What a wonderful week we had looking after two incredibly patient and child-friendly dogs in the beautiful and peaceful gardens of Flowery Bottom. Flora and Penny both actively sought out the company of our kids, and were a joy to be around. Flora does incredibly well for her age, and just needed a little help into the garden. Penny was full of joy and energy, and was an asset to every walk. There is so much to see and do in the area that we didn't stray too far, and the garden is so peaceful that just sitting by the pond is a delight. There are also multiple beautiful walks from the door. Bridport had everything we needed, from shops and cafes to a museum and beach. Eype was another lovely beach nearby, with a great beach cafe. Alistair had thought through everything to ensure we had all the information we needed for a great stay, and we found him to be very interesting and thoughtful. He and his family had also left us several days' worth of the most delicious food following the wedding of his daughter, and wedding flowers decorating many of the rooms. They had even thought to leave out several boxes of family toys for our children. A lovely family, beautiful home and gardens, 2 adorable and well-behaved dogs in a fabulous area - I highly recommend this sit, and hope to sit for them again one day.
Artemis is shy at first – hiding in the cabinets under the bathroom sink (she has remarkable strength and dexterity in opening the cabinet doors) -- but she emerged after a couple of days. Thereafter, she kept mostly to herself on her favorite chair and within the aforementioned cabinets, but occasionally joined me on the living room sofa to knead her blankey – at which time she was highly receptive to physical affection 😊 -- and also agitated to share the bed with me overnight. Her care is easy: she has an automatic feeder controlled through Claire’s phone and a litter-bot that only requires emptying once a week at most (and the floor's garbage chute/room is mere steps away!) The apartment, a large one-bedroom that includes an office and a designated laundry room (and a balcony that would be especially enjoyable in warmer months), is in a secure building near Symphony Center. Since I had a car, Claire's building fob allowed me to park for free in the adjacent indoor garage (and finding a convenient space wasn't difficult.) There is also a light rail station very nearby. Claire herself was very welcoming, easy-going, and responsive via text. Recommended for cat-loving singletons or couples visiting Baltimore!
Kitty-sitting for Leo & Loukia was a dream! They were such amazing cats who were super sweet and loved to cuddle and play. They were very easy to care for! Anna & Stefan's place is beautiful and in a fantastic location. All in all, a fantastic time was had by all!

