Kathy and Seffa were absolutely amazing! They took such outstanding care of our dog and home they have become friends of ours at this point. Would recommend them to anyone. Kind humans!
We had an amazing time housesitting for Evan and Sophie! Their home was a delight to stay in, and Zeus and Cali were a joy to care for. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed every moment. Thank you for trusting us with your lovely space!
I really enjoyed my sit with the crew. Sandi and Jason were very welcoming and responded quickly to any questions. It's in a great location close to downtown, shops & restaurants. This sit does require patience and experience with a senior dog though. There were no problems and glad I had the chance to meet them all.
Julianne has a lovely period home with a gorgeous country kitchen and newly renovated sunroom and bathroom, overlooking the back yard, forest and creek beyond. It is an ideal location if you want to sit back, relax and enjoy the nature that surrounds you whilst being only 12-15 minutes drive to Hobart central. There is a walking track directly behind the house takes you along the creek and through the local bush that is well worth doing. The cats, Freddy and Calvin are extremely friendly and love their food. Freddy, the Burmese is just a smoocher and will quickly settle on your lap or shoulder or anywhere he can find a warm cuddly spot and snuggle in for the night if you let him. Calvin is a cool character, friendly and independent, who likes to spend some time outdoors but who also likes a warm spot next to you on the couch and if you are lucky, like I was, on your lap. A very enjoyable house and petsit. Thanks Julie and Andrew.
We enjoyed a great sit at Paula’s. Piula, the cat, has a lovely manner & is very easy to care for. The house is wonderful. It has lots of space & is very comfortable. The neighborhood is very safe with several tuck shops nearby & a patisserie 5 min. walk away. Paula is a great communicator & assisted us in so many ways that allowed us to optimize our time Dakar. Highly recommend this sit. We found Dakar to be safe & welcoming. Once you figure out the cabbie rates (negotiated), it becomes very easy to get around. Strongly advise anybody renting a car here to get damage insurance. Almost every car we saw had dents & scratches. I would strongly recommend that you do not rent a car to drive in this city.
I really enjoyed my time at Anne’s! Molly, Jake, and Roger were all so sweet and had their own hilarious personalities. Molly is a great walking companion and Roger is the best cuddler! Anne’s home is only a short drive from downtown Ann Arbor and the University of Michigan and is in a friendly, quaint neighborhood. The kitchen is absolutely amazing, and I really enjoyed my time cooking in it!! Communication with Anne before and during the sit was great, and the welcome guide was very detailed and helpful. Overall, a great experience with some very lovable pets in a great setting!
