Lovely home, garden and views. Easy cats, although you need to seek out Jasper, or you won't see him. Well equipped home with relevant info. Friendly owners who trust you to cope, without contacting them. 4 miles from good shopping in Ringwood. Loads of places to visit, w/o time limits. Would happily return, regard Val and Geoff as friends.

Roland and Shirley had an early flight so invited us to join them on the evening before their departure and welcomed us with a really lovely meal complete with an amazing retro dessert, which sparked some lively conversation! They are both gregarious, interesting and amusing individuals so we really enjoyed their company and had a great evening (thanks, guys!).

Info regarding Charlie and Archie's routine was clear and straightforward, supported by written reminders and a good welcome pack. Communication was easy and positive, both before and during the sit.

The home is modern, spacious and well equipped, with colourful touches reflecting Shirley's artistic flair. With beautiful Stratford-upon-Avon being just a short drive away, we were able to see a production at the RSC and witness the Shakespeare's birthday pageant.

We had a comfortable stay with the friendly Springers, Charlie and Alfie. Both dogs are calm in the house and love attention. There is great excitement if they notice footwear being put on or a jacket being picked up, basically anything which signals walk time is immediately noticed and greeted by a lot of bouncing (Archie) and barking (Charlie).

On walks, Archie is frisbee-obsessed whilst Charlie just happily mooches about and does his own thing. They both can pull a bit when on the lead but improve hugely when they've run off a bit of their energy. They're nice boys.

In short, we really enjoyed this lovely stay and would highly recommend to all. Wonderful!

Valerie and Don have two of the sweetest cats I've ever taken care of! Pumpkin will warm up to you right away and give you hugs when you hold her. Bella is a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you, expect cuddles whenever you sit down. Valerie and Don put together a binder with everything you could possible need to know and lots of information about their neighborhood and the surrounding area. Their comfortable home is in a very safe neighborhood with kind neighbors. Would completely recommend taking care of Pumpkin and Bella.

Tracy and Karl are some of the best people we've met so far! They had us over for dinner the night before we left and we immediately just felt so welcome.

Taking care of Oscar was an absolute breeze. We usually took him for a 1-2 mile walk in the late afternoon each day and he gave us no problems whatsoever. He didn't have any weird food tendencies or need any medications so it was super simple.

The house itself is gorgeous and very modern. The neighborhood isn't far from town at all but also isn't heavily trafficked so it was very quiet at night.

We truly felt like we made new friends with Tracy and Karl and would love love love to sit for them again!

The housesit in Nederland is beautiful and perfect for a getaway in the mountains. Both Cami and Drew are very easy dogs to care for: just love them, feed them, and take them out to use the bathroom! They have a large backyard that they love to play in and enjoy just cuddling and being with you in the house. Be ready for a lot of kisses from Cami!

While Nederland is a dog friendly town, Cami and Drew are NOT socialized with other dogs and should NOT be taken out of the backyard anywhere (vet emergency is an exception, but a harness is necessary). I tried to take them on a walk and the second we saw a dog it was apparent they were not comfortable and wanted to go after what they deemed to be a threat. This shocked me because their behavior around the house couldn't be more different...but this is valuable information so other housesitters can learn from our situation. Do not take on the risk, the pups are happy to stay home for a couple hours on their own and you can still enjoy a trip into town and a short hike.

Again, Cami and Drew in the house and backyard are amazing. A lot of sleeping, kisses, and cuddles and I will miss them both SO much. A few tips: Drew is getting older and struggles to go up the stairs, and needs to be taken out often or he may have accidents in the house...if you do leave Cami may chew on shoes or items because she misses you! Make sure to pick up anything off the floor and it won't be an issue.

Loree and Steve are great and super accommodating - I went and stayed a day early with them and felt very comfortable with them and in their house. I would 100% do this housesit again and am very excited to stay in touch and hopefully see Cami and Drew again :)

I loved sitting for Mr Tibbs. He is a wonderful, very 'aristocratic' cat. Friendly, loves to cuddle, and has his favourite hiding places. He is good company and loves to keep an eye on you wherever you are in the apartment.

Angela was great at sharing the details of everything I needed to know to look after Mr Tibbs and to get the most out of my stay. Her apartment is wonderful - very comfortable, spotless, and within walking distance of a huge mall as well as the Metro. So, ideal if you want to go shopping or explore Dubai.

I hope Mr Tibbs will welcome me back for another sit one day!
