I had a wonderful time looking after Fig who is / was a gorgeous and wicked smart pup. We had lots of fun walks in the local area and she was so well behaved when there was passing traffic. The house itself is a stunning country house and a perfect place to get away from busy city life. Emma was a lovely host and made sure I had everything I needed. It was a pleasure to sit Fig.
Skip and Kate’s house is the perfect mid century modern home to spend a holiday retreat. Their place is very comfortable and inviting and just a quick drive to shopping, sights, and entertainment in the area. They welcomed me the night before and made a wonderful meal that we shared before they left for the airport the next morning. Then there’s the pups. Ivy and Jax are a breeze to care for. They are very well behaved on their walks, keep themselves entertained around the house, and love to cuddle up with you in bed at night. I would gladly watch over these two in the future if Skip and Kate would welcome me back.
My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of housesitting for Gordon and Jen, and we wanted to express our utmost gratitude for the incredible experience we had. From the moment we arrived, their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home. We were entrusted with the care of their lovely dog, Keefie. Taking care of him was an absolute joy, he is adorable and his friendly and gentle nature immediately won us over. We cherished every moment spent with him during our stay. Gordon and Jen went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness throughout our housesitting assignment. Their clear communication and trust in us as housesitters were greatly appreciated. The overall experience was simply outstanding. Gordon and Jen's home was cozy and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment for us to relax and enjoy our time. We cannot thank Gordon, Jen, and Keefie enough for allowing us the opportunity to housesit for them. They are truly wonderful people, and their generosity and kindness made this experience an unforgettable memory for us. We would highly recommend housesitting for them to anyone who has the chance.
Sahar and Pete were very easy to communicate with, and made us feel welcome in their home. Freddie and Gatsby, while a little shy, were adorable and very easy to look after. They would usually keep to themselves, while occasionally popping out for a pat 🥰 Thanks very much for having us!
We had a great time at Susie and Will’s home, Berkhamsted is a beautiful town with lots to do and see. The walks are on the peaceful countryside with amazing views and friendly people. Teasle and Barley are the sweetest dogs, we miss them already. Barley has a lot of energy and love, she loves playing with balls and sticks, she’s amazing with children. Teasle has a beautiful spirit but since she’s older is more quiet and slow, but very sweet and happy. They are very obedient and smart, we absolutely recommend this sit and would love to sit for them again. Thank you for a wonderful time.
Brenda and Jorge were amazing. They picked me up from the airport and helped me get around, even go for groceries! Very chill lovely humans. Not to mention Nemo, Lucy and Mila. I was received with a lot of licking from the start :) Going for walks was very comfy since they live in a closed community. Quite area. Nice house with whatever you may need. Overall an amazing experience that I would recommend 100%
