I had a wonderful experience house and dog sitting at Cathy's place. Cathy was very communicative and provided a detailed care guide for Altan and the house. She also gave me many trail and local recommendations, which added to the overall experience! Altan is well-trained and affectionate, making him a great adventure buddy, especially during our long hikes and car rides together. At home, I enjoyed giving him hugs, pets and belly rubs which Altan enjoyed as well. During my stay, I also had the pleasure of hanging out with their duplexmate's dog. They were both energetic and enjoyed playing chuck-it very much. The house is in a great location with easy access to the highway and numerous hiking trails. Above all, spending time with Altan was an absolute joy. His playful nature and affectionate demeanor made my stay enjoyable.
House sitting for Jo was a pleasure. I had very little to do other than maintain the cleanliness of the house. Detailed instructions as well as relevant information was provided before I arrived. Transport and shops were within walking distance. Bertie and Otto are extremely loving cats and made me feel very comfortable. Taking care of them was a real joy. I would not hesitate to house sit again.
Katha an Ed are such a wonderful and warm couple. I arrived one day before they were going away, and they made me feel so welcome. Katha had prepared a guide in the app with the instructions, so everything was super clear. Ed gave me a sightseeing of Sotogrande and told me everything I needed to know about the area, which was really helpful and saved me a lot of time. The dogs are adorable. They are well behaved and super easy to take care of. They love to chill and are not in any way needy, but of course, they love cuddles and I made sure to spoil them a lot with that. I also love their personalities. Peggy is the calm mom, caring for her pack (including me). Wombat is trying to be the tough guy, but actually just wants to lay on his back and get “babied” with. Funty is the adventurous one who wants to explore, and she keeps track of everything in the neighborhood. Turtle is the shy, quiet one, at least in the beginning. I really enjoyed seeing how he came out of his shell more and more every day. I miss the dogs so much! The apartment is spacious and very nice. I enjoyed the big terrace with the view. The area itself is just great and you have everything you`ll need nearby. I highly recommend this house sit and hope I`ll get the chance to come back in the future. Thank you Katha and Ed for your hospitality and for trusting me with your apartment and your beloved dogs.
Would highly recommend sitting for Joy and Rob. Tally is a beautiful dog to look after with a gorgeous temperament. Unfortunately she was a little poorly on the sit so was unable to go on any walks but she made a lovely companion relaxing around the house. Ezzy the cat also easy to care for and very loving. House is as described and was lovely and tidy. Joy also made some homemade bread for us to eat which was a delight. Throughly enjoyed the sit and would hope to return. Thanks Joy & Rob
It has been a real pleasure taking care of Martí in Sol & Ana's adorable and cozy appartement. Martí is a calm and friendly cat, a bit shy at first, but very affectionate after a while. Ana and Sol are kind, friendly and extremely nice. Communication with them has been super fluid from the beginning and they always answered my questions quickly. The apartment is lovely and spacious, everything was super clean... The icing on the cake: a big terrace with stunning views of the city, the sea and the mountains!
We had an amazing time at Barbara’s home with Maple. He is so sweet and loving and tries so hard to make you happy. We enjoyed lots of snuggles with him. Barbara’s home is very beautiful. It has a wonderful open kitchen with a ton of natural light. The kitchen opens up to a nice sized backyard. It was a very walkable sit being so close to the center of her town. Lots of restaurants and parks for us to explore. It is very close to Boston as well 10 to 15 min. And your right there. Barbara was great to communicate with.
