Hilary and David were marvelous house/garden and petsitters! They came over for a meetup and a walk-through a few days before the sit. They were very responsible with watering my big garden, they clearly loved up my kitty and the house was immaculate upon my return. They brought in my mail and package and communicated consistently. I would love to have them come back again, I highly recommend them!
Michelle’s home have everything you needed and even more, the location is the best to experience Philly (even a rooftop skyline view!!), she’s always communicative and super approachable with anything regarding the three sisters and the house. And all three sisters of Michelle’s are so adorable and cuddly, I love the most when they would just cradle in my arm when im watching Netflix on the couch! There are some instructions that you need to follow to be able to take care of three sisters, but Michelle made it really easy to follow and reminded while my stay. Overall a fantastic trip with three cuties, I would recommend you to take the opportunity if you are able to sit for Michelle!
Violet, Blick and Brecc (the 3 British Shorthairs): a pleasure to look after. Violet likes to do her own thing and then show up for treats and pats when the boys are not around. The two boys are very curious and playful - followed me around everywhere. Laelia & Jules (their humans): lovely and friendly people - clearly love their cats and the other little life forms in their garden! Easy to communicate with even when they are away and provided clear instructions for the pets and the home. The home: close to shops and public transport. Near beautiful parks. Lovely garden and Laelia has simple instructions on caring for the plants, fish, birds and squirrel (the morning feeding time was great fun). Can’t recommend them more!
Lucy and Rose are just adorable! They are the sniff sniff sisters, they love sniffing everything on their path of their walks. But very well behaved and will enjoy a break. Lucy is super excited and will ask you for tummy rubs on moment zero, while Rose is shyer but it is very rewarding when she starts trusting you :) The fact that they are two and have a nice and well equipped garden, doesn't make you feel too bad if needed to leave them behind. Janis home is very comfortable and clean and Janis was a very nice host and made me feel comfortable at hers. All mods and cons including a vacuum cleaner robot! There is this park very close to Janis place where you can pass hours on easy walks with the girls. Thank you Janis for sharing your fur babies with me, miss them already!
It was such a treat looking after Dezi and Lucy-Lou. Laura and Jack were absolutely fabulous and offered to pick us up at the airport. Everything was was extremely organized and every detail was thought of. The house they are in at the moment is modern and beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. The house was immaculate and there was a list of their favorite restaurants and things to do. They were on an early flight so we we stayed with them one night before they departed and they were kind enough to treat us to dinner out. Dezi and Lucy-loo were well behaved on the property and good sleepers. Dezi does best if he doesn’t meet other dogs on walks (we didn’t meet many). They provided never ending sources of entertainment with their antics. Jousting for attention, rough-housing, meal time and meet & greet rituals were fun. Dezi loves a good backscratch (a morning must) and they both will snuggle for hours. Hiring a car to explore Cyprus was worth it but there are beautiful walks, beaches and restaurants within walking distance. I saw buses nearby. What an amazing place and what an amazing family. We highly recommend it and would come back. Thank you Laura and Jack!

Pawsies is amazing. We travel pretty frequently and while it's never easy to leave a pup, I always know my GR Zeus is in great hands. The staff is very caring and Zeus is always excited to check-in. I can also highly recommend the board and train services. Ivan greatly improved problems with focus and pulling on the leash, making walks much more enjoyable!
I’ve been going to Pawsies since it opened and still go there even though I moved farther away. My dog literally pulls me in there when we go and barks my ear off when he can even tell where the car is turning. They’re so flexible and the new extended hours are a life saver. I am so glad I have a place where I know my dog is well taken care of overnight and just during the day. Huge load off my mind 💜
Pawsies services are amazing over all, but what really stands out to me is their training sessions. So far I’ve only had one consultation with my pup and it has made a world of a difference, while keeping him excited and motivated to learn. I’ve had an amazing experience with Pawsies and highly recommend them. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and always helpful. Sunday has typically had separation anxiety before but LOVES going to pawsies. The head trainer, Ivan has worked with Sunday and really helped a lot with the basic commands and her daily walks have become so much easier. There’s also a drop off service we’ve used when I’ve been at work late which is very helpful - they follow the instructions perfectly and send updates so you know your pups are home safe.
I have a very active 3-year-old border collie named Chipper who needs a lot of stimulation and exercise. I recently started taking her to Pawsies periodically and she has loved it! Sometimes she can be scared of new people and situations but the team there has made her feel at home. She gets excited to go in their facility each time. She recently went on a field trip to hike/swim (her favorite activities) and I felt good knowing she was safe and cared for. We love Pawsies!

