I've had a wonderful week with Luna in Lisa's apartment. Luna is the sweetest cat alive. First, she was a bit reserved, but after half of the day we've started becoming friends. She loves playing a lot and asking for attention and cuddling during the day in a very sweet way. It was a nice surprise to wake up with her in one bed on the 3rd day, I felt so chosen :D We've had perfect communication with Lisa. She was very flexible with my arriving/departing time and was answering really fast to all my questions during the stay. Lisa's apartment is near Central Station, so there was perfect connection to everywhere, and the view from the balcony is just amazing, especially in the evening. It has everything you might need and feels cozy. Once again, thank you very much for a wonderful stay, Lisa. I already miss sweet Luna <3
This sit was wonderful. Our hosts were welcoming and even prepared dinner and dessert for us the evening of our arrival. We enjoyed our conversations with them and learning more about Toulouse. The house is incredible and historic, and you will truly have an authentic experience within. The rooms were comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting in front of the fireplace on many occasions. We felt safe and secure, and it was great to be so close to the train station and popular attractions. As for Miska, she is a cuddler but also quite independent when she wants to be. She will let you know when she has had enough pets and will mostly spend her day on the outside patio; except for the mornings and evenings when she wants a little more attention. We always enjoyed having her greet us when we came back from a busy day out and her sweet little meows. I would recommend this sit to anyone interested in visiting this area of France and we wish our hosts and Miska the absolute best.
I had an excellent time looking after Devo! He is the sweetest boy and such a cool dog! Definitely warmed to me after missing Ian. Ians place is really cool and in a convenient spot for getting around. Ian was really laid back and good at communicating throughout and before the stay! Would 1000% sit again
Had a really nice sit at Jessica’s. The animals are lovely! A car would be handy to have, although we didn’t have one and just caught a taxi into town and was easy enough. Jessica also picked us up from train station which was nice 😊

Very expensive, but the best exotic vet in the Milwaukee area. If you have a bird, reptile, rabbit or guinea pig, this basically has to be your vet. They love animals and have experience with all kinds of animals. Super kind and always trying to help.

Far superior Vet to where we went in Sussex, animal clinics of sussex. We went there for so long until recently bc they misdiagnosed our dog and charged a fortune for a blood test. This place will follow up with you and genuinely care about your pet. (OH and not overcharge.) Sussex charged us $800 for a blood test, there's was under $200 Highly recommend
We couldn't be happier with the doggy day care services at Brook-Falls. The staff is warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable, and they always have a personalized update for you at the end of the day when you pick up your dog. They do temperament testing so that they can proactively deal with any quirks or personality issues between dogs to make sure that all the dogs have a safe and enjoyable experience. The enrichment activities really add another layer to their day care services, ensuring that your dog is both physically and mentally stimulated by attending day care there. Plus, you get pictures daily to see what your dog has been up to. Our dog absolutely LOVES going to day care at Brook-Falls and adores all of the staff there. If we could give Brook-Falls doggy day care more than 5 stars, we would - they are the best!
We have 2 cockatiels. Dauber (male) & Daisy (female). Daisy has been treated several times having a Lupron chip & Lupron shots for many years for her hormonal problem. They treat her so caring! Not a place for special needs dogs. This was my first and last visit to the pet resort. While I absolutely love the Veterinarian, Dr. Wittenburg, the resort did not provide the basic care both of my dogs needed. I was charged on two different credit cards for fee's, one of which was incurred even before the staff called to notify me there was an issue and needed to feed the dogs separately. I picked up my dogs close to 9 and neither had been fed or given their pain medication as needed. The staff was disorganized and couldn't even tell me where the leashes or collars were. They do not answer calls or voicemail. The resort made sure they were paid but did not provide the service or BASIC CARE for my dogs in which they advertise in all of the pretty pictures and glossy brochures.
I can’t say enough good things about the daycare at Brook Falls! It is so evident that the staff cares so much about all the dogs. We love that our dog is able to learn and play in safe environment. It’s also so fun to be able to check out the camera in the app and see what our dog is doing! A few weeks ago somehow our dog scratched his nose while he was at daycare (we guess it’s from playing!). The staff immediately called me and told us they walked him over to the vet to make sure it was nothing serious and give him pain meds (free of charge). This was a very very minor scratch and the staff took this incident extremely seriously and made sure Benji was taken care of to the fullest extent. You can trust your dog will be in great hands here!!
