We hosted Melanie for 2 weeks over Christmas and everything was perfect. We were happy to get to meet her to handoff and chat! She kept us up to date on a few small issues quickly resolved and was very patient with our slight mismatch on a few parts of welcome guide that we are fixing. This was our second time welcoming Sarah and Mathieu. They're amazing sitters that we cannot recommend highly enough. They care for Hugo and the bunnies so well, always ensuring they're happy and loved while we're away. They sent daily updates on everyone and any concerns they had which is very reassuring. The house was left impeccibly clean. Their communication is great and Mathieu even offered to pick us up when our flight was going to be delayed. We'd happily welcome them back again any time. Cindy is a reliable, warm and considerate person and a very experienced house and pet sitter. It was a pleasure for us and our cat Micky to have her here during our five-week trip to Canada and we hope it won't be the last time. Cindy came to stay with us a day and a half before we left, as we had arranged in advance. It was easygoing to share the flat with her during this time and there was enough time for conversation and explanation. Cindy was very attentive and carefully followed all recommendations regarding the flat and the care of Micky. She quickly became friends with Micky. We therefore had no worries when we left. Communication was great. Cindy provided us with regular photos and reports on Micky with the frequency we requested, took care of the mail and the plants, and also handled unusual situations with ease. On our return, Micky was completely unchanged and relaxed. The flat was also as clean as we had left it and everything was in its place. Cindy cooked a tasty meal on our arrival, which was perfect for us after the long flight. It was also nice to meet her again. To our delight even several days after our return we still realized how tidy everything was, and we were very impressed with Cindy's thoughtfulness and self-sufficiency. Anyone travelling for an extended period of time should consider themselves lucky when Cindy looks after pets and home.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Eva and Daniele are wonderful people and exceptional house sitters! They took perfect care of our cats, Emma and Paul, while we were away, sending us lots of adorable cuddle pictures that made us feel completely at ease. When we returned, our flat was spotless, and they had even prepared some food for us, which was a lovely surprise. Their flexibility was invaluable when our flight changes required them to arrive a day earlier than planned. Jessy completely stopped drinking water about two years ago and can have serious urinary track problems if I don’t give him sufficient water with a syringe. Anna a was able to handle this issue very well by following my instructions and giving Jessy plenty of water and his homeopathic medicine. She kept in touch with me regularly, reporting on Jessy’s well-being. The flat was clean upon my return and my plants in good shape, but most important of all Jessy was in excellent health. A big thanks to Anna for taking such good care of Jessy and my flat.

Kate was a wonderful housesitter. She bought her gorgeous chocolate lab Elsie with her who was so sweet and, although young, she was really well behaved and lovely company for Woody. We really enjoyed meeting Kate who has a really cheerful personality and handled everything we threw at her with ease and a smile on her face. Unfortunately, we had some works going on at the house outside which had run on longer than we thought so she had to deal with guttering people, scaffolding and landscapers, all of which she did in her stride without complaint which we really appreciated. She was very caring with Woody who had a couple of "off days" and was careful to keep us in touch with how he was doing and asking whether we wanted to get the vet involved. We really felt he was in good hands. She was super flexible and even offered to move her return journey in case Woody wasn't well enough to be left until we got back but, in the end, it wasn't necessary. We got back to an immaculate house and a very happy dog. Thank you Kate for being so understanding and for managing the house and Woody so well. We would highly recommend Kate for a future housesit.

Cedar and Alexandre are such warm, welcoming people. We felt confident this was going to be a good experience from the first call, and it truly exceeded all expectations. All the pets are adorable and easy to care for, and the home is beautiful and comfortable. Miles and Tess are so fun and sweet, we had no choice but to fall in love!

We had a very pleasant housesit in Sue's house.
The family were kind and welcoming, and provided everything (and more!) that we might need while they were away. A generous hospitality!
 The two dogs are well-behaved  and a lot of fun, and the rest of the menagerie are no trouble if you follow the simple instructions for their care.
 The house is large and cosy with a sizeable garden, minutes away by car from shops and supermarkets. There are nice ancient villages with some interesting restaurants around, and wild nature, a lake, gorges and hills within 20 minutes'drive. The nearest beach is further away, but the house has a large swimming-pool which must be quite pleasant (we were there in autumn so didn't get to try it).
