Veronica and Adam exceeded our already high expectations, they are extremely reliable and trustworthy housesitters. We had them referred to us by a neighbor who knew of their outstanding reputation here in Cape Town. Since we found them through referral and weren’t yet zeewoi members, so we asked for references from them and called a handful of people they had sat for in the past. Every single person we spoke to had nothing but glowing things to say about their experience. We were sold. Veronica and Adam looked after our two German Shorthair Pointers, our cat, and our property for three months. They exceeded our high expectations in every way. Here are a few examples. Our younger dog Dakota suffered from a seizure shortly before we left. We asked them to monitor him and he had another seizure shortly after we left on our travels. Adam and Veronica followed our instructions of administering emergency medication during his seizure, and then rearranged their work day to rush him to the vet. They worked with our local vet to have tests and bloodwork done and he’s now on maintenance medication and has been seizure free. Our cat slash was in a cat fight during their stay and came home with a wound. They took him to the vet, gave him his daily antibiotics, isolated him inside and treated his wound until it healed. They also found a tick on our other dog Kaila a couple of days after a long hike. They knew how to remove and treat it, and then after speaking with us, got all our pets up to date with their flea and tick medication. A number of maintenance issues came up with our home that needed repair including our doors, pool, and water heating systems. They were proactive and contacted the appropriate people and sorted out all of these issues. Through all of this they were excellent communicators and kept us in the loop and asked us the right questions. They made our home and pets their #1 priority and completely earned our trust. Aside from that, they were generous with their purchasing of treats, toys, and general household items. You won’t find better, more capable and thoughtful sitters. We trust Veronica and Adam completely and want them to come back and sit for us again.

Lynn was great. My dog Eloise loved her. I was gone for over 4 weeks and never worried about Eloise. All my neighbors and dog owners in the dog park across the street raved about Lynn. I just hope I get a chance to have her sit again. She will take great care of your pet.

Leah is a FANTASTIC job while we traveled to Italy for 1.5 weeks. We got updates, She was responsive, She collected packages. She even was flexible on the ending date and time because of a possible airline strike causing flight changes. We would 100% recommend Leah to others

Kim was very communicative and respond the texts promptly. She noticed a small thing and let me know right away when there was an issue with building complex. Caden and Finley were happy with her care. She also sent the photos regularly. I felt lucky to have her stayed in my apartment. You should choose her next time when she applied to your ads.

Took great care of Teddy and the house while I was away. Took Teddy on lots of hikes and even kept my pipes from getting frozen well into the negative teens. Would definitely highly recommend

Ashleigh and Ross were amazing! This was our first time using this app, so we were really nervous to leave the cats and our home with anyone. One of our cats, tends to hide from strangers but warmed up to them right away. When we got a video of little Luna out and about with them, we instantly felt at ease. Ross and Ashleigh were organized, clean, flexible and sent us cat updates. ❤️They are a very caring couple, and I would trust them with our home and cats again and again.

Ann was an absolute gem. The dogs loved her immediately and she took great care of them. The house was in excellent shape when I got home and she even left a lovely bundle of lavender for me. I would love to have her back anytime.

Amanda was so wonderful! I’ve never left my animals before and was very nervous. My 2 cats and dog met her and instantly fell in love with her! She sent me updates on them as well as pictures and videos. Not only was she great with the animals, she was great with us! I had to move a couple of dates around and she was so accommodating! She left our house perfectly clean. I highly recommend Amanda!

Tatevik was a really great sitter for Alaska and our home. She was responsive and very caring and loving. Even though it was her first zeewoi sit, she had cared for many other pups and Alaska immediately warmed up to her gentle and positive presence. We're really grateful for her care and happy she's part of the zeewoi community!

Scot was absolutely delightful and so easy to communicate with. We both had a lot of moving parts, including ourselves, ;-) so having effective communication was so important. The house was exactly as I left it and Mack was happy and healthy when I returned. Scot was very respectful of the space and the neighbors had very good things to say. I would absolutely invite him back again!
