It's so nice spending the weekend sitting Candy and the bunnies. We were actually thinking to visit the zoo and already picked a restaurant nearby for dinner. Ended up going nowhere as Candy was so sweet and cuddly sitting next to us most of the time to get gently scratch. She's old lady but still quite active and curious, always came look what we're doing. Sanji and Luffy are super cute and very easy to care for. We enjoyed relaxing in the back garden with Candy and watching the bunnies playing in their outdoor run. The house is nice and clean, very central close to many shops. Olivia and Chris are lovely left us instructions and recommended places in the area. Communication is perfect before and during the sit. Totally recommend 😊
Mark and Catriona welcomed us warmly into their home, even thinking about our dinner since we landed and arrived at our destination in the late afternoon. They made us feeling at home since the very first moment. We had some time to get to know Kato along with the instructions provided by Mark, who trained and educated Kato in the best possible way. He's an intelligent, obedient, and very sweet dog. He enjoys his walks in the fields and is well-behaved on both short and long leashes. In the afternoons, we played games in the garden, and indoors, he was always close by. The house had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and for remote work, which is what we did. The town isn't far, and there are beautiful walks to take, plus the train station is very close. Also some good trip workable by bus. Thank you very much for your hospitality, and thanks to Kato for giving us so many smiles. 🙂
Ness is absolutely amazing and so is her Margaux! She is quite a cuddly dog and loves going on walks down to the beach. She is a really good dog and the home was so lovely and Ness and the locals were so welcoming!
Anne gave me a very warm welcome, starting by picking me up from the train station and then giving a detailed tour of the house and chat over a coffee and I felt everything was very clear and straightforward. Anne was especially supportive and accomodating during the sit when I was unwell with the flu and ended up having to go to the hospital. She arranged for a friend to feed Maxi whilst I was there. She also arranged for us to spend the evening together after she returned and offered me the option to stay longer as I was still recovering. Maxi is full of personality and great company, he warmed very quickly to me. He especially liked a cuddle in the mornings and evenings and liked to explore outside especially on a nice day. Maxi is such a sweetie and was a joy to look after. Anne's place is very comfortable with a beautiful sunny garden and in a perfect location that is quiet and also close the train station and a short walk to town. I would definitely be interested in sitting again in the future, thanks so much for having me!
Amazing home in a beautiful neighborhood. It was conveniently located. Caroline was awesome with instructions. Sadie (her dog) was so easy. She loved her walks. The whole neighborhood loves her! I would highly recommend a stay here 🙏
We had a great stay in Lora’s house in South Petherton. Lora is a lovely, hospitable and engaging host and her home is extremely comfortable. The village offers a good balance between quaint and vibrant and the surrounding countryside has much to offer. All in all a fantastic house sitting experience, and one that we would recommend to anyone.
