Brandi was great with my 3 babies! Very responsive and informing. While I was away, there was a minor incident with my dog where he was injured and she quickly let me know. As frustrating as it was to be away while my dog was hurt, she did a great job of contacting the vet and taking proper care of him. She also made sure to send plenty of pictures and photos. Definitely recommend!
This was the most unique sit ever! Usually hosts are going on a fabulous vacation, but Stephanie was off solving crisis (doing good) in a conflict ridden country. So I wasn’t sure about the appropriate number of updates to send her on YouYou! 🤣 She was always available, though! As all the other sitters mentioned, YouYou is a special kitty! She welcomes you with open paws and immediately took me in! She’s is the most loving cat I’ve never come across - loves cuddling and loves being close to a human! Sometimes a bit early in the AM, but I do enjoy getting up on the AM! My favorite part about the sit is when I would leave and come back - she would get up from immediately (which is hard for her as she’s old and arthritic), come to the door and shows you with the sweetest meows and love. It never got old! She’s emotional, sweet, loving and family easy cat. Her eating habits took some adjusting but we found our ways! About Stephanie and her home - Stephanie, like her cat, is very special! She’s an incredible and inspirational person if you get a chance to get to know her - it only takes 5 minutes to realize this! She made sure I had everything for my sit. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience of meeting you and YouYou! I am so grateful!
Tate was such a wonderful host! Her kitties in the city were such a delight to look after and everything was clearly explained to me before the sit. All food and requirements were clearly listed and laid out for me. There were some lovely touches in the house for me too and I felt completely comfortable in Tate’s beautiful home! Highly recommend to anyone to housesit for Myki and Tabitha. They were just purrrrrfect!
Warning: Gunner, Milo and Mocha are incredibly affectionate and sweet. They will break your heart!! We had a really enjoyable sit in Olivia’s home in Stroud. Olivia is a wonderful host, so bubbly, warm and easy to talk to. She is very accommodating and made it an easy sitting experience. Gunner is an incredibly loveable lad, who loves attention, belly rubs, treats and his walks. He is fantastic on the leash and excellent around other dogs. He is very easy breezy when it comes to his straightforward routine and just wants love from you anytime of the day. Mocha and Milo are a crafty pair who will butter you up for affection but also plots ways to take opportunities to get into any bags left lying around. So we were careful to keep an eye on them and bribe them to stay out of mischief with chin and head strokes, which they love. All in all, we had a nice time enjoying stroud and the surrounding area and we were kept in great company by the cats and dog who made our trip back to the UK even better.
Tanya’s home was so lovely and clean, her welcome guide was super helpful and detailed and Jasper was a lovely, well-behaved dog! Can’t fault this sit at all, would happily do it again!
Great experience! Kieran and Nat are great hosts and there boys George and Herbie are adorable! It’s a short stroll into town and regular buses into Leeds. There house is gorgeous as well. Would recommend.
Candyce had a lovely house in a great location, and Dot took a little to warm up to but was very sweet.