As a first time puppy parent, I’ve always been hesitant to take him anywhere for daycare. Working from home and having a literal ball of fire running around doesn’t help productivity so I figured I’d give Pawsies daycare a try. Boy am I glad I did. The process to get started is so easy and we were greeted immediately by a team of great folks. I love that the team has their own dogs there and pretzel immediately felt at home. It was so exciting getting to see my little buddy have fun on instagram and he came home tired- I didn’t think he was ever capable of being tired! If you’re cautious about trying these folks out- dont be. They’re the real deal
We have been taking my GS to Pawsies for several months now. And it's been such a help and relief. My pup loves it there, they post frequently so you can see how their day is going and how much fun they're having. They offer grooming, training and boarding. All services are fairly priced and the staff is very caring. They immediately knew my dog after just one visit. Ivan and his team are doing amazing work here.
Like every pet owner, I am always nervous about the care my cats receive when I travel. Myrna and her team were fantastic--extremely professional and responsive, could not recommend them more! I received detailed reports and pictures, the team was never late, and I came home to two happy cats. I will definitely be using them in the future.
Used WoofMeow over the Christmas holiday to look after my cat. My cat wasn't the nicest, but even then, WoofMeow was still exceptional and caring. Gave daily updates and very communicative. Looking forward to using the service again in the future.
I've been using WoofMeow for about two years now and I couldn't be happier! They have looked after my cat when I am away traveling... coming in daily to feed and spend time with her. I cannot say enough good things about WoofMeow! It's certainly more expensive than lots of dog walkers on Rover or Wag, but I'm paying for a team of walkers who have been background-checked, are incredibly reliable and super professional, and actually know what they're doing. All of my last-minute requests have been accepted because there are lots of capable walkers at the ready. On the very few (like...two) occasions when I had concerns, the owner Myrna promptly responded after hours to make everything right. Wholeheartedly recommend!
Myrna took such good care of my pittie Canelo. Since we had just adopted him, he was nervous around strangers when I wasn't in the house. She was patient and took time to make him comfortable around her. He always looked forward to their walks and Myrna would always send me pictures of him through the app. Scheduling with Myrna was very easy through the app, and she always replied and confirmed visits quickly. Canelo will miss her!

I started using WoofMeow for my cats when my longtime catsitter moved away. They have been phenomenal! I have two cats and book the daily 30 minute visit which includes change of food and water, cleaning litter and playtime and pets. It is incredibly easy to book via their app, and the owner, Myrna, is super responsive. The sitter provides a daily report and lots of pictures (via the app) which provides reassurance while you’re away that your cats are in excellent hands. Highly, highly recommend!
Best cat sitting service ever! Myrna (WoofMeow's owner) took such a good care of our two baby cats! She is very professional and responsible. We got daily updates and pictures, during each visit thanks to the very easy and helpful app (it does work perfectly from abroad too!). Right before leaving, our youngest had to have an emergency surgery. Myrna was very reassuring and helping. She stayed at our place the few first nights to nurse our fur baby, and play with the healthy one. When it got better, she visited one hour daily. She adjusted to us all along, as we were adjusting to our cat's recovery. She dealt like a pro with medications, the cone, adjustments, and all the very specific indications regarding the complicated situation and our two cats. She was very attentive to both our cats and it was just what we needed. I'd recommend WoofMeow to anybody who'd like their fur babies being taken care of. We really loved how concerned she is, loving to our cats, and even took care of the plants. We'll definitely use WoofMeow's services again, and recommend to anyone who's looking for a pet sitter!

