Becca was amazing! Our pets were so happy and well cared for when I got home. She asked a lot of clarifying questions to ensure she could give the best care possible and shared plenty of photos and videos while we were gone. The house was sparkling clean when I got home and she’d even washed the sheets! I can’t recommend Becca enough and will definitely keep her in mind for the future travels we’ll have!
Sophia and Jeremy were amazing hosts! They picked us up at the train station since my partner and I did not have a car, and they even allowed us to use their van to get around while they were away on their hiking trip! Kitty was the sweetest cat we’ve ever met and looking after him was beyond easy, all he needed was food, water, and the occasional dose of cuddles! We would be laying on the couch doing computer work or watching a movie and he would come right up to us and snuggle ❤️ We would go back to Petsit anytime we’re back in Europe!
I can't say enough good things about this sit. Aileen and Ruben are incredible people and Dogo and Romi are the sweetest, most cuddly pups. The home is lovely, clean, and so nice to sit by the fire in the morning and pet the pups and drink coffee. Santa Fe was an incredible place to visit and Alieen and Ruben left me their car and museum pass, so I was able to easily explore and get to know the area. There's so much to see and do! When I got into town, Aileen and Ruben spoiled me. They took me for dinner, showed me around town, and showed me Dogo's favorite hike. They were so thoughtful in every aspect, including picking up groceries and bringing back a gift (neither of which was necessary but very thoughtful!) The pups were incredibly sweet and very easy to care for, especially if you like hiking as Dogo does best when he gets regular time to run and play. I would absolutely recommend this sit and would be happy to come back one day!
I had the great pleasure to take care of Mel. She's a real personality and a joy to hang out with! We enjoyed a lot of walks on the beach, the golf course and around Alnmouth. There are a lot of beautiful places to see in and around Alnmouth. Even without a car it's easy to get along, with public transport. Kelly is a very easy going and accommodating host who made me feel at home quickly. She even went to town with me for groceries. I really appreciated her helpfulness. She was always easy to reach and also left me a list of her friends, in case I needed personal support;-) All in all a great sit! I had a wonderful time and it was hard to leave! Thanks for this pleasant stay!
Kali is the cutest! She is a queen and expects to be treated like one.. which is easy! Cory is super easy to talk to and always available when I needed clarification on something. His home is clean, in a great location and I felt safe the entire time I was there. Would sit for Cory and Kali again!
Manuela's cats Branca and Kikinho are amazing companions, they are easy to manage and super friendly but since the studio apartment has no doors, they may wake you up early in the morning or during the night because they want to be fed or play. Manuela was very kind to me as I had to leave the sit earlier for family reasons and quickly managed to rearrange with another sitter so I could go home. As a downside, I must say the apartment was not very tidy and clean when I got there and little information was shared about how everything worked (e.g. where to take out the trash, where the internet psw was, how the laundry machine worked), and no space was left in the closet.
