Dog Sitters in Burntisland

Vohn stayed in our home, to care for our two cats, whilst we were on holiday for 8 days. We are always a bit worried when leaving the cats with a stranger as we have a very timid 7 year old rescue cat and a 20+ year old cat with arthritis. During our holiday, Vohn sent us daily updates and photos of the cats out in the garden, etc which made for a relaxing holiday. When we returned, the house was in an immaculate condition, very clean and tidy. The weather was dry whilst we were away and Vohn had clearly kept our plants, pots and hanging baskets watered in the garden for which we are very grateful. We choose to have a cat/house-sitter come to our home when we’re away rather than put the cats into a cattery, and Vohn is an exemplar of why we do that, we returned to two very content cats. Vohn even managed to win round our timid girl cat. Communication before and during the cat/house-sit with Vohn was excellent. We would have no hesitation in asking Vohn to cat/house-sit for us again and we would highly recommend Vohn to others.

We could not have been more delighted that Colin and Evie and their lovely son Milo(age 12) had applied to house sit for us. They arrived the night before as we had to leave at 4.30am the next day and so it gave us an opportunity to have supper together and show them the ropes. We left the next day comfortable that we had left Bella and our house in good hands and this proved to be the case. Despite the fact that Bella was unwell while we were away they kept us informed throughout and were calm and seemingly unfazed which was great. They sent us lots of updates and photos and we were so happy with the family house sitting for us and would like them to come again. and would definitely recommend them.

Gavin is more than excellent. We had a fun evening with Gavin before we departed, and were extremely confident that Milo and our house were in the best hands possible!. Amongst many things Gavin is a professional dog trainer, and he loves to bake bread. So not only did we come home to a tidy clean house, Milo was also better behaved on the lead, AND a delicious home made soda bread loaf was awaiting our arrival! We hope Gavin will come back one day!.

As first time users of the service we were nervous of strangers looking after our furry family, however Halley and Michael were brilliant to the point where our two Collies were wanting to go home with them! They were really considerate of the dog’s needs, taking them on long off the lead walks. We received lots of updates and photos, which completely put our minds at rest. Would absolutely recommend Halley and Michael as dog and cat sitters. We would welcome them back anytime.

They were great sitters, friendly, loving to the cats and clean. I would invite them back anytime :)

Rebecca was caring towards our cat. You could see it from the first moment. She really put effort to meet me and to organise everything earlier. Communication was exellet,and house was left spotless. :)

Rada and Saran were wonderful sitters who totally spoiled Gracie while they were here. They communicated well, arrived on time and took care of our home and cat wonderfully. We came home to a sparkling clean home with a lovely gift for us and Gracie, would welcome you guys back in a heartbeat 💓

We are so grateful to Barbara for taking such wonderful care of Percy and our home while we were away. Percy immediately warmed to Barbara on her arrival and we felt utterly comfortable leaving Percy for the weekend knowing he was is good hands. We received lovely photo updates of the adventures Barbara, her partner and Percy went on while here, and arrived home to a clean and tidy home and a happily worn out pup! We would have no hesitation recommending Barbara and would happily welcome her and Adam back here! Freya, Sinan and Percy x

Mackenzie was awesome, she checked in with us before arriving to ask questions and get to know us and Carl. So friendly and great to chat to, her communication was excellent. Really kindly went to get litter during the sit too as in pre holiday panic I didn't get any! The flat was spotless when we came back and Carl was a happy, well looked after cat. Highly recommend, thanks Mackenzie!

Danielle came all the way down from Edinburgh to sit for us over a weekend and was wonderful. Even sitting through a violent electrical storm and several power cuts and electrical issues whilst taking great care of our Beagle and Vizla. We returned to a lovely clean and tidy house, 2 contented dogs and lovely note about her stay. We would love to have Danielle back now she knows her way around the house and would heartily recommend her to anyone else.

Nadia and Filipe were both delightful, very reliable, competent and considerate and kept us well informed. We returned to an immaculate house, happy animals and everything in perfect good order. Our two dogs immediately responded well to them when they arrived and were sad to see them go, having had lots of good walks and pampering in our absence! All-in-all, we could not have left our house and pets in better hands and thoroughly recommend them.

Trish was great! She is a sympathetic and sensitive person; practical and intelligent in her approach to a new situation. She was just perfect for our rather isolated farmhouse, deep in the Italian countryside, and took great care of our goats and cat. Unusually, she was able to befriend Lea the cat, which is a great complement. Trish left the house in good shape and, what's more, cooked us a delicious meal in the evening on our return. You will be fortunate if you secure her as your house-sitter!
