Kristina’s home and pups were warm and welcoming! I felt comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Kristina was extremely communicative and was easy to get a hold of before, during, and on my way off from the stay. Her dogs were well behaved and simple to care for and the home had awesome amenities including my own bedroom, bathroom, and a pool! Would book another house-sit for Kristina if she ever needed :)
This place was an amazing experience. I was very welcomed and during my stay I felt really like home. Everything was very clean and Sally and James are amazing people. I came one day before the sit and we had a family dinner together. Thank you very much. Maggie is a very well-behaved dog, it was easy to walk with her on the leash and little Rufus walked between us. He was always watching for Maggie and me and he also was a good boy. When coming home patiently waiting Peanut welcomed us, and she straight walked outside into the garden. These pets were so amazing cute cuddling friends already from the beginning. It was really hard to leave them. The house is in a good neighbourhood. Its just a few metres distance to go for a walk with or without the dogs. I arrived with my car and supermarket was just minutes away. Bakery, Pharmacy... all that stuff no problem. I loved being there and I would absolutely appreciate to come back for a sit again. I loved my stay at Debbie’s. Ted and Leo are 2 big teddy bears, very good on walks. They don’t pull on the lead and I loved walking them along the river Pinn, we also visited the Eastcote House Gardens together. The house and garden are beautiful and Pinner is a very nice place to stay, not far from London centre by train. I was welcomed by Debbie’s cleaner Kari who explained to me everything I needed to know. I totally recommend this sit.

Well, Pet Squad is literally the second home of our little buddy, Kupi. So it is kind of difficult to write anything without superlatives… In short, as practicing puppy parents, we all know how challenging can be to leave your little one in someone else’s hands while you go to work or on holiday. This is not the case with Pet Squad BXL. You should see Kupi’s propelling tail anytime we step in the house, he has his best time ever at Anny’s. ❤️😊
My dog Cleo loves to go there at Anny's and Sebastian's! she goes there weekly and sometimes we also do boarding, we cannot be happier! we get regular videos and update and they are super nice and available for any questions! super recommended ❤️

We brought our 15 year old Labrador, Aslan, here for the first pet hotel stay in his life. The team here are absolutely incredible. They showed so much love care and attention to Aslan. They were also super cooperative, communicative, generous and kind. Because of his age Aslan was very sensitive and fragile, and we had nobody that could care for him. It was such a relief that he received such good care, that it was as if they knew him his whole life. The prices might be higher than other places, but they are 100% justified because your pet cannot get better care! We wish you all the best in the future and send you our thanks!

They are simply the best!!! Super attentive to my dog and all she needs. It’s all-inclusive service from dog-sitting, dog-boarding, to grooming, food and other advice, to sending videos of my dog playing and enjoying herself. It is my go-to place when I leave for work or go on holidays. My dog runs with a joy to get to pet squad and I never worry when she’s there. Also, Anny is one if the kindest people I’ve met, so really, highly recommended 😊
Urban dogs is a wonderful place. The staff is caring and always available to help you and your dog. I have sent my dog to their daycare once and she absolutely loved it. She wants to go back there every time I take her out on a walk and we sometimes we go by just to say hi. They have also given me some very useful tips to overcome a small behavioural issue my dog had. It worked wonders. I would definitely recommend this place

I am incredibly grateful for the ladies at Urban Dogs, they are kind, patient, loving, and truly deeply care about all the dogs. My dog walks us here every day and sits at the door if they are closed because she loves going there. On top of taking great care of my baby, they were understanding and accommodating when I had to make a last minute change, providing me peace of mind when things became hectic and I needed help. Excellent professionals, as dog trainers, daycare and grooming. They are taking care of and playing with the dogs all day. From energetic to calm ones. All the personnel are very kind, reliable, and generous with a smile. This is the place where you can have peace of mind to leave your dogs during a busy day, week, or working day with full trust. I did so for a week and will indeed repeat.
Our dog has joined several group training sessions and a trial daycare. Alexia is very kind and patient. She cared and supported our nervous dog, shared photos and movies with us to let us know how our dog was doing during the trial. We will happily come back again.

