I had an absolutely wonderful sitting experience with Steve's dog, Mirk, and I couldn't be happier with the time I spent with him. Mirk is an incredibly gentle and cute dog, and his well-behaved nature made my stay truly enjoyable. One of the things that impressed me the most about Mirk is that he never barks. His quiet demeanor added a peaceful atmosphere to the house, and I appreciated the tranquility it provided. Mirk's obedience was remarkable; he took commands very well and never caused any issues. It was a pleasure to interact with such a well-trained dog. Taking care of Mirk's basic needs was a breeze. Providing him with two meals a day, in the morning and evening, ensured his happiness. I also discovered that Mirk absolutely loves going for walks, and I made sure to take him out twice a day before meals. The more we walked, the happier he seemed to be. It was evident that exercise and exploring the outdoors brought him great joy. I did learn that Mirk has a dislike for other dogs and is terrified of thunders. Being aware of this, I made sure to avoid any encounters with other dogs and took extra precautions during thunderstorms to keep him comfortable and secure. Besides these specific triggers, Mirk was extremely easy to care for, making my job as a sitter a breeze. Additionally, taking care of the chickens was a delightful experience. Collecting eggs every day was a simple task, and having free-range eggs for breakfast each morning felt like a true blessing. It added an extra touch of countryside charm to the overall sitting experience. The location of Mirk's house in the Center of Peak District was an absolute dream for hiking and walking dogs. The variety of routes available in this picturesque area made every walk an adventure. Exploring the stunning surroundings while accompanied by Mirk was a joy I will not soon forget. Not only did Steve provide me a very detailed instructions before my sitting. during my stay, he remained accessible and responsive whenever I had any questions or needed clarification. His promptness in addressing any concerns or inquiries made me feel supported and reassured throughout the sitting period. It was a wonderful sitting experience and I’d love to look after Mirk again in the future!
Both Pam & Bokkie are amazing. Pam’s place is beautifully located right in the center of Amsterdam. Pam is so easy to communicate with. If there’s anything she’s easy to reach! Now Bokkie, she is THE sweetest! She loooves her cuddles and she even come and get those at night. Bokkie is so calm and easy going inside the house. While she is able and allowed to go off leash outside the house. Where she goes crazy! She is só fast! However, she always stays close and keeps an eye on you. I even went running with her a couple of times and it was amanzing. Thank you for having me Pam & Bokkie! See you soon! 😊
I loved sitting for Handful and Sandy and Karen were excellent communicators! The house was lovely and welcoming. Handful is so fun to cuddle and play.
I had a fantastic week at Katharine's beautiful place. Jacky is a great cat, very independent and definitely on the quiet side – he was a little reserved in the beginning but was really sweet and trusting during the second half of my stay. He's very polite and even let me sleep until 8 on most of the days! Katharine is super kind and well-organised and has a brilliant sense of humor, which I really appreciated! Would sit again!
Love house sitting with Lynley and Rupert! You wouldn't believe how lovely and easy Rupert is :) I miss him so much! The house is also great and the home is so comfortable and homely. Neighbourhood is very convenient near to mrt and kallang stadium. It's really a great stay and I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a great house sit with Lynley !
Lovely clean and tidy home and Lacey was great with communicating throughout our sit. The doggies went with the family so we were looking after Ralph the cat and guinea pigs. Harry had left some great hand written instructions of how to look after his pet guinea pigs and these were easily followed by my son. Ralph was so sweet, a happy old man cat who’s just happy to snooze and have regular snacks. He’d come and sit beside us in the evenings. My son loved using the hot tub which is a real treat on a cold day! So beautifully decorated for Christmas too, we felt relaxed and comfortable on Lacey’s home.

TBF is the absolute best dog daycare/boarding that we have ever used. The staff is incredibly friendly and remembers each dog by name. They are professional, kind, and make us feel like our dog is part of their family. We wouldn’t be able to have a dog if it weren’t for TBF! Whenever we get in the car to drop our dog off we say “do you want to go see your best friends??” And she loses her mind! She loves it there so much! We are so grateful!!
I feel so grateful that Tahoe-best - friends is here. I've been taking my dog here for many years and she loves it! We had to evacuate our house in the epic winter and I was in a motel , then short term rentals and Willow was boarded at TBF'S while I was at the hotel. Even though I missed her so much, it was comforting to know she was getting great, loving care and enjoying being there with the other dogs and great staff!.
Ventured to Lake Tahoe for my bday & attended the Celeb Golf Tournament…unfortunately my BnB didn’t allow pets. Luckily Tahoe Best Friends was not far & was very affordable/friendly for me & my small dog. Staff was super cool…she(dog) came out unscathed & I know she made friends with all the dogs they keep. They separate the pets by gender which I was happy about. Highly recommend…would utilise their services again.
Colonel Fuzzby, my Ukrainian Grey Lowland Retriever, absolutely loves Tahoe Best Friends, and I think they're pretty great! He is always totally stoked when we arrive, loves playing with his dog and human friends, and almost seems bummed when I come to take him home! TBF is a SLT gem, all the staff are fantastic and truly 'dog people,' and both I and the Colonel highly recommend!!

