We sensed immediately that Lee and Tom would be a trustworthy couple and made a quick decision in their favour. Communication was easy and they forthcoming when negotiating when to arrive at our place. We had two pleasant encounters with them before leaving and felt quite reassured by then. In fact, we felt we had quite a lot to say to each other and regretted not meeting them on our return because their flight left before we were due home. During our holiday the occasional message from Lee regarding Mimi's (as well as their own) wellbeing set our minds at rest and we were easily able to leave them to it. When in doubt or a problem occured, we communicated via whatsapp and all was well. On returning from a relaxing holiday, a very relaxed cat approached us with a friendly attitude saying something like this: "Oh, you're back? That's nice. Well, I was well taken care of." As we could gather from a journal Lee noted down for us (there were some worries concerning Mimi's food and water intake as well as output before we left), they made quite an effort in encouraging Mimi to eat which is not an easy task. The house was clean, all the linen and towels washed upon return, plenty of food in the fridge. We were happy that Tom & Lee obviously had pleasure in making contact with the neighbourhood and some parishioners and in being here. We certainly recommend them as experienced animal-people and house-keepers!

We were very fortunate to find fantastic housesitters in Nicole and Gabriel. Poli was very happy with his new humans which we were able to see in the photos shared throughout the sit. Medication and nebuliser treatments were easily handled and we returned to a happy cat and a clean appartment. Nicole and Gabriel would be most welcome in our home anytime and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for sitters. Thanks to you both.

We have been very happy and relaxed on our trip with Isabella at home. She has always been very nice to talk to, and very collaborative. She took perfect care of our animals and plants, and also left the house clean and tidy as if we had left the day before. We want to thank her for these days and would love to repeat the experience with her.

They were the best house sitters we’ve ever had - attentive, communicative and kind. Very open and organized. I would have them watch my pets and plants again if I could!!!!

I am so thankful to have found Marianna! She has taken such great care of my cats and home. Such a relief to have such capable hand taking care of them. Can’t speak highly enough of her!

Caterina and her family looked after Laphie, Charlie and our Chicken (sadly there was only one on this occasion as we had had a visit from Mr Fox before their arrival) while we were away in August. We were out of signal for much of the time so we knew we needed a Housesitter who we could rely on to look after the house and animals even when we were out of touch. Caterina and Nelson were extremely competent and did a great job. They even fixed a couple of things while they were with us! They left the house in great condition (and even left us a few lovely gifts from Portugal). I would be happy for them to sit for us again and would recommend them to others.

Hans was the perfect sitter for us. They had such a connections with our doggos and the house was just perfect at our comeback. I couldn't recommend more Hans and his girlfriend to sit you house !

Miranda was great sitter, took good care of Lupita and kept the home spotless. She's quiet, respectful and i'd recommend her to other future sitters.

João and Jessy were excellent sitters. The house was just as clean--maybe cleaner!--when we got home. And the dogs clearly had a wonderful time with them. They were easy to communicate with, super flexible, and very attentive. I would 100% recommend them and will happily have them back any time! Thank you both! <3

Tamir was excellent! He accepted the sit on short notice & was able to onboard very quickly. When I arrived back, the apartment was in perfect condition (which is very important to me) and Flair was also very happy :) As soon as I met Tamir, I could see that he had a very soft nature and he lights up when interacting with animals - it was great to see and made me confident that I was leaving Flair in good hands. Don't hesitate to book Tamir for your next sit :)

Sara was the perfect pet sitter! Kind, great communication, left my place in a perfect condition, and most importantly… took really good care of the cats. I felt so at ease knowing she was there! Thanks again <3

Wendy took excellent care of our cats and was a real trooper under difficult circumstances. On day 3 of a 10-day trip, our water heater stopped working. Wendy was able to shut off the unit and coordinate with us by phone to allow a plumber to access the house and diagnose the problem. It turned out that we needed a new water heater, which wasn't installed until the last day of Wendy's sit. We're so grateful that she took care of our cats despite the lack of hot water for a week!