This spot is a blessing to the dog owners of Bushwick! The employees here truly care for each pup in their care — whether at the daycare or on walks. They’ve set up great rules to keep the daycare population just right and have been enhancing the daycare since day 1. Great, communicative and kind team.
I recently moved to the area and thanks to What’s Up Dog, I had a seamless transition getting dog used to her new routine. I’ve used both the daycare and dog walking services 3-4 times a week and my dog loves it!! The dog walkers are prompt, provide updates on the dogs walk through their portal and they even add pictures on their “dog report card”. Prices are the best in the city and I definitely recommend!!
Marlo and I are grateful to have found What’s Up Dog. Although Marlo is a shy girl and still getting used to being at daycare she always does really well. The staff has been super patient with my anxious questions (this is the first daycare we have ever tried) and they often post on Instagram so you can get an idea of what the pups are up to that day. Marlo always leave POOPED and sleeps immediately when we get home. Listen, no place is perfect but if you’re considering dog daycare is Bushwick this place is pretty damn close. Consider reading the negative reviews before judging the star rating. Literally ALL of the negative scores are from people who were disgruntled that their pet was not accepted due to safety or behavioral concerns. Oh and there’s a seemingly unstable woman who is a neighbor angry about the dogs barking. Anyway, knowing that What’s Up Dog takes their members safety so seriously actually gives me even more confidence in them. 10/10 for What’s Up Dog.
Something shady is definitely happening here. My EXTREMELY friendly dog was rejected for not being amicable enough. Straight up lies. My dog could be getting mauled by a bear and he’d still want to be friends. Everything is behind a closed door. You can’t see what dogs are present or what conditions they’re kept in. When my dog was taken to the back for “screening” all the other dogs were screaming cries of despair. They did not sound like excited or even threatening barks and howls. Sounded more like they were being tortured. There’s Zero Transparency here. Shady, shady business. The pet store next door is shady too and they’re probably in cahoots. “Brooklyn Bark”? They don’t even show up on Google Maps. They just stole the name from the actual Brooklyn Bark. Probably to mislead people from their shady dealings. Stay away from this place. Who knows what transpires behind that scary closed door. (P.S. I was extremely nice and amicable with the staff person Katrina. With a degree in psychology, I pulled out all the tricks to butter her up. (Lied and said) convincing compliments and all 🙄. Even recorded the conversation via video because I had read the reviews prior to arriving and wanted to be sure I had receipts. So think again if you’re going to spout some MORE made up nonsense about how I came in being rude and disrespectful to your “mostly female” staff. You really think people have no intelligence around here huh? With an IQ of 116, I can assure you I’m not the one sweetheart. Hope you can sleep well at night with all the lies, discrimination, and unknown shady dealings weighing on your mind.) STEER CLEAR! ::Update:: These people really out here spouting blatant lies. Socrates HAS NEVER SHOWN TEETH. 🤣🤣🤣 I basically raised him in a dog park with all sorts of crazy dogs. My puppy and I love daycare at What's Up Dog. I have a very social, high energy dog and staying home with me during the workday was just not cutting it. Sending her to daycare a few days a week has done wonders for us. She loves going; goes right to the staff when we walk in and wants to head straight for the back door. Booking online is easy , and they are even super responsive on Instagram if you have a question. Everyone has been really nice and makes you feel that your dog is not just a number, but one of the pack.
What's Up Dog is amazing! They are so patient with our scared/shy pup and have made his transition into dog walking a breeze. We love that we get an email with pictures, notes, and a map of his walk every time he goes out. The whole team is so easy to communicate with and it's really apparent how much they love their pet clients! We would recommend their dog walking, daycare, and boarding services to anyone in the area.
