Aprile just might be the best human being and pet sitter on this planet. She is very easy to communicate with, kind, caring, clean, and an avid problem solver. This would not have been known had I not messed up. I accidentally put the wrong address on the Welcome letter. To complicate matters, we were out of cell service. Aprile, being very intelligent, did not take long to realize that I had screwed up. She did her due diligence before in fact saying, this is in the wrong address. She did not give up though. Looking at the address of the vet she was able to narrow down the search area until she found our location. I cannot thank her enough for spending hours to find our house and our girls. She sent pictures and clearly spent time with the girls as they were tired at the end of the day! I honestly cannot begin to express my gratitude (and remorse) for (and to) Aprile!! She went so above and beyond what was required. She has moved to the top of our preferred sitters list. I cannot recommend Aprile highly enough, whether a short term stay, or a long trip, Aprile will ensure your pets and home are well cared for!! Thank you Aprile!!!
We feel so lucky to have had Jennifer and Nick as house/pet sitters. They went out of their way to be helpful and flexible- we can't thank them enough for their thoughtfulness and the care they took of our house and animals while we were away. They were communicative, capable, reliable, and great with our two dogs- one of whom is disabled and required extra care. Coming home to a clean house, happy dogs and kind touches on top of it all was such a delight after getting stuck out of town over the holidays! Jennifer and Nick are very special folks who went above and beyond. Hope to have them back any time. Very grateful to you two!
Susan and Brent were amazing sitters for our home, two dogs, and two cats. They were communicative and flexible about arrival and departure, and also checking in about goings on at the house.