Would have no hesitation in recommending Jess, using her services again. Jess looked after my Boarder Collie, Sky, for a long weekend, I was very lucky she was free as it was very short notice. Very friendly lady, took beautiful care of Sky, gave me updates and photos of Sky which gave me great trust in leaving her with Jess & Sky obviously had a lovely time away. I am not used to leaving Sky with people she doesn't know so was a bit nervous but as soon as I met Jess I knew I had no need to be. I will definately be super happy to leave Sky with Jess again. Fully recommend, trustworthy & caring.
Jess was great with our cocker spaniel, Otto. She took care of him for a long weekend and arranged to meet him a few days earlier for him to familiarise. Jess was very good at keeping us updated on messages, and we could tell that Otto had a great time as he was so friendly with her when she dropped him off. We'll board Otto with Jess again and we highly recommend her.
I would 100% recommend Jess. She looked after our old dog Lewis for 5 days and we got him back extremely happy and well cared for. We were kept updated with daily photos and videos of him on walks, as well as eating, sleeping and drinking water, which really put us at ease, as he is reluctant to do these things without us around. Jasmine and Jack are the kind of people who truly love dogs, and have the experience to communicate with them effectively beyond the one-size-fits-all stuff. My pup, Puff, has had his share of bad sitter experiences (through no fault of his own, or the sitters'---just extremely unfortunate set of circumstances), and I was worried he would have a hard time staying outside of my house. Petcare Pawfection folks were very understanding and patient, gave great advice, and eased Puffle in until he was comfortable staying with them. Now he can have a holiday too while I'm away, and it's such a relief to know he's loved and cared for, and is having a great time with his buddy Mila 🥰 He gets so excited when I'm dropping him off!!
Amazing house sitting experience with Petcare Pawfection. After our regular dog sitter fell ill, I was urgently looking for someone to watch Freddie, my stubborn Newfoundland dog with a big, dramatic personality. Jasmine responded incredibly quickly and professionally and got everything arranged for the house sit with a days notice. She was very considerate of Freddie's needs and provided me with regular updates and photos on how things were going. Looking forward to using their services again in the future!
My wife and I have used Jack and Jasmine's service recently when we needed to travel away for a week and were highly satisfied. As recent newcomers to Cambridge with a dog recently arrived with us from Mexico they were very flexible and took great care keeping us informed through daily photos of walks and reassuring us the dog was in good spirits. Jasmine was absolutely spectacular!! She made us feel so at ease with leaving our babies for a week. She sent photos and videos regularly which made us so happy, and really got to know their quirks and personalities. She is a true animal lover, fantastic pet sitter and our picky huskies are now very attached to her!!! She really goes above and beyond and treats your pet as if it’s her own! And that is EXACTLY who you want taking care of your babies! Cannot recommend her enough and will absolutely be using her in the future!
We had an absolutely brilliant experience with petcare pawfection. We chose the home sitting service to not overwhelm our dog with new environments: Jasmine responded quickly, was very open to our requests, and highly understanding and caring of our (energetic) puppy cavapoo. Lots of updates, pictures and videos were sent to reassure us during the two day dog sit to keep our mind at ease! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for dog sitters - we know we will definitely use this business again next time we need a hand with our puppy!
I dont like being without my dog, but I had to go away for work for a few days. He's had issues when being left with or walked by other people in the past, so I was concerned when leaving him with Jack and Jasmine at petcare pawfection. My concern was unfounded - he had a great time! He ate well, played hard, swam and got cuddles whenever he wanted. Needless to say he had a great time. How do i know all this? Because i got regular updates and photo's/videos. And when i felt the need for an additional update, a quick message and withing a couple of minutes I knew what the floofy little beast was up to. I will definitely heave him with them again if I have to - to say I'm happy with the service they provide would be an understatement.

I’m not one to leave reviews but they are so fantastic I had to! They helped an elderly lady and looked after her dog when she was taken into hospital at short notice and they were incredible. Great policies and procedures in place and you can tell they love dogs and animals! Constantly updated me on the little dog and returned her fully loved, nails trimmed and cared for. Amazing service, you couldn’t ask for more when leaving your family pet with people!
My dog Teddy loves his daycare! He can't wait to get in a see his "friends" dog & human!! They have fun enrichment activities & even "school trips" to an enclosed field! The team take excellent care of my Teddy & I am happy to go to work knowing he will have a fun day!

Chris is so great with dogs her knowledge and experience is so vast she is a true dog lover - her team are fabulous at what they do always showing love and providing fun for the dogs at their day care. It really feels like a bunch of kids having fun in the playground when you walk in with all the toys and different activities and breeds they have in!

Christina's brilliant and the dogs she looks after become like part of the family. She's very experienced and knows and understands dogs perfectly. I've used Family Pet Care extensively for dog daycare and boarding over the past three years, I trust her completely with my dog Rosie who always loves going there and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
Our labrador has known the Family Pet Care crew most of her life. She had home visits when she was a puppy and now goes to day care twice a week. The team love, know and understand dogs and we trust them completely to look after ours. Couldn't recommend highly enough!
Arthur goes to Family Pet Care once a week and, honestly, when we drop him off he can't wait to go in and see his friends. Often, at home time, he's having a lovely cuddle with one of the staff and we really feel that the time he spends there is a really enriching and enjoyable part of the week.

