Emily and Leon have been exceptional in every way. They are kind, thoughtful and highly practical people who took enormous care with our cat and looked after our home as if it was their own. It was a pleasure to meet them on zoom and all communication with them throughout the month of their stay was clear, friendly and considerate. We came home to a very contented cat and our home was beautifully clean and and they had even swept the leaves from the garden. And, of course, she is so very good and understanding of my dog and his needs, which includes lots of love and cuddles and outings at local cafes to meet his regular friends both human and animal. Thank you so much to Vicki & H for taking such great care of our 2 cats. Vicki was great at keeping in touch in the lead up to the sit (which is always reassuring for a pet guardian) and throughout the sit Vicki sent photos and updates of how the cats were doing (getting very spoilt!). Vicki defintely added a dash of magic, as she managed to get our very fussy Coco to eat (which is tricky for us at the best of times). When we returned from our holiday, the house was tidy and clean, and the linen washed - so very appreciated after a long journey. Thank you so much!

Tati is awesome. She is so kind and friendly. Shame she isn't local as i'm sure we would have been good friends. Tatis communication was great. She arrived on time. She played loads of football in the garden with Buddy and absolutely doted on him. I would have liked to see Buddy get more walks, other than that, it was a great sit.

This was our first experience of using a housesitter and we couldn’t have chosen anyone better than Michael. He was very easy to get on with, reliable and kept us fully informed at every stage of the process. We appreciated him asking if we wanted updates on our pets while we were away and it was reassuring to be sent photos of our cat who clearly made friends very quickly! The house was spotlessly clean and tidy when we returned home - all in all Michael made it a very good experience for us.

From the initial call with Janice I felt very comfortable, she is an experienced house sitter and understands what you and your pet need whilst you’re away. She was a great communicator throughout, giving daily updates on our cocker spaniel and the adventures they went on. Her daughter Molly also came along and she was absolutely lovely. The house was left immaculate when we returned home and they took care of all of our plants and veg patch. Highly recommend.

Mariya is a delightful human! She was very contentious about our pet's care and even noticed that we had an emergency leak in our crawl space. Without her, we would have had a much bigger issue on our hands and we are grateful. She rarely needed anything during her stay. I would have enjoyed more communication with her with updates about how things were going and pictures of our pets, but ultimately, I believe Mariya just had everything under control and didn't feel the need to check in much. Overall, I know our pets and home were well cared for in her hands. I even made a mistake with the dates and she made accommodations to her plans for my mistake. We very much appreciated that! The only thing was that Mariya needs a lot of time to organize herself on the day she leaves a sit. She did mention this to me, but she wasn't able to leave at our agreed upon time. In the end, we came home to our house just the way we left it and with two happy furry friends - so overall she was a good housesitter!
