We had a great time at Rob and Leslie’s very comfortable home. Kitty was energetic, interesting and affectionate and we thoroughly enjoyed her company. Rob and Leslie were friendly and organized; prepared us well and kept in touch throughout the sit. We highly recommend Rob, Leslie and Kitty.
We feel very lucky to have been chosen to house/pet sit for Sophie in her gorgeous home. It was lovely to meet Sophie and Steve, they made us feel very welcome. We really enjoyed taking care of Barney and Chilli. They are such adorable pets, very friendly and loveable. We would love to have the opportunity to sit for Sophie and Steve again.
It was such a pleasure taking care of Wilson, Lamp, and Charlie. Wilson is such a lovable dog who did not want to leave my side. After a day Lamp warmed up to us too, while Charlie preferred being alone. Scott and Kim live in a beautiful home in a very walkable, scenic neighborhood. They made it easy with everything we needed for the pets prepped in advance. I miss our neighborhood walks with Wilson. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Mill Valley.
My sit for a couple of weeks at Erin and Brendens's was one of my best. I had the 3 kitties to look over at the time. They were generous; they left some snacks for me, supplied some air filters, likely because I had mentioned allergies, and did a phenomenal job of making space for me in a closet and bathroom and kitchen, were mindful about cleaning out items and leaving fridge space, all things that are much appreciated when beginning a new house sit. The kitties have great personalities and were very personable. Erin and Brenden were responsive in a timely way when I had questions. They gave me great recommendations on places to walk to on Alberta and Killingsworth and for parks including Kelly Point Park which I had a great time exploring. Furthermore they were understanding when I had some car issues arise and had to engage some back-up resources to help with the kitties for a short period while I replaced my car.
We loved looking after Harlow and Anouk in Michelle and Maruan's lovely home. Louisburgh is a beautiful little village and right next door to some stunning beaches. Harlow is a funny, sassy yet sweet boy and Anouk is a gentle little sweetheart. Thank you for having us!
This was a magical stay and not only because it was Christmas! Zachary and Samson are truly sweet natured, curious and playful boys who love attention. In fact if you aren't paying him enough, Zachary will jump on the table and slowly push things off with his paw while looking at you 😂. It's hilarious and a very effective method to get you to play with him! That said, they are super easy to care for and absolutely delightful companions. Rachel's home is lovely, spacious, light and warm and in THE most perfect position in the city. I loved it. It's 4 minutes from the famous Santa Maria del Carmine, the location of the Brancacci Chapel. The whole area is wonderful, lovely cafe 2 mins one direction and a great authentic trattoria round the corner offering proper Tuscan fare very cheaply. It's also only a 20 min walk over the bridge to the very centre of the city. Perfect place and perfect company. Thanks Rachel.