I have a very anxious rescue dog with a lot of human fear issues. If she encounters an unfamiliar person she recoils, trembles, or tries to flee. She basically doesn't trust anybody - it even took her a few months to come around to trusting me. It would be an understatement to say it was very difficult finding a dog daycare where she could feel comfortable. Then we found What's Up Dog! The incredible staff at What's Up Dog are probably the only people in the universe my dog gets along with - they're all super nice and it's obvious they care a lot about what they do. I've noticed that they take great care in recognizing when certain dogs have specific needs and do what they can to provide individualized attention. What's Up Dog has really done wonders in getting my dog to come out of her shell. I'm really grateful to have them in the neighborhood.
Rubin’s Paws is the best!! He takes care of my cat all the time and I always know she will be taken care of in the best way when I’m gone. Rubin is so accommodating even with schedule changes and last minute requests, he always puts the pets first! I’ve used his pet sitting service for years and he is the best at what he does! He always sends updates, is punctual and has the best communication with what’s going on when you’re away from home and your pets. I would recommend Rubin’s paws to anyone with a pet they love!!
Rubin has been a responsible, professional, and gracious help with our dog Brutus. Prior to hiring him, he was very accommodating to first meet us and take Brutus on a walk as we shared our needs and schedule. From day one, he has checked in daily with updates on walks, including photos which we love. He also makes sure to confirm what days and times you need him to swing by well in advance. He’s flexible as well. Some weeks we don’t know our schedule at the start and he’s been really accommodating about adjusting. All in all, if you need someone to take care of your pet(s), we wouldn’t recommend anyone more. Thank you, Rubin!
Rubin is the absolute best. I rely on him to take care of my girl when I’m working long, sometime sporadic hours. He always comes through for me and I know that my pup is in good hands with him. He’s communicative, reliable and I’m eternally grateful to have him around!
We found Rubin a couple years ago through Craigslist and has been our go-to catsitter ever since. He’s incredibly sweet and patient, is responsive to client needs, and is really communicative, all of which is really comforting when we are away. Highly recommend!
Rubin is amazing! He is always so caring with our little guy, Franklin. He always makes sure Franklin is feeling comfortable when we're out of town and Franklin loves him! We've had Rubin walk and feed Franklin at least 5 times now and he's always sent us a great update on how Frank is doing. He's super personable and easy going and someone we will definitely be reaching out to whenever we are out of town and need help looking after our dog or checking on our place. I cannot even express how happy I am to have found Rubin's Paws. We were in a terrible bind around Thanksgiving and needed a pet sitter last minute for our dog, Frank. We are extremely protective of Frank, and have had some bad experiences in the past, so it was very important to us to find someone we could trust. Not only did Rubin reply to our request quickly, he was able to fit us into his schedule during a holiday. When he came by to meet Frank, any fears we may have had quickly flew out the window. Frank loved him immediately, and he has a calm and warm presence that put us at ease. He is extremely knowledgable, kind, and experienced, and as we expected our boy was very well taken care of while we were gone. We have since hired Rubin many times, and now feel like he is part of the family. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone looking for the highest quality pet care.
Rubin did an amazing job coming in & watching my cat twice a day for about ten days. We were both in touch a lot, he let me know how she was doing, turned the A/C on when a heat wave happened, even got her to play, which I have trouble myself doing sometimes. All around a great person, definitely one to trust with your little important creature. Highly recommended!