Absolutely LOVE bringing our Pup Bear to Brookfalls Resort. The staff are so loving towards their clients and 4 legged visitors. They go above and beyond with taking photos of each visit that they send to you at the end of the day so you can see highlights of your pets day. Around holidays they go the extra mile to make keepsakes that you take home of your pet. They take every precaution to make sure all pets get along and ensure the safety of your furry baby. Facilities are always super clean and beautiful to the eye. I recommend Brookfalls to everyone!
The staff here took great care of my kitten while I was away on travel. They sent me pictures (at my request) to show me he was having a good time. They were very accommodating to his particular eating habits. Best of all, they recognized how much of a love-bug my kitten is and loved and cared for him almost as much as I do!
I contacted Nikki via email and she responded within the hour. She was thorough and detailed in her responses. We set up a meet and greet so that she could see my cats and get a complete understanding of their environment and routine. We developed a schedule for her visits and I felt very comfortable that cats would be well cared for and they were. I was gone for a week with no ability to be reached, so trust was a big factor. When I returned home the cats and their environment were in great shape. I know that Nikki is a dedicated service provider that I can trust and I will be using Nikki Pet Services again!
Nikki and Camille did an AMAZING job with my dog! Scheduling was simple, Nikki’s communication was clear and prompt, and I was always sent the best pictures of my fur baby. We are going to miss working with these two incredible humans so much! They have my highest recommendation for your pet care needs.

The Animal Motel team took such good care of my senior cat while she was housed with them long-term. I also hired them to move her out to the east coast for me and they were able to deliver her directly to my door in Brooklyn. I loved how knowledgeable they were about the travel process, it really made me feel like she was in good hands. Throughout both experiences I was so touched by the attention everyone gave her and how kind and protective they were with her. Michael still checks in with us regularly for updates- I truly feel like she is a part of their family.
My family and I went on a trip July of 2023. Before leaving we dropped off our dog Dutch at the Animal Motel at 6am. Dutch has been to this place several times before and has always been a keep separate. Nothing was different about this time. Once Dutch was dropped off, our family was enroute to catch our flight in IL. At 6:30 am, Animal Motel called us stating that they were rushing Dutch to the hospital but had no other information for us except our dog got in a fight through a chain link fence. We then requested to speak to a Supervisor. A couple minutes later someone called back and stated the same thing that Dutch was in a fight through a chain link fence but this time included “they are working on him”. The call ended and a 6:50 am the Dr. called and told us “I am so sorry but Dutch didn’t make it. Our team worked so hard to bring him back.” This was a total shock to us. Here we are on our way to catch a flight and we left our dog (healthy) in their care and we received no answers. The Dr. stated that when they received Dutch he was already deceased. She also informed us that the puncture wound to his face would not have caused his demise. She further went on to say that the Animal Motel tried to incite that we brought Dutch in and he looked like he was about to die. The Dr. suggested we have an autopsy conducted because something doesn’t sound right. When we confronted Animal Motel about everything the Dr. told us they had nothing to say. When we asked for camera footage they denied giving it to us. When asked how can a dog get in a fight through a chain link fence they said “it’s possible.” We never received an apology, condolence card, a call back after a few days of Dutch passing or anything. Didn’t even return the dog food we sent. The Hospital called us several times, sent us cards and offered their condolences. Which I thought was so nice but NOTHING from Animal Motel. Even the workers we spoke to at Animal Motel didn’t seem sorry.
They will take care of your dog if you have a vacation planned, a superb owl party to go to, or even a honeymoon. They are well trained to give dogs medicines, water, food, and toys. I suggest telling then EVERYTHING you can about your lucky mutt!
Dropped off my two cats and dog here for a short weekend. This is our first ever time boarding our pets, so we weren't sure how they would react. Booking online was super easy, and at check-in the staff even read aloud our boarding notes/requests to make sure they understood. Pick-up was just as smooth and my pets seemed a little anxious in the car but immediately bounced back as soon as we were home.