My dogs absolutely love Carey and the team. They always consider which groups of dogs to walk them in for group walks, and my puppy has come on leaps and bounds with her training walks. We did a training session with Carey too and she had so much advice for both on walks and inside the house. DON'T: expect your dog to come home clean! DO: expect them to sleep the day away after so much activity!
Do not use. I came home to a skeletal & dehydrated cat. My cat has subsequently been put to sleep. Broached it with the sitter & got told excuses & refused a refund. Shame on Carey for continuing to deny her responsibility in this. My vet is horrified. Don’t believe the rubbish Carey is saying. Avoid at all costs. My cats aren’t skinny. They’re all super healthy. No decent sitter would have failed to see the deterioration in my cat. See you in court Carey. I’ve then been threatened re my work when I requested a refund.
My partner and I are moving out of the area soon, but top two things we will miss about St Neots are: a) daily walks at Paxton Pits, and b) Carey and the team at St Neots Pet Care. Carey has been walking our pup since he was 5 months old and it's been one of the best decisions we've made since we brought him home. He has gone from a shy and clingy puppy to a sociable, friendly, and playful dog, running out the door when Karen arrives with her van. He has an absolutely fabulous time out with his friends on each walk and comes home exhausted and happy as can be. I cannot thank the team enough for the great care and love they have shown to Merlin. Carey is hugely reachable and very accommodating, adjusting to changes in schedule and quick to get in touch with any concerns or issues with behaviour or health. I love that, as a veterinary nurse, she can check any little problems we're worried about ASAP, and it is so easy to buy our dog any number of tasty natural treats through the business. She is a wonderful contribution to the community around St Neots. Thank you so much Carey, Karen, and everyone in the team!
Carey is absolutely wonderful taking care of Gracie, our cat whilst we are on holidays. Gracie has diabetes and needs twice daily insulin injections. It’s perfect for us that Carey comes to our house, feeds, plays and gives Gracie her insulin with lots of fun in the comfort of home. I honestly can’t thank Carey enough - with her support, kindness, medical expertise and friendship gives me total peace of mind. I contacted Carey in a bit of a panic as I was going away on holiday and my cat, Pippa, had started showing signs of a urine infection. I knew the existing care I had in place for her was not going to be adequate as she would need medication administered. Carey was brilliant, responded really quickly and came round that day to meet me and Pippa and she was so professional, warm and friendly that I had instant confidence in her. In short, she saved our holiday, Pippa is now back to full health, and I will definitely be asking her to come again in the future.
Highly recommend St Neots Pet Care Services. Carey takes our fur baby out a few times a week and I honestly cannot fault her. She has spent training sessions with him and has taught him to walk off lead (where appropriate). I've seen her out and about on group walks and the dogs are always well-behaved. I was a bit worried about the socialisation aspect with bigger dogs as mine is quite small but Carey made sure this was done at my dogs pace and now he sits at the door and waits for her in the mornings! I get photos during the walks and the routes they have taken too. Also a huge bonus that Carey is also a qualified vetinary nurse, makes me feel even more confident that my one is in good hands!
Carey has been taking our nuisance of a dog out twice a week for several months now. She is reliable, friendly and the dog cannot wait to jump in the van each time she arrives. Working from home it's been a godsend for us knowing that the dog will be taken for a really good run regardless of the weather, and gets returned to us rinsed and exhausted. We then get a whole afternoon of peace and quiet whilst he snores away! On top of that, Carey provides us with so much great advice and guidance and is a one-stop-shop for petcare, natural treats and dog walking.
We stumbled upon Carey whilst looking for a vet nurse to pet sit for us whilst we were away for a few days. One of our house rabbits had recently had a complex operation and we wanted a vet nurse to continue her post-operative nursing care and supplementary feeds for a few days whilst we were away. Carey is friendly, extremely competant and took on the challenge with ease. We also have two parrots, another bunny and a tortoise and she did a fantastic job looking after our menagerie whilst we were away despite the list of tasks being very long! My heart literally melts every time I see the love and kindness my fur boy Cody is greeted with, and treated as thou he was their own 💕 In addition to the wonderful walkies , Carey being a veterinarian nurse means I also get Cody’s nail clipped and even teeth cleaned! We had Carey visit us for advice on behaviour and training for our puppy, she was absolutely brilliant and the advice has been so helpful. Aimee looked after our cats this past week and was fabulous. We got so many lovely photos, videos and updates on how they were. When we returned they had been well and truly spoilt and well looked after. The process of meeting Aimee was simple and she really listened and was happy to accommodate all of our requests. I will happily use Aimee again!