RidgeWalks have been taking care of my dog, 2 cats and a bunny for few months now. I was worried at the beginning as I’m overprotective over my fur babies but I know now that they take best care of them. Sure, I have petcams up but I rarely check them. Honestly, I think the sitters might be magic. Their updates are epic. Their photos keep me sane. I'd never leave the cats with any other pet sitters.
Ridgewalks is the best! My dog (Rosie) can be challenging but Tim and Christine took the time to walk me through everything and answer all my questions before the initial meet and greet. At the meet and greet, CJ was so patient with Rosie who was not on her best behavior. And since then CJ has become Rosie’s favorite! They have worked miracles with Rosie and given me peace of mind while at work. They have even managed to introduce Rosie to a walking buddy! I honestly think this has helped Rosie’s behavior, walking and confidence so much! I also love getting the walk reports with great photos and seeing all the other neighborhood dogs on their instagram:)

I can't say enough good things about Jordan's Pet care and how well they take care of my pup Gumbo. From the start, they have been super responsive, patient, and kind with a first time puppy mom, and I'm grateful. Gumbo loves her walker Jack, and I swear she is smiling in every update I receive when she is with him. I love their app, ease of scheduling and canceling visits, and prompt replies to my questions. Highly, highly recommended!
We are very happy with Jordan’s Pet Care! Our dogs absolutely adore our regular dog walker. We have even used Jordan’s while we were away for ten days. Our trip out of town was made even better knowing our dogs were at home with our trusted walker/sitter and we loved getting updates and photos every day. Jordan's pet care is great. All of the walkers are kind and thoughtful and really care about your pet. They're always willing to work through any mishap (missing key, pet hiding, etc) and are very communicative. I've trusted them with my dog for many years now and will continue to do so!

Nellie’s treated so well on her walks with Parker. They go above and beyond to make my puppy feel loved and cared for. They don’t just walk my little girl, but also plays with, cleans after and refills food/water. The system for scheduling is very straightforward.
I have been using Jordan’s pet care service for years and could not recommend them highly enough. I have a difficult dog to walk who loves to eat everything on the street and they do great with her. They also are wonderful sitters when we go away, they take great care of my dog and are very respectful to our apartment.

I was nervous about finding a cat sitter for my 12 year old kitty - especially since she isn’t always the easiest kitty ;) But Jordan’s Pet Care really put my concerns at ease. After meeting the manager Devon and hearing more about their vetting and probationary process with their sitters, the history of the company/founder and general process, I really felt like these guys love animals and are super respectful of customers’ homes. We love Strutting Mutts and highly recommend them! Their staff is kind, personable, and attentive to both owners and their pets. Paul, the owner, is especially communicative and lovely. They’ve been flexible through some flight delays that resulted in a later pick up time - which just saves additional stress when travels don’t go as planned. We’ve moved away from Williamsburg and still commute to bring P to see her pals at Strutting Mutts- she loves it that much.
Gabby did such a great job with her wash and cut. She was able to schedule me in the next day and made my pup feel comfortable. Definitely going here again! They also have boarding, daycare, and home sitting, which I'll try another time. Note for the cut, when I went they were cash only
So happy with these guys. As close to feeling like a friend or family member is walking Matilda (but with way more professionalism)! After a less than ideal experience with another dog walking company that shall go unnamed, can't express enough how much better I feel with this team. Their communication is prompt and honest and hilarious. Great folks who really love all their pooch charges - you can tell, and it makes all the difference. Tens tens tens across the board!
They have been great. I bring my dog here for daycare when I work, 2-3x a week. Very affordable!!! I also live close enough that they walk him home for just an extra 5$, for days I may work past 5-6. So helpful!!! I only wish they gave discounts after coming so much, like a punch card because I never can afford or have the mind to order a package prior, I freelance so I don't always know when I will work or stop working. I also just wish they had a camera or some sort of way to check up on him when I'm at work, but still a great place, with no real complaints just suggestions! I also love watching their Instagram as well with all the events they promote and doggie pics, of course.
My dog needed social skills and get used to being around different dogs, as she is too attached to me. I started to drop her here about once a week to help her get socially comfortable, and it worked. She likes this place so much that each time we walk by, she pulls me to the door as she wants to get in. It really helped her to be more friendly and play with so many super cute dogs. I absolutely love this place.
We love strutting mutts. The staff is extremely friendly and are great with the dogs. They are also quick to respond. They have taken great care of our dog when we had to board her over long weekends. Definitely recommend.