Left two pets over here for a week, when I came back to the pick them up, they mentioned of one them peeing a dark color which "They were going to call about". Took them both home only for one to be hyperventilating on floor and the other missing three of their claws. The end result was one pet being put down and the other treated with antibiotics and pain killers. Please do your research and go somewhere else to avoid the experience I had.
I used to have good experiences at this boarding place. But, this time when I picked up my dogs they had urine on their legs and they looked as though the runs had not been cleaned regularly. I had to bathe them two times to get most of the small off of them. The dog beds have to be thrown out due to the urine smell. When I called to ask their cleaning routine, the woman said that they clean the run every time the dog has an accident. I asked if she noticed the stains and smells on our dogs when I left and she said no. My dogs are white and they have urine stained hair now on all their legs. I won’t be bringing them back to this boarder.

They have friendly staff that definitely paid attention to my critters and took great care of them! The online registration was very detailed, with sections addressing any needs or special instructions that pets may have. Pets can be boarded together, they have good rates, a convenient location, and good hours. I'll be using Animal Hotel again the next time I need to board my pets.
My dogs love it at the Doggy Office. They are a solid group of caring individuals who love dogs. I have a hard time trusting anyone with my dogs, but I trust them. Jerzey and Memphis come home happy and tired. I can count on the staff to give medication as asked, take pictures of my babies. They are always greeted by name when I come!!! Love you guys! Love Jerzey and Memphis, Lynn and Matt.

The staff is extremely friendly and my pup, Brad comes home happy and tired after a day at the office. We go 2 days a week but if you asked my pup Brad he would want to go 5. He cries and wines when we pull in the parking lot because he is so happy to be there. I highly recommend for anyone who wants to leave their dog in good hands.
Overall the care for my dog seemed to be fine while she was there. The one star is for the management. I only called for clarification on the boarding policy . The information and price given at the initial boarding reservation was incorrect. With that the GM should hold some type of accountability along with a clear explanation and apology for the misunderstanding. It was her staff member that gave the incorrect pricing. Instead I was over talked , talked to rudely and loudly , and it was even insinuated that I wanted a refund .. lol . I will be taking my business else where . I was mortified at how I was talked to as a first time client .
Our pup loves it here. The staff are super friendly and love on pup like he is there own. Boarding prices are reasonable and they offer baths and nail trims too! We have been going for 6 years!

My pug, Vivian, loves everyone there. She loves to play with everyone and always get tired after a full day of playing. As a previous employee, all the staffs always nice and very concerned with all the dogs during playtime, napping, and feeding time. I recommend this place to everyone. Vivian will be back! ❤

Employees are very friendly, the facility is always clean, and it's obvious they enjoy my pup. I never worry about her care at the Doggy Office. I also really appreciate the half-day option for daycare.
My 5 star review from 6 years ago still holds true today. Doggy Office is convenient, well-priced, and (most importantly) full of people who love dogs and take care of them so well! I really appreciate the half day option and no requirement to preschedule daycare time.
Jodi was it so helpful with my 3 dogs! She is so kind, easygoing and reliable it puts me at ease enough to focus on my work. I look forward to the updates and occasional photo of my fur babies. She is exceptionally kind to my senior dog that is very selective on humans she can trust
My dog and I love, LOVE Jodi and Jack! I moved to the area in June and started residency. I've been able to keep my dog during this difficult year because Jodi and Jack have been so flexible and accommodating. They really got to know Wolfgang's personality and needs fast. They never miss a walk and actually always walk him longer than what I pay. They're very organized, leave me daily notes to fill me in on what my dog did that day, and send me photos of Wolfgang regularly. Wolfgang loves them and loves spending time at their house when I need to travel out of town. I already recommend their service to everyone I know!
We love The Dog Walker! They take great care of our Pit Bull/Boxer mix. They are great people and do a great job with dogs. They are flexible and accommodating to our schedules and circumstances. We love Jack and Jodi! And so does our baby, Lyla. She gets so excited when we pull up to their house. It's awesome! The Dogwalkers have been walking our golden retriever mix Scout for the past 3 years. She's a little sassy sometimes, but she absolutely loves John and Dick, who have been her primary walkers. Overall, their service does an excellent job, and they have been so flexible with residency work hours!
