Valerie is a very genuine person. Sociable, reliable, tidy and well organised! She get along with Mickey very well, since the first night he was snuggling with her and I couldn’t ask for more. She had great care of him and the house. We always had a great communication and she kept me constantly updated. Thank to her I had a very relaxing holidays. I’m great full she was sitting for us, she will always be welcome if she will decide ever decide to sit for us again! Thanks a lot for everything!!❤️

Very glad Svenja came and took care of the little beats and the apartment! The communication was very easy and smooth, she was very flexible with arrival dates and departures, cats exceptionally had to take some medicine and she took care of that too. The apartment was absolutely spotless when I came back and plants correctly watered. Thank you so much Svenja!

Stacy and Moritz stayed to sit with us for 5 days and we can 100% recommend them. They took perfect care of the cats, sent frequent updates and were very communicative in the period leading up to the sit. When we were back the cats were super happy and the house was cleaner than we left it. 10/10

We had the pleasure of having Flurina pet-sit our cats, and we couldn’t be more grateful for her care and dedication. We first met her a day before the sitting, and she made a wonderful first impression with her kindness and professionalism, which only strengthened over time. Our cats were a bit unwell, and we had just started them on medication. Flurina quickly adapted to their needs and was incredibly gentle with them. Minou, who is usually very shy, warmed up to her surprisingly fast. And Hitch, felt so comfortable that he didn’t hesitate to lounge around in his most awkward sleeping positions! We had asked Flurina to keep a close eye on Hitch, as he’s been having some health issues, and to record any incidents. She did exactly that and kept us informed with constant updates and adorable pictures and videos of our fur babies. It was reassuring to know they were in such good hands. What truly stood out was Flurina’s flexibility and understanding. We had family members unexpectedly passing through Bilbao for a night, and after consulting with her (with full permission to decline), she graciously agreed to share the apartment with them. This level of kindness is rare and deeply appreciated. When we returned, our home was spotless, and the cats were happy and well-cared for. She even removed and set aside the bed linens, which was a thoughtful touch. Even after her stay, when our older cat’s condition worsened, Flurina continued to check in on him. This genuine concern for our cats, even after her responsibilities had ended, really shows the love and care she gave them while we were away. If you’re looking for someone to take care of your pets, we highly recommend Flurina. She’s not only a fantastic sitter but also a truly compassionate person who will treat your pets as if they were her own. Thank you Flurina :D!

We are very happy that Jule was our cat sitter. She is very friendly, dedicated, and pleasant. She has a big heart for cats and took great care of our demanding bengal cat. She also took great care of our plants and apartment. Jule was very conscientious and kept the apartment very clean and tidy. We would be delighted if she could look after our cat Jadana again in the future!

Melanie was super kind and arranging. This was a bit last minute and she really was self sufficient and reassuring. I found my cat happy and clean house upon return. Will definitely be happy to renew :)

Jenny took care of my two cats for one month and was an absolute angel! She was super caring and considerate and sent me regular pictures and updates. When I got home, my cats were relaxed and happy and my apartment was wonderfully clean and tidy. I will certainly reach out to Jenny to sit again and I couldn't recommend her enough ❤️

My dogs were very happy with Jasmin. She took very good care of them, cooking for them, treating them with homeopathy when needed, sending me news and pictures and even bringing them treats from Germany ! She's a very sweet and adaptable person and I really appreciated her company for the time I spent with her. She even cooked diner when I came back :-) I totally recommend Jasmin.
