Peggy and Lisa
Peggy and Lisa were warm and welcoming! I knew right away, upon meeting them, that I would enjoy sitting for them. You can tell they love their babies, Chase and Titus, dearly and want the best care for them. I especially appreciated their proactive communication and attention to detail (e.g. written list of instructions). It made everything simple and easy-peasy!

Their home is centrally located to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, walking trails, and anything else you might want or need. Their neighbors are friendly, and as a single woman, I felt totally secure in their gated community.

Chase and Titus are as low-maintenance as they come! They have their set routines (e.g. food, medicine, walking) so are easy to care for. Both dogs love attention, especially in the form of ear scratches and belly rubs! Lol. They get along great with each other and it’s so sweet when you’re walking both dogs and Titus waits patiently for Chase who’s a bit older and doesn’t move as fast as he used to. Aww. :-)

I’m already scheduled to sit with both boys in the future! Can’t wait to see them again!

Cate
Loved staying at Cate's place and looking after her house and critters. The land itself is beautiful and exudes mystical magic; it was a lovely, peaceful walking meditation to escort the doggies through the trees on their daily outing. Bodhi is an old soul with the sweetest temperament, while Kona and Delilah were full of peppy fun! The cats were adorable too, though they mostly stayed to themselves upstairs. The amazing thing is that other than a few barks now and again when they heard something outside, the dogs were not barkers! We shared many a quiet, peaceful hour bonding together by the gas fireplace. The house itself is very comfortable and filled with amazing art, so it felt like being on a retreat at a high end country resort. Cate was the perfect combination of accessible yet not overly involved, trusting me to properly care for her place. I HIGHLY recommend Cate and know you will have an amazing time staying at the Hawk retreat!

We had such a fun and easy time looking after Cuddles. Cuddles was a bit timid at first, however once she warmed up to us she was very friendly (and lived up to her name)! Caring for her was very easy and straightforward, she really was just such a sweetheart.

Phil and Tina were great hosts, they were very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions, and also left great instructions for the house and caring for Cuddles - we were able to meet with Tina at the home beforehand and she ran us through everything as well. The house itself was lovely, clean, cosy, and had everything we needed. The area was nice and close walk to anything we needed (supermarket, bus stops).

We would happily sit for Cuddles again 😊

It was my pleasure to be entrusted with such a beautiful home and very loving dog. Tasha is a ball of joy and all she want is love! The house is neat and clean.

Dave is very clear with instructions to help me get accustomed to their home comfortably.
Most basic needs are within walking distance and so convenient.

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again!
