Jeanne did a wonderful job taking care of our pet, Skeeter, and our house. She was communicative daily, sent photos, had fun walking and running our dog, and kept the house neat. She spent time with us the night before so we could explain everything and get to know her more. I highly recommend her!
Michelle & Lee were great with both my cat Dobby (whom they spoiled like crazy!) and my house. I received pictures of Dobby a few times a week, which let me know how well cared for he was. But also, my home was experiencing a lot of storms, which involved power, internet and even water outages at times, and they never complained. It was reassuring to know they were handling problems I might not have otherwise known about. They were very responsible. And Dobby totally misses them! I'd invite them back any time.
We truly enjoyed meeting Liza & Denis! 5 Star house-sitters all around who not only took excellent care of our place but also took exceptional care of all our furry and feathered friends on the farm. Our dogs were especially happy to have their warm company. Excellent communication, wonderful people and it felt good to leave home knowing everyone was in good hands. We would welcome them back here anytime!
My time with Merlo was really special - he is an absolutely delightful dog, so well-behaved both at home and out on walks. I had no concerns at all about letting him off the lead - his recall is excellent, he never wanders too far away and is totally calm with other dogs. He LOVES a ball and even amazingly managed to find several old specimens in bushes which was a great source of entertainment! Emma and James were such kind and considerate hosts, going out of their way to make me feel at home and leaving provisions for my stay which was very thoughtful. Their house is beautiful, spacious and comfortable and only 20 minutes walk right into Exeter city centre or 10 minutes to the river Exe with endless footpaths to explore. They left me lots of information on things to do during my stay and were always available if I had any questions. Thank you Emma, James and Merlo for a lovely sit and making me feel so welcome, it was a true pleasure.