DDH is a great place for your furry friend. I left my pup with Eden and Angelica on multiple occasions, for a few hours, over night and she was taken care of. Communication was great, they listen to my concerns and didn’t have an issue with her medical responsibilities. Definitely recommended.
Eden and Angelica are simply the best. I can confidently leave our cat in their care knowing that he will be loved and well taken care of. I am inspired by their entrepreneurship and drive to build their own pet care business. They coded their own app and website that makes it SO easy to book/pay for services, communicate and get updates on their visits. They always send photos and show up to visits on time. Our cat is happy and healthy when we get home and that's the most important thing. Thanks Eden and Angelica!

Pawsability has been such a life saver. I mostly use their dog walking services, which gives me relief to know that Johnny will have some human and outside time while I'm away at work. They have been great at responding to my emails. I love the frequent photo updates they upload. I can tell Johnny enjoys his time in daycare and on his walks. Overall, their customer service is amazing. I have years of work experience with dogs, cats, and wild animals so I take extra precaution with my own child. Pawsability is one of the few facilities, in nyc, I can fully trust. Johnny and I love them, and we are happy to give our full support to their mission.
Pawsability takes amazing care of my super high-energy rescue furbaby, Yuna. I personally don’t want to take Yuna to a dog park to socialize because I can never know if other dogs are vaccinated or may injure Yuna, resulting in high vet bills and of course distress to my best friend :’( At Pawsability I know the dogs are being constantly supervised by trained professionals, and the dogs have been behaviorally checked with updated vax reports. Yuna has so much energy that alone I struggle to tire her out. When I drop her off at Pawsability I know she’ll be totally konked out later that evening! It’s so clear that the staff really love Yuna and the other pups. Molly in the morning is always so excited to see Yuna, Lauren in the evening has called Yuna the little mayor because she likes to take a little good bye tour in the lobby, Brandon the manager is super professional and keeps folks up to date in case the pawrents need to be aware of any weird growths that have popped up XD - And of course Jillian the director is lovely, and I have so much admiration for a founder that made a 501c3 model that trains autistic adults to gain meaningful work experience with dogs. The trainees sometimes go on to have other jobs in the field which is wonderful. Yuna and I love Pawsability!!!
Can honestly say the best grooming experience ever! The staff hospitality is remarkable, they were patient,kind and knowledgeable. My dog hasn’t had a good groom in a while and had matting and they took excellent care of him! They gave updates, broke down the pricing and gave insight on what they did and why! They also took me in last minute and had great open communication! My pup was happy and so was I can’t wait to go back!
I've been taking my puppy to daycare at Pawsibility, and I've only had amazing experiences so far. The staff really care about the animals and you can tell. I was worried because of my puppy's age (4 months), but she loves it there and will not want to leave when I pick her up lol. I also love the mission of the nonprofit, and I'm looking forward to continue to support this organization. Because people get career training on-site, the prices here are also slightly lower than other daycares around the area. You're basically getting top quality care for a discount and support a cool nonprofit. Win win win.
I absolutely love Pawsability and am so grateful to have an outstanding daycare so close to my apartment. This is the third daycare I’ve tried in the neighborhood and I truly can say it’s our favorite. The staff is so attentive and flexible based on what your dog needs that day. I’m on the unlimited membership and it’s such a great deal for the quality you get. Every day I receive a report card with a summary of Marcel’s day, who he was friends with, and some pictures! They also schedule dedicated down time where the dogs can rest so they don’t become overstimulated. And in response to the 1-star review from someone who clearly does not use this daycare (and probably doesn’t even have a dog)… my pup barks when he’s having fun. You try being around your best friends all day and not talking.

