This was our first ever house sit and it couldn’t have been better. The humans, Angie and Simon, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. We arrived the night before and were told all the info and went on walks with them to get to know the area and where the dogs normally go. The dogs, Meg and Olive were both so sweet with there own personalities. They both loved going on adventures and running around in fields and forests. We would love to come back in the future!
We had a lovely weekend looking after Bo & Tiff, two adorable and well behaved dogs. They loved their walks everyday around the beautiful area near to Chester. The house was well equipped and all instructions were perfect. Lousie & Patrick made us very welcome and we would love to return in the future. We highly recommend this sit.
Blake and Jez are a dream. Jezebel is such a affectionate cat, she and I bonded immediately, she has an easy going personality and its extremely chill and low maintenance. She loves to cuddle and lay next to you, great company at all times. When I started petsitting her Jez was dealing with some allergies that were causing dandruff in her skin but with fish oil, lots of treats and love she got better. The communication with Blake was always good, she was extremely helpful at all times and made me felt welcome. Blake’s apartment was clean and equipped for me when I arrived, she was kind enough to give me all the instructions before her flight. Its located in a safe and nice area, well connected. Our sit extended for two more weeks than expected, something we discussed prior accepting and Blake was constantly updating me about it. I would repeat this sit in a heartbeat, I’ll miss Jez enormously.
Lovely comfortable house. My children fell in love with the guinea pigs, rabbit and cat and didn't want to leave. Host left a bottle of wine that was most appreciated. Lovely part of London and 30 mins by train into the centre. Really enjoyed it and would recommend highly.
For us this was another role model dog and house sit. We absolutely loved Poppy a wonderful, very well trained, affectionate dog and we were in awe of the Christine and Mike house its location. It was much better than could have imagined and a just the ticket for a very relaxing, easy going holiday which is want we sought in the mist of beautiful idyllic scenery. Christine and Mike were both very welcoming to us and invited us to a meal on our first night which was excellent for explaining Poppy routines and everything necessary to have a comfortable stay and to look after the property well. They also offered us loaded of local tourist information which was very useful and just everything in the home was very well organized and detailed. We felt extremely lucky to have been chosen for this stay and will remember our time here for a long time to come. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property to other sitters.
I had such an amazing time hanging out with Sassy and Cinnamon. Rosemarie's place is perfect if you want to get away from the city and connect with nature. Birds sing in the background 24/7. You can enter the State Park Preserve right from her house. Sassy and Cinnamon were also super chill and I particularly enjoyed my leisurely strolls with Sassy. Rosemarie is also so thoughtful in making sure I have all the information I need about the place and the neighborhood. Highly recommend sitting for her!