We hired Jess & Ella to chaperone our sprocker spaniel at our wedding in Norfolk. They provided a whole days service from when were getting ready until the end of the party. They were absolutely fantastic throughout. They responded to his needs, so that he (and we!) could enjoy the day to the full. They went over and above with the service, even getting him to sign the guest book and helping to direct his attention for photos with a squeaky toy (which probably meant more of our guests were looking the right way as well). We would highly recommend them for any event you may need them for.
We were looking for a dog walker who did solo walks for our cocker spaniel. Jess and Ella came to meet our dog and understand more about him and his history. They were extremely knowledgeable, both having animal behavioural and first aid qualifications and significant experience which we found very reassuring. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the walks our dog receives. We know the training we do with him is continued on his walks with them. They take care to wash and dry our dog after muddy walks. We also receive photos and updates from his walks which are lovely to receive. Jess and Ella have also been available for additional walks when required on weekends too. We highly recommend Jess and Ella and trust them with our dog and he loves them both.
We have found Jess and Ella to be incredibly trustworthy, accommodating and reliable. They clearly love our three dogs - we get daily photos from them and they send commentaries after each visit so we are fully reassured that the dogs are ok whilst we are out at work. We trust them wholeheartedly and we would not hesitate recommending them.
Jess, Ella and Libby looked after our kitten, William while we were away and they were absolutely brilliant! It's clear that they genuinely care about the animals they look after and they can feel it. William warmed up to them very quickly and we came back to a happy kitten. The communication was amazing from start to finish, they kept us posted the whole time and sent photos from each visit. Would wholeheartedly recommend them!
We booked J and E to care for our cat, Dora and the service they provided was outstanding. They visited twice a day and made sure she was well fed and watered, they also ensured she received the attention she needs by encouraging her to sit on their laps and they played with her when she wanted to. Furthermore they sent us updates by Whatsapp twice a day including photos, this was so reassuring and very much appreciated. I would have no hesitation in using Jess and Ella again and would recommend them to anybody.
I hired Jess and Ella to look after my dog Pepsi when I was away for the evening. We scheduled a couple of extra walks so she could build her confidence with new people. Ella had some lovely walks and sent pictures to show how well she was doing. I found E&J pet service to be very friendly and efficient with good communication. I would recommend there services anytime.
Jess and Ella are fantastic. I can highly recommend their services. Our vizsla particularly enjoys the group walks. They provide great updates whilst on the walks and send lots of pictures which are lovely to see.
Jess and Ella are friendly and Bear seemed to take to them. He has had a couple of walks now and they all went smoothly so no complaints at all! It is great that Jess and Ella have been able to meet our needs if adhoc walks especially being available at weekends which is perfect for us.

Our labrador actually pulls to go into these kennels. They took great care of her while she was recovering from an operation. Staff are lovely and friendly. We wouldn't go anywhere else, and neither would our dog.
Our dogs have been going to Westlodge for almost 11 years and we wouldn't let them go anywhere else even though its a 90 mins drive from us. When our beloved Riley became unwell at the end of his life they took such great care of him and next week they will be meeting our 22 week old Josh for the first time when he visits with his big brother Dougal. We have never had anything but excellent attention from the team and our dogs return home well and happy. 100% recommended.

Our Border Collies have just had a week here and were very obviously well cared for during their stay. Updates we're provided whilst we were away, including photos of them playing in the large enclosed field. They were bright and happy when we collected them, had been groomed and staff were really accommodating around collection time. Many thanks, we will certainly book again in the future.
These guys were looking after a rescue dog on behalf of ECGRC. We picked her up from here and they very kindly agreed to look after her whilst we were away for a holiday. They have some really upmarket doggy accommodation and they care for their guests.