I no longer work from home. I researched a doggy daycare service who would take great care of my pup. I picked Pawsability because they're near my apartment, they're in Bushwick and I want to support business in my area. Most importantly I love how they hire and train people with Autism. I'm neurodivegent as well. Pawsability and I share the same goals and ethics. Brandon and the crew there are amazing. Every time I bring my dog I know he'll be loved and he'll have fun. Pawsability is human and dog approved.
I’ve been taking my dog, Alma to Pawsability since I first heard of them opening and am a big fan (so is Alma). They provide photos of her day spent with the Pawsability team and all her puppy friends, and write these great report cards after every visit, so I always know how her day went. It’s also super comforting to know that the staff is truly paying attention to her and all the other pups in their care. We’ve had bad experiences with other doggy daycares, but Alma drags me to the Pawsability door every time we pass by—so I know she loves being there. I’m so glad they’re in the neighborhood! Thank you, Pawsability friends for taking such good care of my girl.
I was so anxious initially leaving my new puppy ANYWHERE, but Pawsability has been a safe haven for our little girl. She’s always excited to go see all of her friends and I know she’s in the best hands possible. I cannot recommend this place enough. Not to mention the wonderful non-profit work they do. I’d give 50 stars if I could!
I just moved to Bushwick 3 weeks ago and stumbled upon Pawsability Dog Club while walking my 2 year old Frenchie. Decided to give them a try and met them for an assessment with my dog Potato. The staff are the friendliest and I could just tell that they prioritize their dogs and owners! But that's not all, I called them last minute to book a dog bath and they squeezed me in the same day! The staff greeted and welcomed us like we've been a regular customer and took care of Potato. The cherry on top was was when Potato came out with a cute bandana they put on for him after his bath!!! Thank you and I am so glad to find this amazing place!!!
One of the best haircuts my mini-golden doodle has ever received!!!! 10/10 incredibly. Friendly staff, clean atmosphere, speedy cut…what more could you ask for? Will be going back!
I’ve been taking my dog to Lilly’s for grooming services since I adopted him over a year ago. Lilly and her team are the sweetest and give so much care knowing my dog gets very anxious. I started utilizing her daycare services as well whenever I have doctor appointments in the area because he has separation anxiety. I see the care Lilly takes and thankful for all the help
Oh Lily what can I say but only that i absolutely love her! She’s so attentive to detail with your lil stinker. I take my cavapoo literally looking like poo poo and she comes out looking like a super babe! If you live in the area (I moved to queens recently) (and still take her there ) I highly recommend Lily. She’s the best!

Not only was I extremely happy with his haircut, I can’t thank them enough for accommodating last minute boarding on Christmas Day. I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such capable and caring hands. The staff here are truly exceptional—they treat every dog like their own, giving plenty of love, attention, and individualized care. Koko came home happy, tired (in the best way), and clearly well-socialized after playing with other dogs all day. The facility is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for both fun and safety. I also appreciate the regular updates they send—photos and videos of Koko playing always make my day! If you're looking for a daycare that genuinely cares about your pet's well-being, Lilly’s Pet Service is the place to go. Highly recommend it to any dog parent!
Brought our sweet boy for his first grooming and first day of daycare this week. The staff is so attentive and communicative. During his first groom they had to go over in time about 45 minutes because he was scared of the dryer. I appreciate her going over time because she took into account his fear and went slow to make sure it was perfect. As for daycare they were amazing sent pictures and videos throughout his time. My little one left looking beautiful and happy after great service provided here!!!
He’s usually shy at first, but the team is so gentle and patient that by the end of his grooming, he’s happy and relaxed. His grooming is always done perfectly, and he comes out looking great and smelling fantastic every time. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and care!
Weve been using Lilly's for grooming for the last 6 months. They do an amazing job with our dog Lucy! She gets nervous during grooming, but they do such a fantastic job with her. Extremely clean facility and everyone is super nice. We've tried several other grooming services around Williamsburg and this is the absolute best!
Had a great grooming experience with my fluffy malamute mix. They did a superb job with de shedding and drying! Will definitely be back

We were very excited to come seeing the reviews, unfortunately although we asked for a scissor ONLY cut, she chose to shave our lhasa’s belly (?!) and in between her toes. Being a scissor cut we were charged an additional fee and our dog came out with several knots all over her body after the appointment and she has also been itching and licking her belly and her paws since the appointment, her paws were shaved and quite red since then as well with a small cut between the toes . May be good for new pet owners but not enough experience for specific coats and quality of the service. We asked for NO clipper to be used and you still went ahead and shaved a part of her body, very disappointing
