We met Marge two days before the start of the pet sitting and enjoyed spending time with her. We had a very positive experience with Marge and Kono showed her agreement immediately when Marge started brushing her. Kono stretched out on the lawn, marking her happiness that Marge did a good job 😊. Marge loves to hike and it was a joy that Marge got to know this unique island. Marge helped us with various items. Marge even got gas for one of the cars when she noticed it was nearly out of gas when starting it! Marge communicated regularly with us and it was nice to receive pictures of Kono. Thank you so much for everything, Marge.

Carol and Brian were absolutely amazing! They were so lovely and Murph couldn't have been more excited meeting them. I couldn't have felt more comfortable welcoming them into my home and leaving Murph in their hands. They shared amazing updates and were incredibly helpful transitioning to a second sitter I had coming at the end of their stay - which I was so grateful for. Thank you Carol and Brian!!

It was a pleasure hosting Nancy and Rick. They took they time to stop by our home before they went out of town to meet our cats and see where everything was. They had great communication throughout the stay and left the house in better shape than we left it! Would definitely have them back!

Lucia

This was our second dog sit with Lucia. We now have two dogs, Nikka and Charlie. They were happy to see her and settled in nicely with her before I left the house. Lucia was kind enough to give me a ride to the airport. She kept us posted on how the dogs were doing while we were gone. The house was neat and tidy when we returned. We had a water pressure/water heater issue while she was here at our home and the water heater had to be turned off. She was helpful to our neighbor and the plumber who came to assist. She was without hot water for the remainder of her stay, but she was very gracious about it! She was able to shower at the clubhouse next door. She was so easy and we really appreciate her fantastic attitude about this unexpected and unfortunate circumstance. The water heater is now fixed!

Natalie was phenomenal from taking care of Baylee to coming back home to a super clean house! She was great at providing daily check-ins and didn’t need anything once the start began. Natalie also was very considerate and came early so that I could walk her through my home and routine with Baylee to ensure there was no questions before I left. I’ll start by saying if you get a chance to have Adriana and John as your house/pet sitters I’d jump at the chance! I came home to a happy, content cat which is the number one reason I love this service. My home was probably in better shape than when I turned it over to them. It was like they were never here. I received regular updates without asking that included pictures. Since we now live in the same town I probably won’t get a chance to use them again but if you get an opportunity to have them sit for you you won’t regret it!

My travel dates are usually set in stone and don’t change before or during the travel period I’ve originally designated. This trip was very different. My daughter was pregnant with my second grandchild, and since it was a high-risk pregnancy, there was a chance -  but we didn’t know for sure - that the baby would be delivered before the expected due date. Michaela knew this and agreed to be on standby. In fact, I left a week earlier than originally planned, and I ended up coming home about two days earlier than planned. Michaela took all of this in stride and Was very kind and generous with her time. She also did a great job pet sitting for Bonita, and she kept the house clean. I would definitely ask her to pet sit again, if she would only have me… And Bonita! Thank you, Michaela!

This was such a wonderful sit. Ilya and Katia are the most kind, easygoing, lovely people, so welcoming to my two kids, and happy to accommodate our travel dates and special requests. We felt right at home in their cozy, plant-filled place and I feel lucky to have had a bit of time to get to know them and their adorable daughter. Reggae is likewise such an easygoing dog that was a pleasure to take on long slow walks and play fetch with; she’s so gentle and patient with kids and loves a good belly rub. Ari is a load of fun, bouncing around the place one minute and cuddled up in our laps the next, even joining for part of our walks with Reggae. All details were clearly explained and all needs provided for, and communication was steady throughout the stay. We were so comfortable it was a bit hard to leave! We are grateful for this experience.

Ashley is an excellent host. Her house in Alameda is very well located near Oakland and about 14 miles from San Francisco. We had a blast with her cats! Friendly neighborhood.
