Todd and Rachel are super friendly and very communicative! Gabby is a pleasure to care for. She’s relaxed and very gentle. She mostly lays around the house all day, and she’s a great cuddle buddy at night (if you want). Their apartment is super clean and very comfortable. It’s close to South Congress and downtown, and it’s walking distance to a few places.
I completely enjoyed the stay in Sam’s house. It was such a nice and beautiful area, I discovered some parks and green places for myself. Sam was very attentive, kind and friendly, she took me from the airport what was really sweet, allowed to stay for a night before another sit and we had an amazing lunch together! I totally loved Katniss! She is very interesting and beautiful cat, such a nice lady who knows what she likes and was purring so loud if was unbearably sweet ❤️ Thank you Sam for choosing me! It was a great time around and see you soon!
Even after 3 years of sitting, it continues to amaze me the wide cross section of people I get to meet through the THS platform. Margaret & Peter are amongst the nicest, welcoming hosts I’ve come across. Both are warm, friendly, generous with their time and considerate through and through. Everything their past sitters have written about them and their sits are true and more. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with them and am ever so grateful for their generosity in letting me have the joy of staying in their lovely home and having the company of their well behaved healthy cat Scrabble who was no trouble and an absolute joy to care for.
There are no words to adequately express my heartfelt gratitude to them for going out of their way to make sure I would be okay whilst they were away. Margaret is incredibly methodical and organised and they both have great teamwork and between them think of everything under the sun.
We had a delicious home made dinnerMargaret cooked and the meal matched and equaled the diverse conversations, stimulating exchange of travel experiences and anecdotes . Above all, I treasure and adore them for being so grounded. They have no airs , no pretensions- probably amongst the most down to earth, easy going and funniest couple I’ve met on THS. They have a wonderful sense of humour. I laughed so much my jaws hurt.
It was seamless from start to finish largely because they’re so together and organised. To put it in a nutshell it went like a well orchestrated symphony that went without a glitch. They have a gorgeous home, extremely well kept and impeccably maintained. You couldn’t ask for a better neighbourhood or location - with easy access however you choose to commute. For me, it was a dream sit. I couldn’t ask for a nicer couple and dear Scrabble was an absolute darling and joy to sit. He’s Mr Personality with loads of spunk for a 17 year old. I couldn’t ask for a better companion . I swear we were having full on conversations and his lordship has his say. He loves his pretty rock garden and I miss our late morning and afternoon sessions sitting outside and our evening playtime.
It’s a sit I highly recommend and one I’d do over and over in a heartbeat if they will have me back . You will have EVERY thing you need to reciprocate in kind. In closing there are no words to thank them for the unforgettable and enjoyable sit. I was moved and touched by the warm welcome, genuine care and concern, their thoughtfulness and generosity throughout. This is without exaggeration a memorable dream sit.
What a pleasure! Absolutely gorgeous house and animals, Peter, Star and Hoagy were adorable and a pleasure having to look after and maybe my ‘working from home’ a lot more interesting. Lovely family too with perfect instructions of what to do etc. happily housesit for them again 😊
Jackie and Uma were great to sit for! Uma is such a chill, sweet personality. She loves to be around people! Jackie did a great job getting us prepped for the sit. The apartment was nice and clean & overall we had a great sit.
I had a lovely house sit at Toms and would highly recommend! The house is located very close to the beach and town which was convenient. Tom was very good with replying quickly to any questions I had and gave me very clear instructions beforehand too. Lola is the cutest dog ever and has a lot of energy! Her recall is very good too which made it easier for me to give her long walks on the beach :) Overall, an amazing time !

Julita came to our home to sit for our dog for four days as we didn't want to put him into kennels. He's not the easiest to look after, old, unwell at times, has medication and is picky over his food. Julita looked after him wonderfully, she kept in touch every day with updates on what he had eaten, the walks he'd had and sent many photos which were reassuring. When we returned, the house was just as we had left it, maybe even tidier! I cannot recommend and thank Julita enough. She is very caring, reliable, professional and trustworthy.
Julita was hands down the best petsitter we’ve ever had to date. She was on time every day, asked us questions which really put me at ease, as we’ve just had petsitters in the past that just assume doing something is fine. She showed genuine concern and care for each of our pets. We got updates every time she fed them including pictures. Her rate is personally I think very reasonable. He replies are fast and shes a very positive and nice person. We will absolutely be coming back when we next go away. I couldn’t recommend more!!
Julita has taken excellent care of our cat several times while we have been away. She kept in regular communication, giving us detailed updates on how our pet was doing, and sending lovely photos! We booked Julita for drop in visits, and some overnight stays when we went on a longer trip. We returned to a very happy and relaxed cat, who had obviously had a great time with Julita. I would highly recommend Julita as a reliable and experienced pet sitter!
Julita looked after my cat whist I was away. She was very professional and did exactly what was agreed during our meeting prior to my holiday. Julita communicated well and kept me informed with pictures and messages whilst visiting which was very reassuring. I will definitely use her again.
We booked Julita for a weekend as we didn't want to put our two large dogs into kennels. Julita came to visit ahead of the booking to get to know the dogs. We found Julita very passionate, reliable, trustworthy, personable and brilliant and with out two dogs. Over the weekend Julita kept us updated with photos and short messages. We had asked her not to take the dogs for walks due to their size and reactivity to other dogs and therefore Julita spent a lot of time just playing with them at home. She managed to tire them out! We returned to two happy and content dogs, a tidy house and the knowledge that we had left them in very capable and loving hands. We have already booked Julita for another weekend and would highly recommend her. Knowing our dogs are looked after while we are away gives peace of mind and makes for a relaxing break and the dogs can't wait either.