Our Dog stayed for 10 days when we went on holiday, unfortunately she has a accident a couple of days before and she needed her paw stitching up which left her with a lovely big bandage on her paw. The bandage needed changing at the vets every couple of days and Kate was really helpful advising they would take our dog to the vets while we were away for the dressing changes. This was a huge help and meant we didn’t need to organise someone to pick her up and drop her off every time she needed to go to the vets. This took a massive stress off us which meant we could enjoy our holiday! Can’t fault the team, they were very accommodating and caring. Would 100% recommend.
AMAZING pet hotel! The cattery side is great with it's themed rooms & V.I.C suite (Which my cat clearly loved as he was sitting at the top of the cat tower overlooking the pond when I collected him) The rooms are much nicer than other catteries I have used in the past. The staff are also friendly & clearly love animals, so can leave my cat here with no worries at all. :)

This Pet Care business is more than just a business. The owner, Karina, has a magic with dogs, she loves them and they know it. Our Brussels Griffon has been visiting weekly and also has stayed overnight. Her routine is noted and all is done to make her comfortable. She loves going and never looks back when we leave her. Karina sends us photos during her stay which can be reassuring when first you leave your pet. We are lucky to have such a service locally.
Every time Loki attends The Bees Knees pet care I can see has had an amazing day! He is exhausted from playing with new friends, from walking and paddling and even some behavioural training! Karina sends me gorgeous photos of his escapades throughout the day, which are so lovely to see. I feel fully confident that Loki is in a safe, fun and loving environment when I leave him. Would very much recommend ❤️
Our puppy loves going to Bee’s Knees. She adores Karina and is always delighted to see her. It’s a real home from home, all the dogs are showered with love and have the best time. We’re so pleased to have found such a wonderful place to look after our girl, couldn’t recommend enough.

I would fully recommend Karina and the professional and fun business she runs . My dog has been going to Karina for nearly a year and he absolutely loves his time with Karina. I only have to say her name and he goes mad with excitement. As well as the enjoyment my dog gets from going to Karina he loves all of the dog walks with the other dogs. This is a home from home for your fur babies. My Cockapoo is a lockdown pup and like Velcro but he absolutely loves going to The Bees Knees and adores Karina. He has lots of fun play time and lovely long walks with his new pals that are there when he goes and he doesn’t even look back at me when I leave him. Also if the need arose I would not hesitate to book him in to board because I know I would not have to worry about him.. There are also lots of lovely videos and photos of what a good time he is having.
The Bee’s Knees really is the bee’s knees or the dogs bits! We trust Karina and co implicitly and never worry about leaving our pup with her when we go away. We searched for a while for the right type of care for when we needed it for our pup and wanted to take the time to find exactly the right person. I can whole heartedly say we have found that with the Bee’s Knees and would highly recommend them! We know he gets the best care and most of all he really enjoys it. He always gets lots of exercise, socialisation, training and cuddles. We feel that he is looked after like their own dog. We get regular updates with photos during the day which is lovely as we can see how much fun he’s having! If you are looking for someone to look after your best furry pal, look no further!
Karina is very organised and clear, and absolutely amazing with the dogs. My dog went to stay for a week and clearly had the best time ever. Excellent to not have to worry about the dog at all when away! Thanks Karina!
Incredible care for our most precious pet dog - Rocco. Genuine care, affection, training and oodles of play with plenty of varied walks.
Clean and bright with big rooms (for the cats don't know about the kennels but I imagine too) and the staff is super sweet and kind. They can accommodate pretty much everything (food, litter, medications etc). Overall I'm incredibly happy with how clean the place is and if you forget about the stress of being away from home which is true for all cats my cat was extremely well looked after and cared for and I had peace of mind.
My dog settled in very happily, and I received progress reports with photos when requested. He was clearly looked after superbly well. Here he is being brushed by his devoted carers!
Very friendly and professional team, my kittens were well looked after. My first time using a cattery for my new kittens (6 months old) and it was a positive experience. I visited beforehand and the staff were very welcoming and took time to show me around and answer questions. I will definitely use this cattery again in the future.

