Looking after Jive was a pleasure. He is such a chilled out, easy going and friendly cat which made my job to care for him easy.

It was great to communicate with Angela having a video call prior to the sit and keeping in contact through sharing videos of Jive. I enjoyed seeing pictures of their amazing trip. It was great to get to meet them both as a couple when they returned and even making sure that I was taken to the station safely.

The house was comfortable and easy to get to. I felt relaxed and it was nice and peaceful stay in the home and a quiet area. There is great access to shops and high streets and I was able to take an afternoon out on train to Richmond along the Thames which was lovely.

Overall a good experience and Jive made my stay pleasant and it shows he is a well loved cat.

Lucy and Jeff are so kind! They made us feel so comfortable! We had a really good time taking care of Darien, Erie, Bruce and Aske!
We felt in love with Darien, he’s adorable! We took him on walks, to the beach and he meet our friends (everyone think he’s so cute and love him) and had a lot of love and cuddles!!!
Bruce is so friendly, he slept with us all the nights, and he loves cuddles!! He’s so cuteee ❤️
Erie and Aske are too shy and we couldn’t interact to much with them, but they are so easygoing and calm!
We loved our stay at this big family home and we would love to see them again!

We enjoyed 6 great days at Leslie and Michael's lovely home outside Rock Hall, MD, caring for their kitty girls Peaches and Lucy. Fortunately we were able to arrive early enough so Michael could show us around the property and explain all the necessary details regarding the care and feeding of our charges as well as the house. The area is really idyllic. You could spend a lot of time on the back porch or the patio, just watching the birds and gazing into the woods. There are easy walks in two different directions that lead to the Chester River while the town of Rock Hall, a short drive away, has a small beach where people go to watch the sunset over the water. Other fun things to do in the area include the Eastern Neck National Wildlife Refuge (lots of trails, beautiful views and a visitor's center) and the historic town of Chestertown with its wonderful Farmer's Market. Not to be missed is a trip to Chester River Seafood on Ashley Road for the best crabs and crab meat around. We were also able to pick fresh strawberries at nearby Lockbriar Farm.
Leslie and Michael are warm and welcoming hosts. We felt very comfortable and at home in their house and loved having the girls sit on our laps in the afternoon while we were reading or in the evening while we watched tv. Do not hesitate to apply for the opportunity to house sit with Lucy and Peaches!

Heidi
We initially met Heidi on Zoom, & then in person a couple weeks before their vacation when we were staying close by. She & her husband Dick and Halle & Coco were all super welcoming! They showed us around their beautiful home, walked us around the complex & introduced us to a neighbor friend & her dog.

When we arrived on the day they were leaving, Halle & Coco remembered us & we quickly fell into a routine of morning walks, breakfast, snacks, afternoon walks, snacks, dinner & bedtime - with snuggles and play on demand in between! Halle & Coco each have distinctly individual personalities with their own different, hilarious quirks. They both are VERY clear in communicating their wants, and will thank you with lots of licks & love & the longest, sweetest, soulful puppy dog eye gazes that will melt your heart to goo!!

These good girls are SMART so they will try to get their way - but they will also heed commands and catch on very fast. The house is surrounded by nature and a lot of high end pampering (hot tub, steam shower & the complex’s gym/pool/spa). But Halle & Coco were the highlights of our stay here!

What a menagerie of sweet animals. The two dogs are so affectionate and cuddly. The Guinea pigs sing as you walk around the corner and the hens are darling. The two chicks can be escape artists but I found a system to round them back up.

The house is lovely and within walking distance to great restaurants. I enjoyed my time immensely and look forward to sitting again, I hope.