This Pet Care business is more than just a business. The owner, Karina, has a magic with dogs, she loves them and they know it. Our Brussels Griffon has been visiting weekly and also has stayed overnight. Her routine is noted and all is done to make her comfortable. She loves going and never looks back when we leave her. Karina sends us photos during her stay which can be reassuring when first you leave your pet. We are lucky to have such a service locally.
Every time Loki attends The Bees Knees pet care I can see has had an amazing day! He is exhausted from playing with new friends, from walking and paddling and even some behavioural training! Karina sends me gorgeous photos of his escapades throughout the day, which are so lovely to see. I feel fully confident that Loki is in a safe, fun and loving environment when I leave him. Would very much recommend ❤️
Our puppy loves going to Bee’s Knees. She adores Karina and is always delighted to see her. It’s a real home from home, all the dogs are showered with love and have the best time. We’re so pleased to have found such a wonderful place to look after our girl, couldn’t recommend enough.
Bertie is so happy being with Karina and cannot wait to get to hers. I call her his second Mum and the service she provides is amazing. I would fully recommend Karina and the professional and fun business she runs . My dog has been going to Karina for nearly a year and he absolutely loves his time with Karina. I only have to say her name and he goes mad with excitement. As well as the enjoyment my dog gets from going to Karina he loves all of the dog walks with the other dogs. Karina has helped me massively with his walking on the lead, recall and interaction with other dogs which were initially a problem for me. I would absolutely recommend Karina to anybody
This is a home from home for your fur babies. My Cockapoo is a lockdown pup and like Velcro but he absolutely loves going to The Bees Knees and adores Karina. He has lots of fun play time and lovely long walks with his new pals that are there when he goes and he doesn’t even look back at me when I leave him. Also if the need arose I would not hesitate to book him in to board because I know I would not have to worry about him.. There are also lots of lovely videos and photos of what a good time he is having.
The Bee’s Knees really is the bee’s knees or the dogs bits! We trust Karina and co implicitly and never worry about leaving our pup with her when we go away. We searched for a while for the right type of care for when we needed it for our pup and wanted to take the time to find exactly the right person. I can whole heartedly say we have found that with the Bee’s Knees and would highly recommend them! We know he gets the best care and most of all he really enjoys it. He always gets lots of exercise, socialisation, training and cuddles. We feel that he is looked after like their own dog. We get regular updates with photos during the day which is lovely as we can see how much fun he’s having! If you are looking for someone to look after your best furry pal, look no further!

Our Holly has just spent her 1st week with Laura. I can't recommend it more as a place to leave your dog! We were given daily updates with photos. She was taken everywhere and had so much fun, with people and other dogs. She was loved as though their own dog. We will definitely return

Laura has been looking after our 'Bear' for some time now - we will not use anyone else. Fantastic care, he loves staying there and gets all the walks and care he needs. She and her family are totally trustworthy and really do care about the dogs they have in their care. As Bear has got older, Laura has adjusted his exercise time and intensity - he always comes home healthy and happy.
Our to Labs always have an amazing stay with Laura and Gray. It really is a home from home for them, they settle quickly and are very soon completely relaxed and content. As owners it’s so important to have the peace of mind that your dogs are being well cared for while you are away. They go on some fabulous walks, trips to the beach, the woods and the pub ! In fact they have such great time that the next booking we have I am staying with Doggums and hubby can take a trip away with the dogs !
We have just left our dog for the first time with Laura. We will definitely be coming back. We received regular updates all reassuring that Winnie was having a lovely time. There was so much variety and stimulation for her. I don’t think she was happy to be back home! Thank you and see you again.
Laura was brilliant from start to end with our Roxy, she managed to fit us in at pretty short notice, super friendly and kept us updated with what Roxy had been up to during her stay, she sent lots of pictures and we could see how happy Roxy was, she clearly had lots of walks and exercise and fuss by the looks of it! Highly recommend!! Wouldn’t hesitate to book Roxy in again as I know she would be well looked after!
Laura had my dog Winnie to stay for a week. I have never left Winnie before, so I was a little apprehensive, but as soon as I dropped Winnie off that faded, as I knew she would have a lovely time with Laura. Winnie had lovely walks, playtime with other dogs and got her sofa cuddles all week! We also received lots of updates and photos which my two children especially loved receiving. Thank you again and Winnie will look forward to her next holiday with Laura!

