Kiki was such a loving pup, she was very sweet with me and was big on cuddles and always followed me around the house. On walks she didn’t pull on her harness and was great at greeting strangers. Eiko and John’s home is so lovely and cozy with a nice backyard space. Would be happy to sit again!
It's only been a few days since we left Trelights but we miss Mojo and Snow so much (...to be honest, we already missed them the moment we backed out of the driveway...) ❤️ as we'd grown really attached to them over the 11 days of the sit. Adorable Mojo enjoys chasing his ball (or carrying it all along on walks) and coming for extra cuddles, especially in the morning. Sweet little Snow is a bundle of energy, making sure she doesn't miss anything, whether it's during walks or at home. Both dogs are highly intelligent and very well trained; they particularly love fields and beaches and will hardly tire of running, playing, fetching a ball or sniffing around there. They need plenty of physical activity, playtime and mental stimulation as well as lots of love - but no worries, you'll see that you'll be so keen on spending lots of time with them anyway! ❤️ Mojo and Snow's home is a beautiful, clean and comfortable family house with a large garden in a quiet village; a place equipped with everything you need, whether it's for holidaying or homeworking: very good wifi, cosy rooms, a kitchen perfect for people keen on cooking, and a really useful utility room perfect for cleaning and drying the pups after rainy outings or beach days. Mojo and Snow share this peaceful spot with their human family, who couldn't have been more friendly and hospitable. They were kind enough to invite us to delicious homemade Sunday Roast the night before the sit started and not only were we given all the important information about the house and the dogs, but we also had a lovely chat and received loads of recommendations regarding the local area and potential walks. Due to the location of the house, you definitely need a car to go grocery shopping and to make the most of this area for yourself and the dogs (who are great in the car!). Over the course of our sit, we checked out numerous dog-friendly beaches, food places and attractions (it's amazing how many of them welcome dogs in Cornwall!) and were able to include Mojo and Snow in pretty much everything we did, which they obviously enjoyed as much as we did. Dear Emilia and Steve, thanks so much to you and your family for "sharing" your dogs and your house with us for a few days and for putting so much effort into making us feel "at home" - it was a pleasure getting to know you guys and of course your adorable pups. Sending loads of kisses and cuddles to Mojo and Snow ❤️ they most definitely have a special place in our hearts and we will be thinking of them whenever there's a beach around 😀 What a wonderful summer sit with the pups!
We had a fabulous time staying in Alex and Georgies beautiful home. The two dogs, Mamba and Kali are wonderful. They got to know us very quickly and by the first evening joined us on the sofa for cuddles. Mamba made us laugh as she would climb over Kali if she felt she was missing out. Walking them in the beautiful countryside was no problem. We kept Mamba on a lead but let Kali off where if was safe. Her recall was excellent. We understood why Georgie described her a a 'velcro' dog as she frquently looked back to check we were still there. Merlin joined us on the sofa after the first night and is a very sweet cat. The house is spacious, very warm and extremly comfortable. Georgie cooked a lovely meal for us on the first night and gave us detailed isntructions regarding feeding all the animals. We would highly recommend this as a sit and missed all the animals when we got home.
I’m really happy I had a chance to look after Zekie and Bea! Bea is a true angel who absolutely stole my heart once and forever. She is a very busy bee, often out and about exploring the area (and ruling all the other local cats, I’m convinced) yet when she’s at home she’s an absolute sweetheart who loves a good cuddle🙌 Zekie is total sweetie too, though a super independent boy, so I sadly didn’t see him much. Both Zekie and Bea are absolutely gorgeous and instantly made me want to have a Siberian cat myself 🐱 The house itself is really well located right next to the Richmond park, yet is close to two bus stops for easy connection to the central London. Though with such a beautiful garden and conservatory, I didn’t want to leave the house at all😅 Very grateful for this opportunity and hope to meet Bea and Zekie again one day!
We spent a lovely 10 days looking after Jackson and Holli and really enjoyed our stay. Kim is very organized so it couldn’t have been easier! Jackson is a very gentle dog who looks forward to his meals and liked to cuddle up with us on the sofa at night. He has a nice secure back garden to run around in. Holli has her own heated enclosure which makes her care very easy and interesting. We had the guest room in Kim and Troy’s comfortable, modern and clean home and the whole family were very welcoming and friendly to us. They are situated in a wonderful part of NSW, close to beautiful little villages and fabulous beaches with lots of walking, cycling and cafe/restaurant options close by. We had a great time and definitely recommend this sit. Thanks so much guys!
We had an amazing 2 week experience at Ellen & Jacob’s :) We loved having the chance to have so much time to bond with the boys, Dexter & Monty are the best cuddlers, great listeners, and just all around amazing pups! We truly appreciated how clean (and equipped with cleaning supplies) and relaxing their place was and really wanted to leave it the way we found it. We tried our best to keep the aromatherapy flow throughout the place so we were thrilled when we looked online and found that B&BW was having a sale including the same “white barn” line so it was a fun little outing for us to head to Manhattan Village and of course were compelled to pick out soaps and room spray’s for our own home as well :)! We can’t wait to see the boys tomorrow and sit for a few days more!
