I spent 5 nights at Lorettas country home and had a great time .The dogs were delightful ,quickly adjusting to me and following me about ..They are each so different ,but all easy to know . Reilly and Sasha the cats didn't need much attention ,very independent ,no bother . The house and location is easy to get to , and Lorettas husband ,and family very open and welcoming . I had no real problems ,just had to learn to trust those doggies ,Always made it home safely after their walk . They are so well cared for ,it was a pleasure to be with them for a few days ! Thanks guys
Beautiful home in a gorgeous part of the countryside. If you want to experience quintessential British living then this is the perfect sit. Close to Eton and Windsor and other lovely areas of the Chilterns, this is a great position to be. The host Patricia is very accommodating and flexible and is great to sit for. Tansy the dog is a real sweety and does not give any trouble and the cat pretty much looks after itself. The only thing I would recommend is to have your own car, as the house is a little hard to get to. I have sat here twice and hope to again some time in the future.
If I could give 10 stars, I would gladly do it. Debra's and Martin's hospitalty was outstanding. They invited me to stay with them days before the actual sit started and provided me with the most delicious homecooked food which lasted me days after they left for there vacation. Their home is big and full of light and the cats Thomas and Geri full of character and very easy to care for. The sights in the surrounding area are beautiful and so many that my 10 days sit was by far not long enough to see it all. I can recommend this sit 100% and will gladly return, if possible.
Graham is an absolute dream come true he is the most well behaved and cuddly big fur ball on the planet ! I would gladly pet sit for him again in the future. His parents are also wonderful people they are very communicative I really enjoyed taking care of their house and doggo while they went on a nice long vacation :) the neighborhood is also so cute it has everything you could ever need the restaurant right downstairs has fantastic daily specials and I can’t recommend the coffee shop on the corner enough the people working there make you feel at home ! I will definitely be back soon !
Beautiful place! Wonderful animals! Very friendly Hobbes - my children enjoyed playing with him and walking through the beautiful fields behind the house. Parrots are very cute, smart and beautiful! Spiff loves to talk, and the children taught him different words too. The wonderful hospitable host Martin prepared everything for us to make it cozy and comfortable. We felt at home. Thank you! We will remember you all with great warmth! ❤️
This was a very comfortable and flexible house sit. Great communication with the home owners. Vesta was fun to sit. The home is in a great location to get to downtown, and any part of the city.