Jack and Jodi have walked my dog Kobi for about 2 years now. I am about as tough a critic as they come when it comes to looking for individuals that I trust to come into my home and watch my adored pet. Jack and Jodi have gone ABOVE and BEYOND all of my expectations! They not only are trustworthy and reliable but adore my dog and treat him like a king:) He certainly loves them as well and is a happier dog when I get home. They do a thorough initial interview and leave no stone unturned when it comes to meeting the needs for you and your pet. My dog honestly couldn't have better care and I couldn't be more relaxed at work while I'm not with him. They have been SO accommodating to my changes in work/vacation schedule. They always adjust to a change in my schedule, without question. When my house was under construction, I asked them if they would spend extra time with my dog because he was home during the work. They did and reported on the daily log they keep for me how much he loved the extra love! Jack and Jodi are wonderful human beings and I HIGHLY recommend them for your pet care. My golden doodle has been groomed with Katrina since he was a baby. As she mastered her craft, she was able to make her way to Pet Suits and of course we followed her here!!! She makes sure to take the time to get to know your dog, to learn their quirks, likes, dislikes, and what approach will put them at ease! Three years later, Katrina remains our forever groomer!
Two days after moving my 98 yr old aunt to a new nursing home facility, I was told that her beloved cat, Frosty, had to be removed that day. I looked up boarding options and called PetSuites. How kind and helpful they were! Frosty was taken in immediately and was released the next day after finding a foster home for the cat. I live out of State, so friends who helped with the cat told me how nice the facility was and even sent pictures of Frosty's suite. So impressive! And the price was beyond reasonable. Please entrust your loving pet to the care of PetSuites of America in Brookfield WI. I am forever grateful for their help and care.
My dogs love going to daycare. The staff is very friendly and great with my puppies. I love that I can see my pets on the cameras throughout the day, and the staff is always paying close attention to them and making me feel very comfortable leaving my pets with them all day. I’ve tried other doggy daycares and none of them come close to Pet Suites, I highly recommend them.
I took my Miniature Schnauzer Sargee to PawSuites on Saturday October 5th and everyone was very professional and helpful. Took my puppy who is 12weeks old for grooming . Cynthia was his groomer she did an amazing job we are so pleased. Lille was very kind and answered all my questions as well. It’s nice to see our pup was handled with care and love to a point where he dint want to leave. Thanks guy!!
My almost 2 yo golden doodle was boarded at your facility for the first time for 7 days. The communication was poor, I sent a message asking how Koa was doing and if she was eating on 12/24 and it was never addressed, not on that day or the day after. I requested, especially after she did not pass the assessment test, that I would be notified of the individual playing time so I could see her. This happened only once. During this individual time I noticed the staff person sitting down, looking at her phone, looking at the window. After a phone call it was explained to me that is the dog that "decides" what to do during the individual playing time. To this day I struggle to understand that statement. My dog, based on your feedback, was sad, shaky, felt out of place, how could she be expected to cheer up during the individual session if the staff is waiting to be led by the dog on what to do. Makes non-sense. I had also requested to make sure Koa is bathed before we picked her up. She was not. Having Koa at your care was one of the worst experiences in all honesty. We have another dog at home who has been boarded several times and we understand that not everything is perfect but this was way too much. The inability on my end to come and pick her up in addition to the way she was being taken care of by you made a mess of our holiday vacation. I found myself trying to see her in the cameras several times throughout the day for 7 days. I understand it was a busy season but there is no excuse for the lack of communication. This is owed to any customer who leaves a loved pet under your care. If you are that busy that cannot handle that many pets, then say so and as a customer I can look for another option. But do not promise what you cannot follow through on.
Petsuites has been wonderful with our dogs, ages 17 & 4. A few other places turned us down having an older dog, but Petsuites was great at taking our dogs, keeping them together for lodging and playing, and updating us often through text. When our older dog passed away at home, our next visit with our younger dog being alone was wonderful. The staff made sure she’d handle playtime with other dogs well, and sent us frequent pictures and updates having it be her first solo visit. We can’t recommend them enough.