My dog was soo happy there at Urban Dogs, when I picked him up he was relaxed and once he got home he passed out of tiredness! A tired dog is a happy dog 😁 He socialised a lot, played and had fun. I received loads of videos and pictured (very high quality) throughout the day. The girl that I met was super kind and sweet. Highly reccomend this place and Kuro will go there again!

This was my first time leaving my dog with someone I didn't know, so I was understandably nervous. Ruben hosts multiple dogs simultaneously, and since my dog isn't always the best at socializing, I was concerned. When my dog initially didn't get along with a couple of the other dogs, Ruben quickly reassured me that everything would be fine. Trusting his professionalism, I decided to give it a chance, and I’m glad I did. By the end of the stay, my dog was happily playing and enjoying his time. Although the space is cozy, it might look small for several dogs, that is why Ruben's commitment to walking the dogs four times a day, including longer park visits when the weather is nice, made a huge difference. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend his services. Plus, the daily picture and video updates were a delightful bonus 🤩

Very kind dogsitter. Much better then in a dogkennel. My dog had a very good and personalized relationship with his host. It’s really the best place 8 have ever had for my dog(s). I received a couple of times a day several pictures and videos. He Will go back in August!

I can only recommend Ruben! It was the first time that our dog Bola would stay away from us for a few days, so it was really important to find someone that would take care of her with patience and kindness. Ruben exceeded our expectations! She was extremely happy with him, and even sad when we came back home. I think she was already missing him and her doggy friends! If you want to leave your beloved dog in very good hands, do not hesitate!
My husky Steve loves coming to stay with Rubén. He gives them cuddles, patience, and enough walking (and again, my dog is a husky, so getting grumpy when no movement). He doesn't board too many dogs at the same time, so he can always dedicate enough time to each of the furry darlings. 100% recommended.
Ruben is a very pleasant guy, asks what the dog needs and takes really good care of him. My puppy was with him for a few days, he sent pictures and updates all the time. I would definitely love to use his service again.🐶🫶🏼

Luna is a trustworthy person, who is passionate about animals and knows them very well (she is studying to become a veterinary assistant). She took care of my labrador several times, especially when he was sick: she was perfect and it was really very reassuring to be able to entrust your dog to someone so caring and competent. She is reliable, friendly and generous. I highly recommend it.
Very disappointed!!! Good reception on the phone by a young person (doing not speak French but English) Lots of good will but unable to satisfy my request (catsetting chat 11/21 to 12/19 - I have to undergo an operation), she contacted a colleague to find a solution. There I received a terse text message from my contact informing me that the person contacted already had too much work with his other clients. And they left me there!!! So very disappointing 😏😏😏
My dog, Dolly, has been with her twice now, and she absolutely loves it. I was a bit nervous at first, but Madame Cocker kept me in the loop the entire time, sending updates, pics, and videos throughout the day, so I knew Dolly was having the best time. The pick-up and drop-off service is super convenient—she comes right to my door to collect Dolly and brings her back tired and happy. It’s such a relief to know Dolly is in such caring hands while I’m at work. I’m seriously considering making it a weekly thing because Dolly loves it so much, and it’s such peace of mind for me. Couldn’t recommend Madame Cocker more!
Claire took care of my girls while I was on holiday. I was honestly impressed with her conscientiousness and precision — every day I received a report about them complete with pictures. Both of them warmed up to her very quickly (as the photo of my very relaxed kitty shows…) and I came back to two happy girls. Highly recommended!
Madame Cocker is not only a good dog walker but a good behavioralist and trainer. Since my dog walks with her she improved her behavior on the leash (pulling) and with other dogs (more social). Totally recommend

When I adopted my puppy, I researched for long before contacting Em and after months I can confirm her and her team are truly the best, and the only ones offering board for training, a service that is imo essential but largely overlooked, at least in this city/region. Em and her team are true only people I trust and allow handling my dog. Fun fact: my pup love Em so much so that when he doesn’t see her for a while, he goes absolutely crazy (in a good way eheh) when he can finally spend some time with her again. He also love the other team members and that says a lot about the bond they built with him, which goes beyond pure training. Em and her team offer a real support system for the dogs and owners in needs of an experienced hand. Sundays group classes are also amazing and they quickly became one of the favorite activities of our week!
