I could not have asked for a better person than Guy for my first time using zeewoi. From the outset he instilled me with the confidence to leave both Ruby and Louie as well as my home in his extremely capable hands. Guy sent me photos and videos of Ruby and Louie on a daily basis; they clearly enjoyed exploring lots of lovely new walks with Guy and I was most impressed that he found walks in the area that I had no idea existed! I returned home to very happy, relaxed dogs and a very neat, tidy and clean home. Everything was in its place; sheets, bath towels, dishcloths and tea towels had all been washed and hung up to dry; log basket had been filled and log burner cleaned; floors hoovered and washed; bathroom and kitchen cleaned - what more could one ask for. Guy went above and beyond my expectations and I would have no hesitation in asking him to look after my dogs and home again which I very much hope he will. He was utterly confident looking after an elderly, totally deaf terrier and an exuberant, anxious, older labrador; walking them in open countryside; through fields of sheep; and in more public places. Very happy me and very happy Ruby and Louie!
We had a wonderful experience! They treated our dogs and home like their own! They provided frequent updates and we came home to very happy, healthy dogs! Would 100 percent recommend!
What can I say about these two? Neely and Matt showed up and hit the ground running! Very reliable and resourceful. They were able to trouble shoot some issues that came up, and always with thoughtfulness and intelligence. Both of them are very intelligent, conscious folks. We loved spending whatever time that we had when we returned, with them. Matt resolved an issue with our water filter system, he's really smart, so is Neeley, who asked all the right questions about our furry family's preferences. She is great, very creative and inspiring. They were neat and organized, we returned home to no surprises :) just really happy, well cared for pets and our home was too. We really appreciated their communication with us and everything else about them. Would love to have them back! I could say more but then I'm afraid that everyone will grab them up!