We have always been pleased with the good care our Siberian husky, Aurora, who suffers from mild hip dysplasia, has received at North Shore Pet Connection. When we go on vacation, it gives us peace of mind to know that she is in good hands from the caring staff.
We gave this review several weeks to allow the temperature of our interactions to cool off and soften. However, we remain very upset and disappointed, having boarded our beloved pups here several times previously. Costs were NOT communicated during either booking and/or dropoff, and so we picked our dogs up to an awfully large bill- over $500 higher than we were expecting. In trying to resolve it, the owner got defensive and said “My staff is too busy to notify all customers of rate increases". The invoice also included a $30/dog fee for July 4th because "my staff has to give up their holiday", which again, was never communicated. Nor have we encountered this kind of charge before, here or anywhere else. They also maintained that their fees are comparable to other facilities, which they are not, because we did the work and checked. Finally, we took steps to resolve this amicably, but instead we were made to feel like the disconnect was all our fault. Which is quite telling. As such, we won’t be using NSPC again.
After my beloved dog sitter closed up shop, I was so worried about finding another facility that felt like home, and would treat my dog as an individual. Then I discovered NSPC! I loved the smaller scale, home setting. Having just adopted an adult English Mastiff, I was so happy that they were willing to let her come for a 'test drive' before her big weekend stay. The loving staff here really care about these animals as an individual. I am so happy with NSPC. We will be back in a few weeks.
I have always appreciated how happy and well cared for my dog and my granddogs are at pet connection! The facility is clean, the pets are well cared for and the owner Diane has a wealth of knowledge and experience caring for animals, especially the special needs pets! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and safe place!
16 months ago we brought Buddy ( now 3 years old ) home to be a part of our family!! He is the sweetest boy, but everything was new to him. We worked with a trainer and he has come along way!! Now it was time for him to make some friends!! It was important to find a place where he could be comfortable and take it slow. We are brand new to Pet Connection and are over joyed with our experience!!!! He was able to acclimate to the new environment and bond with the staff the first day!! Second day he was so excited to go in!! The staff slowly introduced him to another dog--then another. When I picked him up he had made 3 friends and was the happiest boy!!! Buddy can't wait to see his new friends next week!! I fully trust him in their care and am excited to be a part of the Pet Connection Family!!!
North Shore Pet Connection (NSPC) is the ONLY place in the Milwaukee area that I will board my special needs, soon to be 20 year old cat, Cookie. Cookie takes multiple pill medications each day, as well as a calorie supplement and NSPC always ensures she receives the care she needs. I’ve taken Cookie to other boarding facilities in the area, and experienced her coming back looking thinner or otherwise not herself, but she seems to love NSPC. Tina and Isabel typically care for Cookie while she’s with NSPC, and they ALWAYS send daily photos with email updates throughout her boarding stays. They know how much I worry about Cookie with her health issues, and they are diligent about providing the love and care that she needs! Cookie recently had a health scare (due to her age and existing conditions), and the owner Diane was SO KIND and HELPFUL in walking me through the health emergency options and steps. I don’t know what I would’ve done without her support in that challenging time. Thankfully Cookie has recovered, and has been able to spend more time at NSPC- her home away from home. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND NSPC to any pet owner!!!
We had just adopted our 4 year old rescue dog about 1.5 months prior to a trip we had planned. Being new to us and not knowing her full history, they recommended having her spend 2 shorter visits prior to our trip. They spent extra time to appropriately assess her behaviors and needs. They were great with helping her slowly adjust to new people and a few other dogs. By the time of our trip, we felt confident she was in great hands!
Having been new to the area (moved cross country with my pup) I wasn’t sure of where I could go that would have the patience to take care of my dog who takes some time to warm up to humans. We tried one daycare and he lasted a total of 9 minutes. We then stumbled upon North Shore Pet Connection and met with Diane who was so warm and welcoming. She has been incredibly caring with our dog who attends daycare every week and he is so excited whenever we drop him off! Diane has a really great space and huge backyard for the dogs to play..our pup is always exhausted when we pick him up. Her staff has also been amazing (shout out to Christine) and we couldn't recommend them enough. They are also great with boarding and we wouldn't trust leaving our dog with anyone else.
