Elaine was a great sitter-she was easy to communicate with and gave very detailed updates on how things were going with our dog Timber. She was active and taking him out above and beyond the standard care and routine and bonded with him quite strongly. She left the house better than when she arrived as well! Absolutely recommend her for anyone else looking for a reliable and communicative sitter.
This review is extremely overdue...(sincerest apologies for that Maxien & Craig!)...I have been caught up with moving & all it entails & then totally forgot. Maxien & Craig looked after my boy Luca for the month of February...they also agreed, within that time, to extend by a further week...which I was immensely grateful for!! Luca (the dog) being a rescue-whom at that time I had only had for six months, had quite some foibles...Maxien & Craig, handled all situations with ease & great competence...but more than that...they were loving and very comforting to Luca. As Luca had a lot of 'issues' still, being a relatively new arrival, they also 'spoilt' Luca, with a new harness, treats, as well as a frisbee toy too. Maxien & Craig would make very regular contact, either just to keep me reassured, or to pose a question or put forward a scenario for feedback, which was great, and reassuring. I also received lots of footage of Luca, and it was absolutaly clear, that these guys were doing a stellar job, as he was a very happy boy. Maxien & Craig also were extremely adaptable, which I was very grateful for as well. Immediately before their arrival, my car packed up. (up to that point, i'd never had any issues with the car, and use of the car has been a part of our original arrangement). Maxien & Craig however, were very cruisy & while having no car for an unspecified period of time, was troubling to me, these guy's were really lay-back & simply worked around the situation until the car was available a week and a half later. I was tremendously grateful to them for their adaptability. Also, when I did eventually arrive back home, the house was in very good order, there was food in the fridge, and also a dinner prepared for me, as well as some scones!!. And, I was also greeted by one very happy Luca-boy...I could not fault Maxien and Craig, and would like to say that it was also a real pleasure to meet them. I will hope that if I get to going anywhere in the future, that I could call on Maxien & Craig as I cannot fault them. Thank you both so very much!! My best regards Cheryl.

Kiara was a great help in a last minute situation with providing my big baby a place to stay overnight at a reasonable price. Googled Pet Boarding and found Kiara in time for my trip to Cancun. I am always hesitant when leaving my dog but Kiara reassured me she would be in good hands and she was right. I was provided updates in a timely manner and cost is feasible. I picked up my dog and I can tell she did not go through anxiety while being away. I am grateful to have found Kiara because she is available to tend your dogs 24/7 while in her care. I will use Kiara moving forward!
I called A Day in Cali very last minute to watch my going-on-senior pug. From the start, Kiara was very responsive and patient with me, answering all of my questions. As I am not from Atlanta and was just traveling through for a quick trip, Kiara made me feel very comfortable leaving my dog. My plans were very up in the air, and Kiara was extremely accommodating, meeting me (and helping me navigate Atlanta!). She texted me updates throughout the night and next morning and took my dog on some really fun adventures. I appreciated how cared for my dog was. I do not believe she would have gotten this much attention at any other pet boarding location. Thank you, Kiara, for everything you did for Glitzy! We hope to be back in Atlanta soon.
I recently moved to Atlanta and was looking for a reliable and safe option to board my 8 year old male Vizsla. Finding a place to board had been tough because my dog is not neutered. He is very docile and has anxiety around male dogs due to bad experiences with them. Benelli and I met Kiara and we instantly got along. She was very attentive to our needs. She goes the extra mile to ensure my pup feels comfortable in the house among other dogs. She routinely keeps me updated on his day and gives him a lot of love. I travel quite a bit for work and have to leave pup behind. Kiara has earned my trust to care for my most prized possession. I highly recommend Kiara to all my dog friends!
Kiara is absolutely wonderful with bruiser and Charlie we never have to worry when we leave them with her because we know she takes very good care of them they love her. We feel very lucky to have such a great caretaker for our pets feel like our children and we trust them completely in her care.
It was my first time boarding my pup and A Day in Cali did a great job. Kiara was sure to communicate with me and keep me posted on how my baby was doing for his first time. We left our 4 yrs old Japanese spitz with Kiara for a week and she was great. She picked him up from our house and also shared photos during the week and messaged us a lot about how our dog is doing. She also made sure to spent time with him before so he feels more comfortable with her. I would definitely recommend her.
We highly recommend Kiara! She was able to fit us in last minute and watched our fur babies for a week while we were on vacation. She kept us updated our whole trip and even sent us some pictures! We appreciated her professionalism and reasonable pricing! We would definitely use Kiara again in the future!
I was nervous at first for my furry babies to have to go somewhere new but I had to find a place for the holiday because I had accidentally waited to late to make other reservations. I came across this business and decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did! Kiara is so sweet and awesome with dogs. The environment was much more personable for the babies and they didn’t have any issues. I checked on them everyday and Kiara responded almost right away. Thanks again for everything :)
Jessica is the best she always manages to fit me in whenever I need her and she literally is the only person I trust to actually stay over night in my home to make sure my fur babies don't get lonely and get attention and she's trained in animal health so it's like having a vet come right to my house. Absolutely the best choice I've ever made when it comes to hiring someone that I can trust with so much in my hectic life!
Jessica is amazing! She has taken care of our pups, on a very regular basis, for well over a year. She has continually gone over and above in both caring for them, as well as keeping us informed on every single visit. Our dogs absolutely love seeing her! We couldn’t ask for more!
Jessica absolutely is wonderful! She has taken care of our pets for years, and she is always thorough and attentive. She once took one of the cats to the emergency vet when we were out of town, and she was great with our skittish dachshund and developed a wonderful bond with him before his death. Her attention to detail is outstanding, and I would trust my pets with her anytime!

These girls are super professional, super responsive and have taken SUCH good care of my furbabies! With my chaotic life, they have dropped everything to care for my pups - including on Christmas Day a few years ago! There is no one I would trust my girls with more. They take care of everything from "spa day" to "Mom has deserted us again" days and my pups adore them.
