The before and after pictures speak for themselves. I have used a number of services from fin feather and fur ,from stay and play, doggy day care to nail clipping and would not hesitate to use any of their other services such as dog walking or home visits in the future. The fact that Becci is a registered veterinary nurse and that Heather is also training for level 3 pet first aid gives us the utmost comfort when it comes to ensuring the best care for our pooch.

Five stars just isn't enough! We hired Fin, Feather and Fur to chaperone our dachshund to our wedding for some photos. They arrived on time, naturally the dog stole the show! But it was so lovely not having to worry about how to get our lovely pup to us and back home again. Completely stress free and they took him back home afterwards to feed him. From all accounts be loved it. We have also booked him into a couple of their stay and play sessions which he absolutely loves, he comes home exhausted from all the fun he's had. It's a fantastic way to allow dogs to socialise with other friendly dogs. The pick up and drop of service included in the cost is even better for those like us who don't drive. Absolutely outstanding, the care and love they provide for every animal in their care is fantastic, both Beckie and Heather are two lovely, bubbly people and we trust them with our little one more than anyone else. Cannot wait to send our little one for more stay and play sessions.

The service provided by Fin Feather & Fur this last week has been brilliant. I highly recommend them. Heather popped in every day this week to feed my birds and keep them company. It’s fantastic to be able to leave my birds in the comfort of their own homes whilst we are away and still know they are being taken care of. Thank you ladies as always for a fantastic service.

Becci has clipped my Jack Russell's, claws. She was very gentle but firm and knew exactly how to handle my nervous and anxious dog, Daisy. Daisy has also been on a long walk with Fin Feather and Fur I am confident in recommending them to look after your pets they will definitely be in safe hands.

We take our staffy cross shar-pei to fin feather and fur and he always comes back happy and exhausted meaning he had a great time, he’s made friends with a few dogs especially Rocco and this has helped socialise him which is what we really wanted :), the team at fin feather and fur are great and very hospitable to any requests you have and strive to make yours and your dogs experience with them great from start to finish , couldn’t recommend more

The entire company exudes love, care, and a passion for our four-legged friends. They are a breed apart when it comes to understanding and caring for animals. Sybbie connected with them instantly, and it warmed my heart to see how excited she was to be around such kind and attentive humans. The activities and amenities provided at Fin, Feather & Fur are second to none. It's like a luxury resort for pets! 🏝️ Sybbie had a full schedule of playtime, socialising with other fur buddies, and personalised attention from the staff. The outdoor space is like a dream come true for any doggo. The lush grass, paddling pools, toys, agility hoops, and ample running space made Sybbie feel like she was on a perpetual doggy adventure. But what truly sets this place apart is the genuine love they have for animals. It's not just a business; it's a calling. I received regular updates and pictures of Sybbie having a blast, which eased my mind whilst I was at work. Knowing that my furry companion was in the best hands possible allowed me to focus on my work. And then came the time for drop off —oh boy! Sybbie was having such a blast that she decided to stage a sit-down protest, refusing to leave the van and come back into the house and then was in a huff with me all afternoon! 😅 It was hilarious and heartwarming at the same time, a true testament to how much she adored her time at Fin, Feather & Fur. I cannot recommend this place enough for pet parents looking for a reliable and loving stay and play service. Fin, Feather & Fur has earned my trust and loyalty and I immediately rebooked her in. Betty has been going for over a year now and absolutely loves it. The staff and owners are wonderful and treat Betty as if she was their own dog and she’s always got plenty of licks for them! Myself and my partner have busy jobs so this was just perfect and puts our minds at ease that our fur baby is well looked after. Brilliant service from pick up to drop off and I cannot recommend this place enough. The service has always been professional and I never worry when Betty Is at the daycare because I know she is very well looked after. Thank you Pets in home.

We could not love Pets in Home more, they have looked after our dog for the past few years since he was a puppy and he absolutely loves going to day care! It's lovely to see them call for him and for him to trot out to the van wagging his tail, off to see his friends. Despite the fact that we're working from home in lockdown and don't really 'need' the service, we've continued to send him one day a week as he loves it so much. We really enjoy seeing the Facebook photos at the end of the day to see what he's been up to it. Pets in Home is ran by a great bunch of people who clearly love what they do - we feel our dog couldn't be in better hands.