Had an excellent experience with the folks at NSPC! I have an older dog that has trouble socializing, so decided to try them out since they cater to older and special needs pets. So glad I did! My pup was very well cared for and got to play with another dog for the first time in a while :) She didn't want to leave! Booking, drop-off and pickup were all a breeze. Looking forward to our next visit this weekend and many more to come!
We LOVE NSPC for our pup with some special needs. Our 1.5 year old lab mix has some anxiety for which he also takes medication. He loves his overnight stays at NSPC and always comes home the happiest little boy! They really care for each dog individually to be sure their needs are met and they have a good time. They allow us to have some dog free vacations, and we don’t have to worry at all about how he’s doing because we know he’s in great hands!
Sunny truly cares about every single one of the pups. My puppy is shy around dogs and Sunny is so accommodating and worked with him to gain his confidence and now he romps around with the big guys!!! Vanilla is truly so tired and worn out after being at Sunny’s daycare for the day 🩷
We love Sunny’s dog boarding and daycare services. Everything is run out of her home, which I think makes our dog feel more at home. Sunny is very easy to communicate with via text. She is very knowledgeable about dogs. Our dog starts whining as soon as we pull into Sunny’s out of excitement because he loves it so much. It is very comforting that he is in such good hands when we are away on vacation!
Sunny is fantastic! I am extremely particular about my baby dog. I research everyone and everything. Sunny’s gives personal attention you can’t get many places. I never have to worry about my puppy, and he comes home so tired which we all know makes a much better puppy. She gives updates and videos. Couldn’t recommend this day care more!
I didn't get a chance to put my review in right away, but Sunny is amazing!! I have a German Shepherd mixed Belgian Mal name Coco who is very energetic, anxious and overall can be overwhelming. We did a first time boarding with our pup. She's only 8 months now and is pretty huge. She barks at everyone. Sunny was very calm with her and didn't force anything with her. She allowed Coco to be free and do her thing as she warmed up to her. I received updates and pictures every day. I couldn't believe how comfortable Coco became with Sunny. It made me very comfortable with introducing my dog with interactions such as these. I wish I could go higher than a 5 I was so pleased. Will definitely be using Sunny again and I encourage anyone to give her a try who's looking for 1:1 attentive care ❤️
Sunny and her team are absolutely everything you could want in people watching your fur baby. When I lived in the Milwaukee area, I boarded my dog Zuko with Sunny anytime I went out of town. Zuko is high-maintenance and can be a handful, but Sunny and her team truly know what they're doing. They took such great care of him that I always knew he was in excellent hands. Finding Sunny was like discovering a gem. Her prices are unbeatable, and you never have to worry about your dog because they take every precaution and are truly knowledgable about dogs. After moving away from the Milwaukee area, I still drive over an hour to board Zuko at Sunny's because that's how much trust I have in her and her team. My dog always leaves happy and tired. I also greatly appreciate how flexible and accommodating they are. Thank you Sunny and team, I HIGHYL recommend this place.
sunny provided the best experience for our dog bailey. she made us feel very comfortable leaving him with her for his first boarding experience during the complimentary tour and provided plenty of opportunities for us to ask any questions we had. we will definitely be recommending her services to anyone in need and will return our pup to her if we go on another trip. we are so grateful, thank you Sunny!
We absolutely LOVE sunny’s boarding. My dogs get tons of exercise while still being very affordable. Sunny and her staff take such good care of my dogs. I love that they are in good hands and come back exhausted and happy :) Pic attached is post Sunny stay- both happy and tired ❤️
Sunny has taken such good care of our pup! She is always our first choice for watching our girl. Sunny communicates with us and we love the picture updates :)
This was my first time ever boarding a pet, and Sunny was AMAZING. She invited us over to see her set up before booking, has a very easy to navigate app, and sent us pictures of the dogs having fun with other dogs just the right size for them during our weekend away. She makes pick up and drop off super easy and has a larger fenced in area for outside play. We will 100% take Gus and Molly back for a slumber party at Sunny’s house. Thank you Sunny!
Highly recommend! My Doberman had an excellent time with Sunny. She gave me picture updates of him and her care far exceeded my expectations I would recommend and return to her to watch my dogs in the future!
