Katie & David were spectacular from application to set-up to sit and after! They were organized, communication was fantastic and most important I came home to a very happy dog and very clean home. They were great at sending updates and photos while I was on my trip and BONUS helped fix my garbage disposal. Murray and I would LOVE to have them back any time and we hope they enjoyed their stay!
Jennifer and Sandy are wonderful people, and professional, caring pet/home sitters! They went above and beyond in every possible way. We were truly lucky to have them sit for our two dogs, Cooper and Stanley, for an entire month. During our month away, we were able to relax knowing that the canine members of our family were happy and safe in Jennifer and Sandy’s care. Both of our dogs have different needs and preferences. Jennifer and Sandy were attentive to those needs, and took the time to build a connection with them both. For example, Stanley requires exercise each day, but is sensitive to the heat. Jennifer walked him and Cooper extremely early in the morning, so that he could get the exercise he needs before the temperature climbed for the day. Cooper, who is our elderly chihuahua mix, is happiest with plenty of belly rubs and affection. I could tell from the daily videos and photos that we received from J & S that Cooper was receiving plenty of snuggles, pets, and belly rubs. It is clear that both of our dogs were loved and happy during our trip! Not only did our dogs look fabulous and clean, our apartment did too! Everything was spotless upon our arrival home. Furthermore, Jennifer and Sandy took the initiative to try to remedy small household maintenance issues that arose, such as a sink draining slowly, and light bulbs burning out. We felt at ease with our apartment under their attentive watch. Jennifer and Sandy impressed us in so ways. Even our friend and neighbor was sure to tell us how much he enjoyed meeting them! Not only did they attend to our dogs and apartment, but they were well aware of how much we missed our pups and kept a steady flow of photos and videos coming to us every day. They even sent us a letter from “Stanley and Cooper.” As experienced pet sitters and world travelers, Sandy and Jennifer are very competent at handling any unexpected challenges that may arise. During our time away they addressed all issues in a thoughtful and professional manner. They were excellent at communicating with us. Our whole family, humans and dogs, feel lucky to have met Jennifer and Sandy. We would love for them to come and stay at our home again!