We moved here with work and was worried about leaving our Dachshund Arnie on his own at home as didn't really mix with other dogs. Since being here he has settled in great and gets along with the dogs and as calmed down a lot as he was always anxious. The team there really love and care for the dogs as if they were their own. I would recommend anyone to take their pets there. 5 star honestly.

Millie has been going to Hinckley Pets In Home since she was 4 months old. She absolutley loves it! She cant get out of the door quick enough when they come to pick her up. They are extremely accomodating when we need her dropping back late due to work and with any last minute bookings. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you for looking after Millie

We heard about 'pets in home's from our neighbours. Our whippets love it! It gives us one day off a week and they have the time of their lives. At the end of every day the team post photographs of the dogs so you can see what your pets have been up to. Big thanks to Daemon, Tracy and the team

I honestly do not know what we would do without Hinckley Pets In Home. The staff are wonderful and I would not feel safe Poppy going anywhere else. She goes off happy in a morning and comes home exhausted, so we know shes had a good day and we see the pics on Facebook we know shes happy and content with her friends both" hooman and dog. Great communication, their space has lots of stimulation for the doggys and lots of places for them to go rest and chill when they are ready. Pick up and drop off are convenient, punctual and safe. Really enjoy seeing the photos, videos on social media and private feedback.

We felt very comfortable leaving our dog in the care of the Watson's while we went on holiday. He had a great time and was very well looked after.

Brent is an excellent trainer. Bertie our 6 year old shitzu cross border had never been socialised. He’s a very reactive dog at times and we were dreading taking him on holiday with us. Brent gave us lots of tips and showed us many distraction methods. He is still work in progress but we had a very enjoyable holiday and we will continue to carry on all of the training tips he has taught us. Bertie actually now has a new best friend….Oscar the Tibetan terrier. I highly recommend Brent.

We went to Brent to help us assess the training needs of our rescue dog as she was quite excitable which was not in itself a problem or unexpected. Brent provided us with exactly what we needed in a short course of one on one training for me my wife and Georgie our Great Dane. He concentrated on modern techniques that have stood us in good stead as we have gone on with positive group training at the local dog training club.

Exellent had many problems with Toffee our rescue Cockapoo Brent taught us how best to handle her problems and he's always available for a word of advice she's now a beautiful dog with loads of personality she was a pup through Covid lock down and was mainly kept in a shed so had lots of issues! We also have a little black one he's 7yrs old

So much more than a dog trainer! Brent trained, advised, provided counselling and support when we were struggling with our dog’s puppy/adolescent issues. The focus of the training was to reduce our dog’s reactivity to almost everything! Brent is incredibly knowledgeable and even engages the help of his own well trained dog and son in exercises which helped build our dog’s tolerance to stressors. Always responded to our calls for advice via messages or calls. Brent is the sort of guy you would happily leave your precious dogs with. Lovely family too!

Brent was superb with our border terrier, who was very anxious around other dogs. His training techniques have made a big difference and the sessions were fun for both dog and owner. I would highly recommend Brent to anyone who has dog training needs.

We’ve used Brent’s services for numerous sessions with our wilful goldendoodle and we’ve found his training incredibly effective and beneficial to our understanding of our dogs behaviour. We’ve worked on recall, lead walking, adolescent dog behaviours. Brent also bought our dog to our wedding and he was great with him, helping us get photos with our dog, and managing him amongst the guests. We will keep using his services for as long as we need to and would highly recommend to anyone wanting advice and strategies on how to train their dog.

Brent is very professional, has a vast knowledge of dog behaviour and remedial actions. He gives you the tools and skills that you will need to address the issues you may have with your dog. Also has some great resources and teaching aids that can expose your pet to actions, sounds and other dogs that may trouble your dog. Has really helped me solve varying issues with two of my dogs. Highly recommended.

