared for, and I could tell they were loved by everyone there. I boarded my cat for about a week at Second Home Boarding and I was extremely happy with the service I was provided!! I had never boarded a pet before so I was very nervous about how it would go and how my baby would do. Julia was very warm and welcoming and she took amazing care of my kitty! I loved getting the personalized daily report cards filled with photos, videos, demeanor updates, and a few sentences about how the day went (photos attached are from said report card). My cat also requires taking medication each morning and I was very pleased that this could be done here. If I ever need to board my cat again I will 1000% be bringing her back here! Wonderful place, wonderful price, wonderful business owner!

Absolutely loved my experience with this place. I was afraid that both of my pets would not be able to settled into a new place, but to my surprise, they loved it!! Julia was great! Love Second Home! They do such a great job taking care of my boy appa, and they send us regular pictures and videos of him playing with the other dogs staying there. They make it easy to drop off, pickup and schedule appointments.

I usually never leave reviews, but this place it's amazing! My dog (Ron) is inlove with this place... It took him less than one day to feel comfortable (he is super shy), when I was on vacation they sent me pictures of him everyday and also a short update on how he was doing... Now I can go on a trip knowing that my dog will be in good hands!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but it’s an absolute must for Julia and the Second Home Boarding team. We’ve been taking our dog here for over two years (mostly daycare + occasional boarding) and we always feel so taken care of! They are great about scheduling, communicating, and love our pup so well. Truly cannot say enough good things!

Julia is FANTASTIC! I was a nervous reck boarding my pup Hans for the first time, she took all of his needs into consideration and sent photos of him being his happy little self which totally put me at ease! I think he was even a little sad to leave, I will definitely be using Second home boarding again for any future trips!
