I really wanted to leave a five star review as I have with every other sitter we've had, as Miriam was very lovely and said she loved our dogs. But the lost house key was a big issue for us. I'll start with the positives: -I had a great first chat with Miriam and was happy to have her at the house; she was pleasant and very flexible to change her arrival by a day when I messed up the dates, so I was grateful for that -She said she regularly took our dogs to the off leash park (which they love) -She left the kitchen and most of the house tidy -The plants were all in good shape -The cat was happy and healthy Less positive: -She lost our house key and seemed a bit cavalier about it; she didn't offer to pay for a replacement key or pay for rekeying the locks (which I now need to do) -She didn't communicate much during the whole sit unless I reached out; I never heard anything about the cat, and I didn't find out until days after that our 8mo puppy had been left unsupervised and uncrated for hours and had eaten an entire tin of liver treats; luckily she didn't get into something more dangerous/toxic -Our dogs were unusually starving when we got home, with both eating multiple servings of food that night (very weird for both of them as they are not big eaters) -There was feces in one toilet that had very likely been there for days; I had to scrub the toilet multiple times -The dirty bed linens were tossed on our bathroom floor -There were many bags of dog poop piled in our front garden -There were two dried puppy pee stains on one dog bed and one on the front door mat (either missed or ignored?) -Almost nothing on the zeewoi post-sit cleaning checklist had been done (I certainly don't expect a professionally cleaned home, but I always hope it to be as clean as I left it) As we've had many great sits previously, this was quite a departure from our normal zeewoi experience. And I'm guessing Miriam was likely overwhelmed with three dogs, as she also had her own puppy with her. But the loss of the house key and unusual intense hunger in both dogs were especially unsettling for us.

We sat for Bosley and Roxy for 16 days in a lovely section of Christchurch. We were conveniently located for access to the city center, Botanic Gardens, Hadley Park, Spencer Beach, and Groynes dog park. Bosley is an active and, might I add, beautiful Springer Spaniel/Retriever mix who loves to chase balls, munch on bones, check out what you're cooking, and wrestle with his toys. He loves the beach, is great with other dogs, and enjoys his walks. He is a real beauty with a few challenges which he will no doubt grow out of as he matures (he was seven months old and not neutered when we house sat). Sue and Steve are wonderful laid back hosts and easy to chat with. We enjoyed their company very much. Their house is comfortable and the bed was divine. Roxy, their sweet older cat, kept a low profile in the front yard keeping out of Bosley's way. She had a window to hop into at night so joined us for bedtime while Bosley had his own separate space in another part of the house. Sue is so easy to chat with; she has had amazing travel experiences. All in all...it was wonderful.

I had an amazing experience housesitting and petsitting for Jessica and Danny. From the start, they were so welcoming and considerate. From the little things like sticky note labels on the cabinets thanks to the kiddos to big things like the great communication they kept with me before and during the sit, it was an awesome all-around sit! Their home is so lovely and comfortable in a beautiful community with opportunity to use the community gym and swimming pool.

Bindi is a seriously cool cat! She has a ton of personality and really loves people. From when I first arrived, Bindi wanted to be around me when she wasn't outside on her adventures. She is independent but appreciates affection and is overall such a sweet cat. If you're an animal lover you will enjoy getting to know her!

A nice bonus – before my arrival, Jessica and Danny sent me an awesome list they made of things to do and see in the area, which helped me really immerse myself in the amazing things that the Boynton Beach/Delray area has to offer. They really care about you having a great experience!

If you have the chance to look after Jessica and Danny's home, take the opportunity because you will certainly be set up well for a successful sit in a wonderful place and you will fall in love with Bindi!

Nicola has a lovely home and even lovelier pets! I had a wonderful time with Tara. She is such a sweetheart and very well behaved. She loves long walks and playing with her toys. (There are beautiful beach and cliff walks nearby.) Nicola was friendly and communicative throughout!

We had a lovely week in Symonds Yat at Cat's house. The handover was exceptionally smooth. Cat and Jim showed us the feeding routines for the 6 cats, amazing chickens and two lovely sheep.

The sheep, Willow and Ivy, were incredibly friendly and loved their biscuits! We spent lots of time with the incredibly fluffy and friendly Tygra and even managed to stroke Wily a few times. Panthro kept herslef to herself most of the time but it was very content.

The house itself was lovely, clean, tidy and homely, and the location was just amazing! As Londoners, we were blown away by the greenery, wildlife and tranquility. We would thoroughly recommend this sit and would love to come back and sit for Cat and Jim!

Virginia
Virginia has a homey and clean house. Her backyard is nice to sit and enjoy the plants. Her cats are friendly. I had a good time staying at her house. I don't think you will have problems finding parking spots at her house. I took the bus and it a minute walk to the bus stop.