Our 5 month old Black Lab was a real handful, especially when on the lead increasingly getting worse. He became very over excited when meeting other dogs. At 33 kilos we knew we had to get help. Brent gave us lots of advice and explained how to control this behaviour. He was clear in his technique, and trained us as well as our dog. We cannot thank him enough, he certainly deserves his 5 stars. Our black lab is now 13 months old and 40 kilos. Brent predicted we would have a good dog if we continue with his training, we have and he is now walking on the lead calmly and nolonger greets other dogs by jumping up and pulling, we cant thank him enough for his advice

Brent is an extremely experienced, patient and friendly dog trainer. He has helped us with our new puppy (from 8 weeks) all the way through to 6 months and his guidance has been invaluable. Not only does Brent help train your puppy, he helps educate you about dogs and their mindset, which helps enormously in everyday life with your puppy/dog. Each session is great and can be tailored to suit the areas you wish to focus on, but Brent is also always on hand to help with any adhoc queries or advice you may need, which we found extremely comforting when dealing with a new puppy. I would highly recommend Brent to any dog owner who needs help with training or corrections. He has helped so much, and has really helped us train our puppy into a good dog that fits our lifestyle. Porter (our puppy) gets excited when he sees him Brent, so you know he’s a good guy!

Once Brontë stopped bouncing around and sat still long enough for me to ask her about her stay at Pawsies she easily convinced me that she had a wonderful time and would love to go back! From my point of view, as her human, I can highly recommend Joolz, Ian and Boomer to mind your little prince or princess. I was constantly updated about Brontë’s location and activities and received many lovely photos documenting her stay. I think she had a better time away than I did! 😃

We kept Toby with Joolz and Ian who were both brilliant with him. The initial meeting to understand everyone's requirements, getting to know eachother, Toby meeting Boomer was all fantastic. Joolz, Ian and Boomer are amazing! We left Elton for the first time and he was very well looked after. Joolz worked on his manners and lead training. We recieved updates everyday with photos. I would highly recommend Pawies, Elton was treated as one of the family.

Our dog Axel spent 2 weeks at Pawsies. He had an amazing time, I was sent regular updates with all the different experiences and places they were taking him. They treated him like family and I couldn’t ask for more. Would defo recommend and use again. Thank you Pawsies!

My dog goes here regularly. The owner is knowledgeable like a vet would be as he’s done it so long. The girls who work there love dogs. Our dogs, especially the puppy jumps up to her when he gets there. It’s guarded on an evening, gated and owner is on premises so it’s safe too. Can’t ask for more.

We have been going to Cofastre for over 12 years-at least a couple of times a year ad would not go anywhere elseAll our animals over the years have been treated and cared for so well.There is nothing the owner Andy does not know about dogs or cats and we trust him a million percent.When we say to our pooches'Going to see Andy' they bounce with excitement. If I could I would give far more than 5 stars -Once again andy -thanks for having them -see you soon

Our boys first time here he went in calm and collective and came out the same way. Forrest is usually very barky if he hears other dogs I'm so happy he was so settled. Rebooked for August. Picture of our big pup 😊 …

Took my cat here originally for two weeks however lowered it to a week so family could look after her. Overall its what you expect. Small cages for cats. I did ask them to flea her (provided treatment) as she was due whilst away. They said yes. They did not flea her. I also took biscuits and wet meat and advised them of dietary requirements. They didn't even feed her the dry food at all. Came back unopened! She has allergies, and they completely ignored it! So who knows what they were feeding her the whole time. She has lost weight. Probably due to her being used to the food I provide and they did not feed her that! Upon my dad picking her up, they did not give him all that was taken with her. They kept the food and her paperwork. I had to collect this myself when I returned. They don't give updates on pets. Takes ages to get through to someone by phone. All in all, unless it's a last resort. Have someone who you know look after your pets. I don't think they care enough about cats.

THEY DO NOT LOOK AFTER THE ANIMALS PROPERLY!!! To say I'm fuming doesn't even cover it.. booked my dog in friday to Monday .. when I picked him up Monday he was just skin and bones, looks like he hasn't been fed the time he was there.. Paws and mouth were bleeding. I took him straight to the vets and even they was in shock.. A report has been made!...

Eric has just returned from 2 weeks stay and he is like a new dog! He's obviously enjoyed his stay and we are very happy with the service we and Eric received. We would highly recommend Cofastre Pets Hotel and Eric will absolutely be staying there again in the future. Thank you Cofastre

First time using Cofastre for our cat and dog will definitely be using them again both were well looked after we have used a few other places and they don’t compare to Cofastre.

Kennel owner and staff are all 5*. My dog, who is 9 years old, has stayed here quite a few times. He is very happy here, which puts my mind at ease so I don't have to worry about him. Everyone at Cofastre is very caring and take their jobs and responsibilities very seriously. I would definitely recommend Cofastre Pets Hotel to anyone who loves their pets and wants them to have a very happy time away from home.
