Jade's dog 'Chewy' is wonderful and very loveable. Jade's house is comfy and great location. Short walk to park to give Chewy a good run couple time a day. Looking forward to hanging out with Chewy again soon. Very easy to liaise with Jade too.
Absolutely wonderful sit. Andrew and Tina were excellent at communicating and really understand their dogs and their needs. Rowf and Snitter are such lovely and sweet pups. We just loved exploring the area on our walks and the east Devon countryside. The house was clean and welcoming for us. Would happily recommend this sit to anyone! We will miss the pups for sure. Thank you for letting us care for your pups!
Watching Cinnamon, Mr. Kitty, and Mr. Blackwhite was such nice experience. They're all so sweet and provided comfort when I would relax at the apartment. They were very easy to care for and truly relaxed. Cinnamon is a bit shy, but overtime she warms up to you. Truly precious all of them. Nate and Kenisha were so kind and great people. They were very welcoming and they provided all that I need to know. I would sit here again!
Easy, comfortable sit! Both cats are sweet and funny! House is super secure, comfortable, clean and has the coolest Catio! Great access to San Francisco and tourist stops. Clear, easy instructions and loving cats! Would love to stay again!
It was an absolute pleasure to keep Rowley and Fuzzy company in such a beautiful location. Caroline left a very thorough folder with everything I needed to know - and more. The dogs are so loving and the birds in the garden (including a family of robins) followed me around as I left seed in various places. It was a few days of total rest and relaxation. I thoroughly enjoyed this sit and I look forward to returning in July.
I will start by stating that I have been with THS for almost 3 years( started as an owner/ now owner & sitter) I have had only great experiences on both sides- 17 sits total. I believe in and count on honest reviews to help both parties make the right choice for them. Leaving 3 stars wasn’t easy for me ( I never want to hurt anyone’s feelings) but I feel it necessary to honestly share my experience. I will start with the positives of the sit. Kelly seems like a delightful person. She was eager to help in any way to make this a great experience. Because we did not meet in person she made sure to send me many videos explaining how to care for her cats and chickens and the daily routine. She was also kind enough to leave me her car to use for the week, which I greatly appreciated! Her cats are sweet, unfortunately they were pretty shy and hid from me until the day I left when I finally was able to pet them for a couple of minutes. I left only 3 stars because of the state of her home. It was not a comfortable stay. I will say It was a hot week but there is no ventilation in the second floor bedroom. There were 2 fans and I opened the windows but it was pretty uncomfortable She said to turn the AC up but doing that left the bottom floor really cold. I’m someone who wears socks all year around and gets cold very easy so it takes a-lot to make me uncomfortably hot. There was a room in the basement she said I could sleep in that was dark and felt too cluttered and it’s also where one of the litter boxes was. My second and main issue was the house just wasn’t clean. I know we all have our own standards for what clean is but dirty floors and bathrooms are unacceptable. If a clean and uncluttered home is important to you, this might not be the right fit.