Laura is a fantastic dog carer. We are so lucky to have found her and are very happy with knowing how much our dog enjoys going to stay with her. The last time he went to stay he couldn't wait to go through Laura's front door. He has the best time and it's a bonus for him to hang out with other canines. I'm convinced he seems to regret having to come home! Our dog has lots of exercise and cuddles. Laura not only knows a huge amount about dogs, she is always ready to research and learn more. Laura has been looking after our boy for a few weeks now. She’s so fantastic, is so flexible around us and gives us updates all day. Snickers has the best time with the other dogs and is always so worn out when she’s home. Highly recommended!
We have been using Petcare Pawfection for a number of months now and cannot fault it! They are incredibly professional and we are always confident our dog is going to have a good time. (He get extremely excited before going in - which is a great sign) They are very flexible and really accommodating! Lots of photos and updates throughout the day. Cannot recommend them more highly!
Jasmine and Jack are the kind of people who truly love dogs, and have the experience to communicate with them effectively beyond the one-size-fits-all stuff. My pup, Puff, has had his share of bad sitter experiences (through no fault of his own, or the sitters'---just extremely unfortunate set of circumstances), and I was worried he would have a hard time staying outside of my house. Petcare Pawfection folks were very understanding and patient, gave great advice, and eased Puffle in until he was comfortable staying with them. Now he can have a holiday too while I'm away, and it's such a relief to know he's loved and cared for, and is having a great time with his buddy Mila 🥰 He gets so excited when I'm dropping him off!!
Amazing house sitting experience with Petcare Pawfection. After our regular dog sitter fell ill, I was urgently looking for someone to watch Freddie, my stubborn Newfoundland dog with a big, dramatic personality. Jasmine responded incredibly quickly and professionally and got everything arranged for the house sit with a days notice. She was very considerate of Freddie's needs and provided me with regular updates and photos on how things were going. Looking forward to using their services again in the future!
My wife and I have used Jack and Jasmine's service recently when we needed to travel away for a week and were highly satisfied. As recent newcomers to Cambridge with a dog recently arrived with us from Mexico they were very flexible and took great care keeping us informed through daily photos of walks and reassuring us the dog was in good spirits. We will be using them again.
Jasmine was absolutely spectacular!! She made us feel so at ease with leaving our babies for a week. She sent photos and videos regularly which made us so happy, and really got to know their quirks and personalities. She is a true animal lover, fantastic pet sitter and our picky huskies are now very attached to her!!! She really goes above and beyond and treats your pet as if it’s her own! And that is EXACTLY who you want taking care of your babies! Cannot recommend her enough and will absolutely be using her in the future!
We had an absolutely brilliant experience with petcare pawfection. We chose the home sitting service to not overwhelm our dog with new environments: Jasmine responded quickly, was very open to our requests, and highly understanding and caring of our (energetic) puppy cavapoo. Lots of updates, pictures and videos were sent to reassure us during the two day dog sit to keep our mind at ease! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for dog sitters - we know we will definitely use this business again next time we need a hand with our puppy!
I dont like being without my dog, but I had to go away for work for a few days. He's had issues when being left with or walked by other people in the past, so I was concerned when leaving him with Jack and Jasmine at petcare pawfection. My concern was unfounded - he had a great time! He ate well, played hard, swam and got cuddles whenever he wanted. Needless to say he had a great time. How do i know all this? Because i got regular updates and photo's/videos. And when i felt the need for an additional update, a quick message and withing a couple of minutes I knew what the floofy little beast was up to. I will definitely heave him with them again if I have to - to say I'm happy with the service they provide would be an understatement.
Jasmine and Jack were fantastic, our nightmare puppy kept them up all night at their home and they were so lovely about it. They were professional and friendly at all times and we won't hesitate to use them again : )