I have a Chihuahua. Lexi is about 8 years old and she is a rescue dog. She hasn't been around other dogs since my husband and I adopted her a little over a year ago. We have never boarded her or left her with anyone else, so I was very tentative about the whole process. Christian got us all set up on Paw Partner and did the initial one hour evaluation to see if she was suitable in her interactions with other dogs. He answered so many questions for me and took so much anxiety out of the whole process for me. The next day we brought her in and left her for 7 hours. Nina checked her in, put me at ease, and was so gentle with Lexi. She was placed in a room with other small dogs. They posted pictures on Paw Partner so I could see how she was doing and promply returned my call--because I HAD to check on her, of course! They were kind to my baby and patient with me. The 7 hours seemed like an eternity to me, but she had a good time. Slept very soundly that night. No trauma at all and I'm not too sure she missed me as much as I missed her. It was a terrific experience for all of us. I wish Christian and Nina would move to Las Vegas and start a Best Friends there.
We were planning on traveling to lake Tahoe and found this place. We called to inquire about availability and the lady was very rude on the phone. I was simply trying to discuss the setup over 4th of July as my dog get anxious under loud noises like really any dog and we said she may need a retreat. They lady on the phone kept saying my dog was aggressive and asked me what conditions she aggressive under and she told me if my dog bites another dog I would be responsible for it. I kept telling her my dog was not aggressive and she kept insisting that she was. We told the lady that our dog was a Shiba Inu and I believe this lady may have had a bad interactions with a Shiba Inu in the past because she kept insisting our dog was aggressive. She said "I know what a Shiba is". I told her you keep insisting that our Shiba is aggressive and she is not she plays with other dogs, we take her to the dog park and she is very friendly. I asked her to stop insisting my dog is aggressive and she raised her voice and said "you know what we don't need your business here!!" And then she hung up. Very rude!! Horrible customer service. And so uncalled for. Wow really taken back.

Were only in town for the weekend and found them through the Paw Partners app to let our dog go to daycare while we did some non dog friendly activities around town for day. They were absolutely amazing, great space and all the dogs seemed so happy in their care. Our dog loved it there and we definitely will be using them next trip down to Tahoe! Also very nice they’re open 7 days a week :)
Jess is awesome & I appreciate her so much! Highly recommend. My husband and I work 12 hour shifts and we leave too early in the morning to drop our dog off at her house so Jess will go pick her up & keep her until we head home and pick her up! That is so helpful. My dog Kahlua loves going to Jess’ house & loves her dog cheese! I always get updates and photos and Jess is super communicative. She has a big fenced yard and all the pups have tons of fun!

While visiting Tahoe this summer, we needed a warm and caring environment for our puppy dog while we went out on the lake. Tahoe Paradise Pet Sitting was the perfect place. They accommodated our need to drop her off in the early morning and was gracious to meet with us the day before to ensure we were comfortable leaving her with them. It’s an open environment with a big back yard for roaming… no cages or locking her up. They even offer to take her for a walk if we wanted. We highly recommend Jess and will definitely use them again if needed on our next trip.

I can tell you as a former veterinary assistant myself, Jess is nothing short of phenomenal. Her kind, caring and compassionate demeanor translates into an ideal sitter. I have had Jess watch my three dogs and cat who are nothing short of social rejects. I was hesitant to leave my pitty and American bully with anyone because they are very territorial and unfriendly. But as soon as they met Jess, they were attached to her and were accepting when she came into the house while I was away. Having a trustworthy, licensed and experienced veterinary tech with several years of experience gave me a peace of mind, that not only was my fur babies safe and well cared for, but so was my home. Because of Jess I am able to finally take a vacation out of the Country because I know my pets and home are in good hands. Having that peace of mind is worth every penny and so is she. Jess has been so great with our pups. She is methodical, she understands the cues of what they might need and knows how to manage all THREE of them effectively and responsibly. She understands what it’s like to be a dog owner and have them be your babies. She even went as far as cleaning up their poop when they were puppies in the house. Jess took such good care of my high energy XL German shepherd for a long weekend and handled him with ease. She is a true dog lover!