100% will be using them again. Put my dogs in for a week, and I feel they didn't want to come home after! The staff are fantastic, and the quality of care the dogs had was brilliant.
Such a wonderful establishment. Our dogs are always well taken care of. Plenty of outdoor breaks throughout the day with large fenced in grass pastures for your dogs to run around in. They keep our dogs together which is huge for our anxious pups. Highly recommend!
Excellent! Our dog Scout boarded recently for four days and came back happy, well looked after and smelling lovely. The staff were helpful, friendly and shared their experiences and opinions of Scout after, all of which made it very clear that they had been attentive carers. Very reasonable on pricing and an easy to find location too. We'll definitely be return customer!
Love this pet hotel. Left our 3 labradors with them twice and then just 2 of them on the last visit. Our youngest lab was in season and they were really happy to take her. She also has been off her food so they made sure that she was eating every day. They could not do more for you. Staff extremely friendly. Kennels clean and all made up ready for you when you drop your loved pets off. We were extremely worried about leaving our girls in kennels. However now we have found somewhere we can now go on holiday together without the dogs first time in 5 years. Could not recommend them enough. The only thing I would say is book early as they get really busy.
The best pet boarding facility for anxious pups! My two dogs are a mess when we’re away and they always seem so calm when we go to pick them up. They are big dogs so it is sometimes especially hard to find someone willing to care for them. We are at ease when we travel knowing that they’re well taken care of. Highly recommend!
I was very anxious about leaving my dog for the first time ever anywhere.. But when I collected her out was obvious she sas having a whale of a time, I was expecting her to knock me over lol she didn't even look at me she was too busy playing very happily, excitedly with the girl that bought her out to me. She cannot wait to return . Thank you. Peace of mind... Priceless
Emma was amazing! Incredibly patient and caring for our very naughty bunny Banjo. Bunnies are such sensitive creatures but he was in very safe hands and beautifully cared for.
Absolutely fantastic service from Pauline, who went above and beyond to keep our cats happy whilst we were away. We received detailed updates twice daily with plenty of accompanying photos. The web portal to manage all conversations & billing is also excellent
ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!!!! I can't put into words how amazing this service is!!! Pauline was so incredible I think our cat is in love with her 💕💕💕💕 I was really anxious leaving my fluffy boy for the first time but it was made sooooo much easier knowing how well he was looked after. Brilliantly organised service with a simple app and website. Instant replies to messages adds a lot to reassurance that you’re a valued customer. Charlotte looked after our cat for 5 days, she made the time to meet and greet before we went away and to meet our cat with us. Lots of detailed information sent to us for every visit with loads of photos. 11/10. Superb service from a great company 100% would use again.
We had the BEST cat sitter! Emily was wonderful! She took extra special care of our two indoor cats. She sent us photos everyday so we could relax on vacation knowing she was taking care of everything. She even retrieved a package from a neighbor when it was delivered there. Emily was great! I've already booked in our dates for the Christmas season! Highly recommend this pet service!
Thank you to Emma at the Cambridge Catsitter for looking after our two cats. She was super helpful and friendly from our first pre-meet. Enma sent daily updates as to how the cats were doing along with some brilliant pictures of our cats enjoying her company! It was so reassuring having her there to care for our kitties and they loved her too! What a wonderful service- we shall definitely be booking her again. 😀
We are extremely happy with the care given to our Cat Casper from Charlotte and Evie of Cambridge. It may be more expensive than the Rover App and Pawshake App but knowing Casper is well looked after and our wishes have been considered is more important. The business is a lot more professional. Emma is an amazing professional, I have two fussy cats, one eats only if there is fish, the other don’t eat fish, etc. she remembered all the instructions I gave her and put them all in practice. My cats didn’t miss me because of her good care and love for animals. When I arrived, I found them relaxed and happy. I strongly recommend her to take care of your pets. Christina
Lianne Hunt has been looking after our sweet little girl cat Bobbit 3 times now and we are very happy with the service provided. Lianne cares very much about how our girl is and sends us very comprehensive reports, including photos, to let us know how our girl is doing. Our girl is very shy and she takes a lot of time to be able to trust someone, however Lianne has won her over and our girl has shown her affection for Lianne. We are extremely happy to leave our girl in Lianne's capable care. The comprehensive reports and photos are a great reassurance to us while we are away. On our latest trip away, Lianne was unavailable for the 1st two visits and Emily stood in for her and also showed the professional care we have become used to. The service provided by the company is second to none.
