I had a lovely time taking care of Gary. He is very independent, friendly and has a wonderful character. I felt we became good friends during the time I was there. Nadia and Matt are very friendly and helpful. They were very good at communicating everything to me, and printed off their Welcome Guide so it was close to hand to refer to. Also, if I had any queries about Gary, they were easily available on WhatsApp to answer them. They have a lovely spacious home, with all mod cons, and a kitchen table overlooking an alpaca field, which was a perfect quiet place to sit while on your laptop. The village itself is very pretty and lovely to walk around, as is the surrounding area. I had a lovely cat-sit experience and I would happily recommend it to others.
I had the best time with Roscoe and Clyde! They are absolutely adoring and so loving. Maureen and Jim's property is perfect, and every nature-loving person would fall in love with their property. You might get lucky to see various kinds of birds, deer, … It was amazing to take Roscoe to hike up Spencer Butte, the views were amazing! I highly recommend Maureen and Jim they are wonderful people!
Everything was well set out for my sit, with Natasha. Her food & water was easy to access & use. I thoroughly enjoy my time with Natasha & would be willing to look after her again if the time was convenient. The house, my room & surrounds were great. The neighbourhood was a good area & good to go walking around. ( although very hilly ) . Good access to shopping centres etc & buses & trains. I would highly recommend this sit to anyone else. Thank you so much for allowing me to house & pet sit for you.

Tim and Alison were absolutely ace. They are a truly lovely couple who are warm, welcoming and encouraging. Corresponding with Tim was brilliant leading up to the house sit and the sit was exactly as advertised. Their home is fantastic and the location amazing. We loved hanging out with Bella and Branwyn and took them out on all of Tim’s suggested walks. The chickens were also so much fun - and laid loads of eggs for us. Little Otto the cat was a real lap cat and slept with me every night :) The sheep walking routine was easily manageable and as a result we had a couple of short day trips too. Genuinely one of the most amazing experiences of my life and one of the only times I could say that I was truly relaxed. That’s thanks to how fantastic Tim and Alison are at hosting. If you get the chance to sit for Tim and Alison - I’d definitely recommend it. It was epic!
I had an absolute blast watching Rondo for a few weeks! He is such a sweet boy and loves to snuggle. :) Caroline was across the world and was still able to respond very timely to anything I needed! Highly recommend and I look forward to my next (possible) sit there!