Terri, Tina and the team, have been absolutely fantastic, to my three dogs Luna, Gracie and Rosie. Who at short notice needed daycare, for a period of time. They had never experienced being away from me. They settled quickly and happily went off with them, full of kisses!! The hygiene and facilties are exceptional. They are truly devoted to animal welfare. Thank you so much. Will be using on a regular basis Xx
This is the only place we take our pets when we need boarding. It is family owned and operated and they are always kind and helpful. They are very good to our dogs and cats and are accommodating to their dietary needs as well. They also have a lot of space out back for the dogs to exercise. I highly recommend Meow Bow Wow for your pet boarding needs!
Our 16 month Vizsla has been going to doggy day care for 6 months and it’s the best decision I made, the owners are friendly and it’s clear they are experienced and knowledgeable about dogs, they have helped with training and offered lots of advice. They treat our dog as their own it’s obvious the love they have for dogs! The staff are fantastic and most importantly our dog is so excited to greet them in the morning! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with our 4 legged best friend.
Really friendly owner-run dog kennels. We put our three dogs into doggy daycare with short notice and they were able to accommodate. The owner took the time to show us around, including where our dogs were going to stay. The dogs were allowed to run and play in a big paddock, which they loved and the staff made our oldest dog very comfortable. The dogs loved their stay, which is always a great sign. Thank you for looking after our dogs so well!
Our pooch had a fantastic day. Such a warm welcome, he was playing straight away. The owner and helper have great knowledge and enthusiasm and were just lovely. The kennels are spotlessly clean and well kept. Thank you and see you again!

This was my dog's first stay in kennels and I can tell he was very well looked after. He seemed completely happy and content when I picked him up and the owners obviously care deeply about the dogs staying with them.
Very friendly and welcoming! My pup is always excited when we pull up to Meow Bow Wow, which shows how happy she is there! When I pick her up after day care she is exhausted from all the walks and playtime she has had. Lovely people, who put the dogs care first
Terry and Phillip have been fantastic with Charlie since day one. Charlie always loves to go to day care and gets excited as soon as we get in the car to drop him off and always sleeps as soon as hes home in the evenings. I feel relaxed knowing that he's isn't home alone and getting all the love and attention he needs while I am at work. I cannot thank you enough for giving my fur baby love, playtime and attention and I highly recommend them to anyone. You guys are amazing
My dog Layla stayed here on multiple occasions. She was always so happy when we pulled up. The staff were amazing and made us feel comfortable leaving our baby there. I have never found another kennel that even comes close to the service this kennel provides.
A five star Holiday For my Dogs, they absolutely love it here
Clean and bright with big rooms (for the cats don't know about the kennels but I imagine too) and the staff is super sweet and kind. They can accommodate pretty much everything (food, litter, medications etc). Overall I'm incredibly happy with how clean the place is and if you forget about the stress of being away from home which is true for all cats my cat was extremely well looked after and cared for and I had peace of mind.
My dog settled in very happily, and I received progress reports with photos when requested. He was clearly looked after superbly well. Here he is being brushed by his devoted carers!
Very friendly and professional team, my kittens were well looked after. My first time using a cattery for my new kittens (6 months old) and it was a positive experience. I visited beforehand and the staff were very welcoming and took time to show me around and answer questions. I will definitely use this cattery again in the future.

Such a wonderful establishment. Our dogs are always well taken care of. Plenty of outdoor breaks throughout the day with large fenced in grass pastures for your dogs to run around in. They keep our dogs together which is huge for our anxious pups. Highly recommend!
100% will be using them again. Put my dogs in for a week, and I feel they didn't want to come home after! The staff are fantastic, and the quality of care the dogs had was brilliant.
Excellent! Our dog Scout boarded recently for four days and came back happy, well looked after and smelling lovely. The staff were helpful, friendly and shared their experiences and opinions of Scout after, all of which made it very clear that they had been attentive carers. Very reasonable on pricing and an easy to find location too. We'll definitely be return customer!
Love this pet hotel. Left our 3 labradors with them twice and then just 2 of them on the last visit. Our youngest lab was in season and they were really happy to take her. She also has been off her food so they made sure that she was eating every day. They could not do more for you. Staff extremely friendly. Kennels clean and all made up ready for you when you drop your loved pets off. We were extremely worried about leaving our girls in kennels. However now we have found somewhere we can now go on holiday together without the dogs first time in 5 years. Could not recommend them enough. The only thing I would say is book early as they get really busy.
The best pet boarding facility for anxious pups! My two dogs are a mess when we’re away and they always seem so calm when we go to pick them up. They are big dogs so it is sometimes especially hard to find someone willing to care for them. We are at ease when we travel knowing that they’re well taken care of. Highly recommend!
I was very anxious about leaving my dog for the first time ever anywhere.. But when I collected her out was obvious she sas having a whale of a time, I was expecting her to knock me over lol she didn't even look at me she was too busy playing very happily, excitedly with the girl that bought her out to me. She cannot wait to return . Thank you. Peace of mind... Priceless
